Chapter 46
The old Chubby woman had reached to see them on hearing that someone was searching for “Emily” and what stunned her more was the fact that it was her daughter “Camilla” they were talking about with a young Man.
“Where are you going, my child?” The woman Shrugged at them blocking their views at the moment as they chuckled at Her.
“Good morning ma’am, we are actually on our way home ma’am, how can we help you”. Camilla shrugged at her with a smile as the woman exclaimed in surprise.
“You’re just like your mother Emily”. Your mother died two months ago here in the Broad Landers pack! She waited so long for you, hoping to see you before her death but that was impossible so she gave up on the heart attack which she had have and later died. But before her death, she told me to hand this to you”.
Tears pricked out of her eyes as the woman let out the unpleasant words to her. Of course she was feeling so sad and had wished that she could see her mother. So all those journeys were finally in vain?
But then she came to realize something. At least it’s not that in vain because she was able to figure out who Waylen was and that made her relieved.
“Here, your mother gave me this necklace to give you”. Thank you ma’am!! There were tears in her face as she uttered Such words and collected the sparkling luxurious necklace from her.
“Saved journey my child, don’t cry no more because your mother is with you even though she’s late now”. The old woman uttered as they walked away from her.
Camilla and Waylen had been walking for two hours now without stopping. They needed to reach the Bronx pack before nightfall. Don’t they want to spend another day wandering around the forest.
Since they know their way home, it will be very easy for them because they will be taking a short cut around the forest then to the Bronx pack.
Waylen had noticed how sad Camilla had been all those whiles that even if he cracked jokes that she was supposed to laugh in, she wouldn’t but keep quiet and keep her face lost in the ocean of sadness and waylen hate seeing her looking like this.
He wishes he could make her happy. “Camilla”he called as she turned to look at him. “Please try not to be sad Okay!! I know sometimes the journey can be rough and hard but I will tell you that you just gotta keep going”.
“What are you trying to say?” She asked as his words sounded somehow to her ears. “I’m trying to comfort you Camilla, you look really sad and I hate seeing you like this”.
“I know you really miss your mother but you just gotta forget about her and know that she’s currently in the heavens and she will be very sad to see you looking like this”.
“You’re right, I should totally forget about her and focus on my life”. Camilla uttered as he chuckled.
“That’s the spirit Camilla, you just gotta be happy because your mother had expected that from you”.
And just then, Camilla remembered her encounter with “Felix” , the guy who she had seen back there in the forest and had mistaken him to be him.
“Just a question, during the time you were born, do you remember being a twins?” Camilla asked with a curious gaze as he nodded his head. “no I don’t ” I don’t think I had twins! He uttered.
“Ohhhh then I think I was hallucinating then because I had mistaken someone to be you”.
Camilla sat down at the fallen tree in the forest as she was so tired from walking. They’ve been walking for three hours straight without sitting or resting.
“You know we really have to keep going Camilla?” We might get attacked by rogue wolves in the night if we decide to stay in this forest where stray rogue Wolves move around like a dog.
He said hoping that she would understand. Waylen transited into a big gray wolf and told her to get on his back.
“What are you trying to do?” But is that possible? She shrugged at him as he mindlink her to enter his back. Although he knew that by the time they got there he would be so tired but he had to do this.

They finally got to their home in under five hours and Camilla was really impressed with his physical strength. Camilla went inside her room to take her bath and freshen up! She feels really tired that she went into two hours of slumber before finally waking up to prepare lunch for herself.

“My Alpha; please allow me to break this news to you!! I saw Waylon and Camilla not quite long enough! They’re finally back from their journey.
Zeta Rowan Shrugged at Alpha Adan who was currently on his bed. He was joyful to hear that they’ve come back from the journey. He actually thought that he would never get to see Waylen again before he died.
“Please go call him for me “. Call the two of them for me immediately!! Tell them about my conditions and let them come to me before my departure from this world. He instructed zeta Rowan who later went to drop the information for them.
Zeta Rowan had to push the door open since he doesn’t have time to wait for them to open it for them and the both of them were very surprised with his actions and how he opened the door without knocking.
“You seem worried, what is the problem?” Waylen questions him as he sighed.
“This is about Alpha Adan, your uncle”. Zeta Uttered with a worried look as Camilla groaned.
“I knew that he would send someone for us, please can you help us tell him that we will come Later”. Camilla Shrugged at him as she just can’t imagine the scolding they will receive from him.
“You and Waylen have to follow me right now, Alpha Adan has no time left since he’s terribly sick and he wishes to have some words with the both of you”.
