Landon looked at the wound and his face softened a little bit but it was wiped with a quick cold expression.
Zoey arched her brow when she realized that she’s inside Landon’s car and he just happened to drive out of the university minutes ago.
“Pull over! ” she said but he didn’t answer. His eyes were fixed on the road as if it was glued to it. She rolled her eyes and bit the button of her lips. She’s really trying her best not to get mad at his stupidity, she needs to watch her actions just for the sake of her scholarship.
She gazed at him…
“Did you suddenly go dumb or have ear problems, I don’t understand what’s going on? Didn’t you hear me? ” She yelled and he glanced at her this time around but didn’t utter a word.
She heaved a sigh and looked away.. ” “Be patient Zoey. ” she thought…
“Can you please pull over? ” She pleaded with a loud voice..
“You were the one that dragged yourself in, weren’t you the one that got inside my car. Okay, , now that you are inside my car you will obey the rules and regulations in this car. ” he uttered and moved back his gaze to the road.
“Rules and regulations inside one’s car. ” She thought and found it useless.. She really wants to fly into a rage of anger but she needs to stay cool for the sake of her scholarship..
“Please Don. ” she pleaded and watched his reaction. Landon arched his brows and knitted his forehead.. their eyes met and she smiled at him, trying her best to look sincere.
“Nice smile you got. ” He uttered and scoffed

“Then wait until I stop driving. ” He interrupted .

“I don’t know anything. ” He interrupted again.
“Seriously! ”
“I told you my car, my rules. There are rules and regulations guiding this car. ” Landon snarled.
“Rules. Useless rules. ” She mumbled to his hearing only.
“Hey, stop shining those rotten teeth on me. ” He uttered arrogantly..
“Pervert, as if I did. ” She muttered..
“You really wanna make me blind. ” He said and Zoey gasped and looked down at her clothes.
“Trying to seduce me. Nice try though. ” He uttered, she really felt like breaking his head with a heavy punch.
“I’m not doing this intentionally. ” she uttered and scoffed looking through the window.
He took back his gaze at Zoey and chuckled.
“Nice boobs. ” He smirked.
“What the hell are you even saying? Are you nuts ??” Zoey screamed..
Landon laughed out.. Her facial expression made him laugh out loud.
I don’t know that the almighty Don is a pervert. Just that your laughter is the worst. ” she uttered with her teeth gritted together…
“So you think, showing me your boobs will make me give you your scholarship. ”
“Are you m*d or something? . I told you I didn’t do it intentionally. ” Zoey yelled, sincerely, she just kept regretting. On norm, she would be doing a different thing but now she’s stuck with this egocentric rat.

She closed her eyes and sighed deeply… A part of her brain was making her regret it and the other seemed blank, it was as if there was no signal.
Landon glanced at her but moved his gaze away and turned his car steering to the left, he moved his car to the parking lot.
“I’m pleading with Landon. ” Zoey pleaded..
“I need my scholarship back… I promise to do—- she gulped the remaining words.. Despite her pleading, Landon still got out of the car and left her sitting..
She rushed out of the car and stopped him from moving…
“Please Don.. please. ” Zoey pleaded..
He glanced at her and moved away from her and walked inside the building. Zoey had no choice but to follow him.
“Are you planning to follow me to my floor? ” He asked.
“Any way you see it. ” She scoffed.
“It’s like I’m dealing with a stubborn lady.” He thought and the ding from the elevator made him walk out of it.
“Why am I dealing with this proud peacock. ” Zoey thought and rolled her eyes.
They walked inside his apartment and he headed to his kitchen and got a bottle of water from his fridge.
Zoey leans on the entrance wall of his kitchen.
“If you stay more than a minute I might not be able to control myself. ” Landon uttered and she knitted her forehead quickly.
She took steps closer to him…
“I’m not backing out. I will leave until you give me my scholarship.” She mumbled.
Landon sighed deeply and walked closer to her. He had a bad boy look on his face, she really felt scared.
“What if he takes my innocence? ” She thought. In a quick move she found him closer to her, their breaths were close. He held her face in his hands and turned her face back to him, he looked her in the eyeballs.
He chuckled lightly, then wrapped his arm around her waist and pushed her up against a wall..
“I can’t resist you. Your cologne keeps hitting me. ” He whispered in her ears and took a bite in her earlobe.
