Something was off about Ella. Why is because she Kept checking the time. She was acting weird that I want to know why.
I was sitting in the study section doing some work. I didn’t want to go to the office. Having some closeness to my mate is what I need right now.
Ella sighed ” Can I go outside please?”
I was surprised of course ” So you know how to beg?”
She rolled her eyes ” Don’t be cocky. I’ve been indoor for hours, don’t you think some fresh air will be good”
I shrugged ” I don’t trust you at all. You’ve been acting suspiciously since I got in so don’t pull any kind of stunt on me.”
She huffed ” I’m not saying you should trust me or something but do you think I’ll escape just like that? For crying out loud you have Guards everywhere so how do you expect me to run away”
” True but you won’t go.”
She glared at me” You can’t keep me indoor forever. I need to go home. My mom will find me, just wait and see.
I cackled ” Really now? Let’s see about that ”
She moved forward with full speed and hit me on the chest in the process. She looks really mad that I know she’d hurt me if she was given the chance.
” I hate you so much” she sobbed quietly as she became weak from hitting my chest. I hugged her to my body when she began to slide down. Ella isn’t ready for all this. I’m sure she is pretending to be ok but she isn’t and I’m not ready to let go just yet.
I whispered reassuring words in her ears. She refused to hear my voice but I insisted ” You’ll come to get used to this ”
” But I don’t want to get used to this ” she mumbles into my chest.
Her closeness was affecting me but in a good way though. I tried controlling myself when I felt my erection standing. Precisely, we were sat on the floor with her hugging me. She was quiet for a while then I felt it.
She kissed my neck. What is she doing?! Ella pecked me on the lips leaving me speechless. Does she know what she’s doing right now?
Ella stared at me in the eyes with watery eyes ” Do you love me?” She asked.
Her question threw me off guard. I didn’t know what to say so I nodded ” Of course I do”
She made no move instead she stared straight into my eyes. Ella was so close to me now. She smiled, confusing me the more

I know I sound stupid saying those words but it felt real. I needed him and I don’t know why. My mind is screaming at me but my body says different. What is happening to me? Why do I all of a sudden feel honey?
Zion stared at me with brow raised ” Do you know what you are saying?”
I felt embarrassed. I pulled away from him but he stopped me “Let me go please”
He did let go” Look at me, Ella”
” I can’t ”
He forced my hands away from my face ” Don’t be ashamed, it’s what your body want. You can’t control what you feel and I’m happy I make you feel this way. You do the same to me too”
What is he implying? Do I also make him honey? He can’t be serious.
” Please can we just stop this right now? I… erm… I don’t feel comfortable talking about it”
He chuckled ” Need I remind you that I’ve seen your nakedness before So why feel shy now “…
I glared hard at him ” Why must you say something like that?”
He laughed ” We are grown adults and we can do as we please so stop getting embarrassed over this ”
” oh please shut up” I tried pushing him away but his hold on my waist was too tight.
Zion bent his head a little. His breath fanned my face, he stared down at my lips, and like a motion, I licked my lip.
” There is nothing more I want than to kiss you right now. You don’t know what you’re doing to me Ella”
My breathing began rigid. I couldn’t tear my eyes away from his lips too, I want a taste. His head came closer as if he wants to kiss me. I held my breath ready for any heart attack.
Zion was tortured entirely. I thought he was about to kiss me but the dick head bites the tip of my ears and laughed.
I was furious to an extent. This time around I succeeded in pushing him away. I got up and went to sit on the bed with a pout formed on my lips. It’s so embarrassing.
” Come on princess”
.” Don’t call me that ” I hissed.
Zion got up and just when he was about to come closer, we heard a knock on the door. He glared at the door hard not happy that we got interrupted.
” Who is there?”
“Alpha you are needed at the King’s Square, it’s important”
The person said from behind the door.
” I’m coming ”
I was alarmed. What could be the problem? I stared at zion as he picked up a shirt from the wardrobe. He put it on instantly and went out of the door without even saying
What the hell was going on?
The bastard locked the door from outside so that I can’t escape. This isn’t fair at all. I need a breather. The more I stay here the more homesick I become. I haven’t seen my friend. She didn’t even bother to come to see me. Did Zion ban her from coming here?
I went to the window when I heard a voice coming from downstairs. Zion’s angry voice could be heard. What is going on down there? I wondered.
Zion was facing a man the same height as him but I couldn’t see the person since his back was turned at me. Zion looks mad from what the person might have said.
I heard a knock so I moved away from the window just in time. The maid came back to clear the room.
” Luna” she bowed
I went to retrieve her phone from where I kept it. I handed it over to her ” Thanks a lot Kate. You were helpful to me “…
” Don’t mention. I’m always at your service. “
