CAMILLE’S POV :
“Camille?” I raised my head at the sound of my name being uttered.
“Yes Alpha” I answered as he told me to pour him another glass of juice, it’s not like he couldn’t pour it himself.
As I approached the desk, I carefully poured the juice into the glass, trying not to spill a drop. But as I was pouring the juice, I got pushed and the juice spilled all over the Alpha’s papers and desk.
“Oh no!” I exclaimed, my eyes wide with shock. “I’m so sorry, Alpha. I didn’t mean to spill the juice.”
He looked up in surprise, his eyes narrowing as he saw the juice soaking into his papers and dripping onto the floor. He stood up, his face contorted with anger, he might think this was a payback. I’m in so much trouble today.
“What do you think you’re doing, maid?” he demanded.
I flinched at the harsh tone of his voice, my hands trembling “I’m sorry, Alpha. It was an accident. I didn’t mean to cause any trouble.”
But he was in no mood for apologies. He was frustrated and angry. I turned and saw the Luna smirking, she was definitely the one who pushed me and made me spill the drink. I didn’t want to say anything but the smirk on her face didn’t let me.
“It was the Luna, Alpha. I felt my hand being pushed and I know it was the Luna” . I told him calmly hoping he would believe me.
“How dare you accuse me of your own silly mistakes you maid” Luna snapped as she stood up. “You just had a little job, pour the juice for your Alpha and when you did, you poured it all over his desks and tables. Your very lucky it’s not the important papers that got wet but these are still important”.
Alpha Aiden stared at me with a mixture of disbelief and anger as he asked. “Are you trying to accuse your Luna , like put the blame on her ?”
I shooked my head. “I’m not lying, she did it” I argued back and turned to the Luna “You pushed my hand and made the juice spill all over his , sorry the Alpha’s desk!”
He glanced at the mess on his desk and then back at Luna. “Is this true?” he asked, his voice deep and commanding.
Luna shook her head frantically. “No, I swear I didn’t do it!” she insisted. “Camille must have spilled the juice by accident and is now trying to blame it on me. I definitely don’t think she likes me”. Good for you to know, cause I don’t like you one bit.
But I was having none of it. “That’s not what happened!” I shouted. “You pushed my hand on purpose and now you’re lying about it!” This is so annoying.
“Shut your mouth Camille, just shut it” Alpha Aiden screamed at me , I was shocked from how loud he screamed that I shut my mouth instantly.
“Do you feel good lying about your Luna this way? He questioned.
“I didn’t do-” I tried explaining as he cut me off , almost slapping me which made me flinch.
“Don’t get me more upset than I am with all these rubbish your spilling from your mouth. Now apologise to your Luna” he ordered, but I didn’t make any effort too.
“What I disrespectful brat” Luna Laila muttered enough to be heard as I growled lowly. Why did I think he would believe me.
“Now Camille” I looked up at him , I despised the way he treated me, I hate it. I turned around and looked at the Luna.
“I’m sorry for accusing you wrongly” I said with the least of sincerity in it. As she nodded her head bot caring to reply. I know I am innocent but who would believe me.
“You know this is unacceptable!” he growled looking at me intensely. I knew he was planning something that I won’t like. “You are careless and incompetent, and I won’t have you ruining my work like this, you better work on yourself Camille or I’ll help you, now Get out of here, and bring me some towels to clean this up.”
I nodded, feeling some sort of pain at the words he used on me, as I turned and fled the room. I was devastated by the Alpha’s words, and I should try getting used to it but how? How? It’s not something I can just get used too. It hurts. I hate him, I hate everything he’s doing to me but it hurts so fucking much.
As I gathered the towels and cleaning supplies, I went back to the office to clean up the mess.
Coming back I walked into the office , was met with the Luna touching the Alpha in a way of comfort.
“Calm down Aiden, Sweeetie we can still work on it. It’s not too much” she said in a soothing voice.
Oh so she gets to call you by your name and I don’t, sometimes I do call him Aiden in my mind hopefully it does come out Loudly. I did my best to clean and concerntrate on what I was doing. After that i started arranging the tray in order to take them back to the kitchen.
“Another thing” Alpha Aiden Said. I was still arranging the stuffs , I didn’t even know he was referring to me at that point untill he growled my name and I looked up at him.
“Oh I apologise Alpha, I didn’t know you were referring to me” I said.
“Well now you do” he stated as the he sat down and the Luna went back to her sit. What a Luna.
“Now as I was saying, I want you to Inform Miss Clara that we are having a feast tonight at the house. I want everywhere to be sparkling and lots of food to be prepared” he told me with a smile on his face. I guess this is important?
I nodded my head as I took note.
“Alpha if I may ask, So I can tell Miss Clara. What’s the feast all about?”
