Chapter 62

Book:Alpha's Puppet  Published:2024-5-1

Shane Moss watched Omarr walked out of his room. And because Shane compelled him to get out, Omarr’s steps were as lifeless as his face was minutes ago. Shane knew Omarr had always been in love with him but he ignored it a while back. Since the eight of them have been having sex and living their life, he believed Omarr had grown out of it.
Shane sat on his bed confused. He scratched his head. He frowned at what just happened. He stood up again. He paced around the room. He kept walking around till he could no longer contain the anger in him. He grabbed the center table made of glass. He threw it at the entrance. The table shattered on impact to the door, and made little crunching sound as it landed on the floor.
“Fuck!” Shane grunted. He felt disappointed in Omarr because of what he just said. He was not expecting Omarr to still harbour such emotions for him. They already agreed that their relationship is pending the time Benjamin gets back.
Even though Omarr had been wrong I having such feelings and everything other thing, there was one thing he was correct with. Shane does not know anything about Benjamin’s whereabouts. The only thing that keeps the hope of Benjamin’s wellness in him was the oath they once had before Benjamin was taken away from him.
“You know, I am still scared,” Benjamin said to him the night before Alpha Jax came to their pack. Both of them had no idea of what future awaits them.
“Why are you scared?”
“I don’t know. It’s not something I can pinpoint,” Benjamin replied.
“Benjie, I told you already. Nothing is going to separate us. We are not ever going to fall apart. I am not going to leave you,” Shane assured Benjamin.
“You know the difference between both of us right?”
“That I am the Alpha’s beta and you are just a member of this pack?”
“Yes! Exactly that!” Benjamin exclaimed.
“Is it still because of that one time you saw me with a lady?”
“It’s not about that only. The Alpha could decide that you get married to some lady from some unknown pack, just to consolidate the relationship with other packs,” Benjamin said.
“Come on Benjie! It won’t happen okay? He is never going to do that to his second in command. He knows how much I love you. So he won’t do that,” Shane said.
“Okay! But swear to me you will never leave me,” Benjamin requested.
Shane Moss stood up. Both of them were sitting on a mountain in their pack. He pulled his clothes off.
“I swear by the moon goddess. I swear by all the gods and goddesses we don’t even believe in, that I will forever love you and feel you within me,” Shane swore. He smiled at Benjamin. His dick stood erect after swearing, and he could feel a sensation within him. A soothing effect. A feeling of perfection and completeness.
“See? I already swore. This is as good as us being married,” Shane Moss said.
“I know! I love you Shane,” Benjamin said. He smiled and hugged Shane’s lower half. He left him few seconds later.
“So uhm! Your penis is erect and I don’t want you to suffer blue balls later. Want me to cure you?” Benjamin teased Shane.
“Oh! It’s my pleasure Sire,” Shane Moss grabbed his penis and put it right before Benjamin’s face.
“Do your duty sir!” Shane said.
Remembering the last night he spent with Benjamin weakened him. He misses the love of his life. And not just missing. He is scared Benjamin might betray him. The only thing truly stopping Shane from moving on from Benjamin is the feeling of incompleteness he feels ever since Benjamin left. The sensation he felt within him that day has ever changed rhythm. It’s not calming but heavy.
Shane realised that Benjamin might have moved on from him. After all, Benjamin did not swear any oath. Shane believed in Benjamin. He believed in the fact that Benjamin already said he loves him. There was no need to second guess it. After all, both of them were meant to spend all eternity together. Shane thought maybe he should not have believed Benjamin. Maybe both of them should have sworn the oath under the guidance of the moon goddess. Maybe then, he might not have this insecurity he is feeling.
Shane stood up and walk towards his door. He now know what he must do to be sure that Benjamin is well and okay. To prove Omarr wrong. He would have to send a message to Benjamin. He knows the news of him being the Alpha had gotten to Alpha Jax. But he needed it to get to Benjamin. And he would expect a reply to know if his cause is truly lost or if he would still have his man.
“Benjamin, can you hear me? If you can, thanks to the moon goddess. And if you can’t, I hope the goddess help create a connection. I want you to get this message in good health and good hope. I want you to know that even after all these years, you are still in my mind and I will never forget you. And I am coming for you,” Shane prayed and walked towards the door.
As he put his hands on the knob, a push to the door from outside caught him on aware. He hit his head.
“Mothefucker!” He cursed.
“Ah! Shane, my bad!” Zeeb said. Zeeb tried grabbing Shane. He wanted to help him rub the wound.
“It’s Alpha Shane,” he said to Zeeb.
“Whatever you say, My Alpha,” Zeeb replied. Shane felt the annoyance in his message was not received by Zeeb. He fear what emotions Zeeb has for him too. Shane won’t be surprised if Zeeb should break the trust he has for him.
“Get out of my room, you piece of shit!” He growled again. Zeeb turned around. Shane watch him walk away just as lifeless like a controlled Barbie.
“Fuck!” Shane kicked his door so hard that he created a dent in the iron door. He felt the sharp pain in his leg, but it was worth it.
