The priest read the vows and we completed the ceremony by saying “I do”, then came my favorite part when Priest said “You may kiss the bride”
I pulled her in my arms kissed her passionately and whispered in her ears “we still need to settle the scores baby”
Nancy’s POV
When Owen said these words, my face reddened. I pushed him a little. I know I have to prepare my backup plan to save myself otherwise he will eat me alive.
After that, we all went to toast in the garden.
Everyone was happy including me. Owen was speaking to some people standing a little far from us.
Riya was with Angie. I felt a little tired so I went to a corner and sat on a chair drinking juice. At the same time, my phone buzzed.
When I looked at the caller id it popped as a Private number. My hands started trembling and before I could have the courage to pick up the call it stopped ringing.
I felt relieved but in the next moment, it again started ringing. This time I mustered up my courage and picked up the call and the person on the other side said “You look, beautiful princess”
And I was scared to hell, my throat went dry, it was the voice of Justin, I can never forget his voice and the way he used to call me princess, I had sweat on my forehead and I started looking around. I thought he was around me.
The way he said about my look I thought he could see me. He again spoke “don’t look for me princess, you won’t find me, I called you to tell you that in one month I will take you away from here”
I told him sternly “I will never come with you, never, do you hear me. I will never go anywhere with you”
He chuckled and said “that is not up to you to decide, princess…just remember one month from today” after saying this he hung up the call.
I was sitting there dumbfounded, I saw Owen coming towards me frowning as if he wanted to ask me what happened and he did “Baby, what happened, why are you like this?”
I wanted to tell him everything but suddenly I remembered what he did to Kara. It’s not like I care about Justin, but I don’t like Owen doing such things.
As much as I have known Owen till now, he won’t let Justin live so I decided to keep my mouth shut and look for a solution in this one month.
I replied to Owen “nothing, it’s just I am feeling tired”
He sat next to me said took my hands in his hands and said “just give me some time celebration is about to finish after that we will head home”
I just nodded; right now I think my mind stopped working.
After some time the celebration came to an end and we all headed to our home. Angie got very close to her grandpa so she went with him in his car and Owen came in another car.
On the way all of sudden, Owen pulled me little closer to him and said in my ears “baby, today is our wedding night and we also have our score also to settle”
I just smiled at him; initially, I was not in the mood to talk to anyone but looking at Owen whose eyes are filled with love for me, I decided that I am not going to spoil happy moments of my life because of Justin and I will continue my game with my husband.
I replied to Owen pushing him a little “Ya! I know aren’t you excited”
His eyes were shining with happiness and he said “of course I am”
I smile to him seductively and said “then let’s wait and watch, baby”
He smirked and said “sure baby”
Soon we reached home; Angie and Owen’s Dad were waiting for us in the living room. I had requested Owen’s Dad to stay with us.
This house is very big and there are many empty rooms and when I see Angie happily playing with him.
I feel like she should get all the love that she missed for these years. Owen’s Dad happily agreed, Owen was also very happy when his Dad agreed to stay with us.
We all changed and freshen up, after that I went to Angie’s room and I was telling her bedtime stories.
Owen’s POV
After coming back to my bedroom I happily took a bath, when I came out of the bathroom my room was empty. I was expecting Nancy in our room by now but she was not here.
I thought she must be telling bedtime stories to Angie so I thought to wait for some time.
Now it’s been one hour but she is still not here, so I thought to go and check.
When I entered Angie’s room I saw Angie and Nancy sitting on the bed and talking.
I went to Angie and made her sit on my lap and said “princess, why are you awake till now?”
She replied in her cute voice “Dadda, I missed Mumma so much, I have to tell her all my school stories, you can go and sleep, Mumma will sleep with me”
I looked at Nancy who was trying hard to control her laughter and I understood that this was her trick to save herself from me and I know I can’t do anything.
I cannot hurt my little princess’s feelings so I sighed deeply and said “ok” with a heavy heart.
Owen’s POV
It’s been a week, we got married. I tried to give the grandest wedding to my beloved woman. It’s also been a week since Nancy has been sleeping with Angie.
Either Angie will sleep in our room between us or Nancy will sleep in Angie’s room. Now it’s getting on my nerves. I must do something to teach a lesson to my sweetheart so that she never tries to pull this kind of stunt with me in the future and guess what I got the chance also.
