“Sylvester?!” I yelled. My eyes fell on Sylvester’s stunned face.
Diana was on the bed half naked, tears rolling down her eyes.
“What’s going on here? Are you trying to rape Diana? Sylvester!!” I became perplexed and stupefied to see Sylvester, he shivered with fear like an injured bird who saw danger and knew there was no escape.
I clenched and unclenched my fists at the outrageous deeds of my only brother. My veins tightened and my heart raced with purging anger.
“Fuck!! How dare you?!” My teeth gritted in anger.
Sylvester stepped back and released his hold from Diana right before my very eyes. She stood up and ran towards me in fear, she was covered in sweat and tears.
I dug my hands in my pocket and pulled out a gun. This has probably been his plan all along, to come when I’m gone.
“Babe please don’t kill him, calm down please” A frightened Diana begged. I Ignored her pleads and cocked the gun at him, before I kill him I have to know if he is the perpetrator behind all this blackmails and attempted murder.
I shot his frightened orbs hard murder glares and slid the gun back into my pocket.
“So this is your plan all along, to forcefully sleep with my woman, I’m so glad I came here first…. I trusted you! How can you betray your only brother?”
“No Branden it’s not…..”
“Don’t fucking speak to me!” I roared with a blaze of indignation burning throw my cells. My eyes turned reds and the veins in my neck popped out.
This was beyond the worst day of my life, first I caught my father cheating with that imposter and now, my only brother is attempting to rape my woman.
Fuck! Everything is so messed up, who gave him the audacity? Did he have no fear?
My mouth thinned and my eyes narrowed into slits of fury. Words couldn’t describe how pissed I was.
“Bring her in!” I yelled at my guards outside the door. In a heartbeat they held the lady’s arm and dragged her into the room like a prisoner.
“Lia?!” a stunned Sylvester muttered, his voice was dim but audible.
“Good! You know her” An evil smile played on my lips as I began to fully understand everything that has been going on.
“Now you, who hired you, who is your boss Lia or whatever you call yourself?” I turned towards her and gave her an icy stare.
Her replies came in form of mutters, she sobbed and cried on the floor like a battered theif.
“Please let me go” She continued to plead. Is it really hard to understand? If she doesn’t speak up I might just have to shoot her in the head.
I let her go the first time but not this time, I’ve had too much blood on my hands, the best I can do is to take her to jail but she must pay for all she has gotten me into.
“I don’t think you understand what’s going here” I pulled out the gun from my pocket and pointed it at her.
“You see this gun? It’s loaded, if you don’t speak up I’ll release a bullet into your head” I threatened.
“Sir….” She attempted to beg.
“5…. 4… 3….. 2…” I started a countdown.
“He is the one! it was Mr Sylvester and Catherine that planned it all, they hired me to seduce you and blackmail you so they would seperate you and this lady, I’m sorry. I was only doing my job” She rushed her words and threw her gaze back to the floor.
“I can’t believe it! My own brother? You almost killed me at the warehouse, this bitch you sent hit me in the head with a stick. You even attempted to kidnap Diana, So you mean all this shit I’ve been suffering was because of you and that horny bitch? I should have suspected. Why didn’t I think of it” I uttered in regret.
“Brother believe me…”
“If you say a word I’ll shoot you and shoot her” I interrupted his words with threats.
“After all the years together, you and Dad decided to betray our family, I’ll make sure you rot in jail.
Take them away I don’t want to see his filthy face again” I ordered the bodyguards.
“Find that Catherine lady…. Here is her picture. Find her and drag all three of them to the state prison.
I’ll be there shortly, any mess ups and you all are dead. Understood?” I uttered strictly.
Sylvester and Lia were held and pulled out of the house forcefully by my bodyguards. Continuous pleads and yells of Sylvester reverberated from the sitting room to my ears but I ignored.
My heart almost failed me at the realization of been framed and almost killed by my only brother because of a woman. What type evil minded person does that? I could have died in that warehouse, I could have died in that beach too, Diana left me because of him and Catherine.
That explains Catherine’s efforts to seduce me, they all worked together so Catherine could have me and Sylvester could have Diana.
I’m so glad I didn’t fall into the trap, I fell into the first one unconsciously but this time I was conscious, I was in my right senses.
Diana hugged me firmly, her eyes offloaded series of tears. Watching her cry so much almost caused me to shed tears.
I became teary and shattered, shattered because of the men I called family. Teary because I almost lost Diana, I fell into a trap that gave my enemies access.
“I was so scared, I kept screaming your name. He was already about to completely undress me.
I begged him but he turned a deaf ear, he pushed me and pinned me to the bed” She murmured with her eyes full of tears.
“It’s fine you’re safe now, you’re safe with me, dont ever leave my sight again” I embraced and planted a kiss on her forehead. Nothing will ever seperate us again, no one will come between us.
“I’m sorry I didn’t trust you, I was wrong please forgive me” She looked up to me from beneath lashes.
“It’s fine baby, I also wouldn’t if you were in my position” I said.
“I’m sorry about Sylvester I never knew he was like that, and your dad? What did he do? And how did all this happen? What warehouse?” she inquired curiously.
“It’s a long story I’ll tell you all that later, for now let’s go to the prison, they must have found Catherine by now” I released Diana from my hold and took her to the car.
Nothing will stop me from making that bitch’s life miserable, I can’t believe she would go to this length just to have sex with me again. I’ll make sure Sylvester and Catherine pay for everything they’ve done.
