Early the next morning, Irma and Frederic returned to LA together.
At this time, LA had been a mess. Fred father learned that Frederic hadn’t gone to the UK branch. His face turned dark and he was looking for Frederic everywhere.
When Frederic brought Irma back to home, Fred father angrily smashed the tea cup in his hand and pointed at Frederic and yelled, “Frederic, you are a shameless child! You still have face to come back with Margret’s daughter? Do you want me to lose my mind?”
Hearing his father’s words, Frederic sneered, “Dad, you drove Margret out of LA, and transferred me to the UK branch so as to cover up for your mistakes ten years ago, so that everyone will not know my mother’s death. Just to hide your secret of cheating. I am back now and I will never sit idly by!”
“Shut UP!” Fred Father shivered with anger, raised his hand and slapped it on Frederic’s face.
Frederic covered his beaten face, but a pair of tough eyes kept staring at Fred father, with no intention of giving in at all.
Since he decided to come back, he would never give in.
Starting today, he will never let Irma suffer even the slightest grievances!
His father looked at him with a sneer and said, “Frederic, don’t forget that you are my son, everything you have now is given by me. If you don’t want nothing, you”d better behave and listen to me!”
With that said, he turned to look at Irma and gritted his teeth. “Let Irma get out of LA immediately. Margret has already left. Her family doesn’t want her anymore. What does she stay in LA for?”
As soon as his words fell, he stepped forward to drag Irma away.
Irma was startled, and subconsciously stepped back a few steps.
The next second, Frederic took Irma into his arms and protected Irma from his father. He stared at his father and said, “Dad, I will not let her leave. I will remarry her. ”
Hearing Frederic’s words, Fred Father’s face was filled with anger. “Frederic, ARE YOU CRAZY? Did you forget how hard you were to divorce this woman? Now you are going to remarry her? ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR FUCKING MIND????”
Frederic’s voice was very sure, “I love Irma, I want to give her a home.”
“YOU…” Fred father shivered with anger, and he sneered and stared at Frederic, “Frederic, you’re so crazy! Since you’ve decided, then I don’t have a son like you anymore. And take Irma with you! And you’re no longer the president of our company!!!!!!”
Upon his words, Irma panicked, and she quickly shook her head at Frederic.
She can’t let Frederic lose her family and career for her.
Frederic squeezed her hand tightly, his eyes were full of determination.
Since he decided to take Irma back to LA, then he must be fully prepared. He had been thinking through what his father would do.
He sneered and stepped into his father step by step, lowering his voice and said, “Dad, I can leave the family, but the president of Fred’s Group, it’s not up to you.”
“Frederic, what do you mean by that?” Fred father panicked and asked, staring at Frederic quickly.
Frederic smiled with pride, “Dad, the work I’ve done these years is not in vain. If you really want to replace me, you can try it and see if it can be changed?”
In Fred’s group, there are many people who are loyal to Frederic all these years. He’s not worried about this at all.
After he finished, he squeezed Irma’s hand tightly and looked at Fred Father and said, “Also, I brought Irma here today to inform you that we are going to remarry. And I’m not asking for your permission!”
