Michelle, Xander, Melissa and Sophie, followed both Mr and Mrs Sylvester into the house.
“You might all want to take a seat for this.” Mr Sylvester said, sitting down on a couch.
“Would any of you want anything, water, juice.” Mrs Sylvester asked, offering them a smile.
“No, not really. I think I’m okay.” Michelle wasn’t okay, if she was to be sincere, but she’s so eager to know what’s going on. She doesn’t mind having a dry throat.
“Hmm, well. You and Melissa was just three years old, when we decided to come over to New York. The plane we entered crashed into an ocean, after that crash we looked for Melissa but we never found her, you Michelle was the only one found. The both of you are twins, if you need to check your DNA to be sure, then you can do it.” Mr Sylvester daisy, shrugging his shoulders.
“Wow, this is crazy, the most crazy thing I have ever heard, all my life.” Melissa breathes out.
“I know right, I would never had though that we are twins or even related in anyway. I thought there is something called twin connections, we don’t have that, neither do we even behave anything in common.” Michelle let’s out, staring at Melissa in shock.
“And the both of you, don’t really look alike to me. Just a little for me and that is why, I am still wondering why your director or colleague, ever mistook you for Melissa.” Xander said, staring at the both of them. Trying to see the twins resemblance between the both of them.
“And that’s why we need to take that DNA test, just to be sure. I know, I was told, that I was found next to the ocean and that my babe *Melissa* was all I could remember, but we have to take that test, so we could be sure.” Melissa said.
“Sure, we should take the test. Let’s go now.” Michelle concurs.
“Before that happens, you were saying something about this little girl, when I opened the door for you. So… Could you repeat yourself again.” Mrs Sylvester asked her daughter, staring at Chelsea intently.
“Uhm.. well.. she is your grand daughter.” Michelle broke the news, nervously.
“What, you were pregnant and we didn’t know about it. We talked on phone, a lot and not once, not once did you tell me, that you were pregnant.” Her mom exclaimed, staring at her shocked, having this look of unbelief on her face.
“I know, and I’m sorry. I didn’t want to tell you, because I was ashamed of myself, I didn’t want the both of you to be disappointed in me and to make matters worst, the father of my child, wasn’t around. We couldn’t contact each other.” This was all she would say about her and Xander separation, she wouldn’t want her parent’s, knowing what really happened.
“But still yet, you should have told us. We are you parents, and it’s okay for us to be disappointed but we can’t be disappointed at you forever.” Mrs Sylvester hugged her daughter really thought, with a teary smile on her face.
“Thanks mum, and I’m so sorry.” Michelle replies her mum, hugging her back.
“Hey, save some hug for me.” Mr Sylvester yelled, getting in on the hug, Sophie joins and so did Melissa.
“If I am correct, you are the father of my grandchild and that makes you, a part of the family. So join on the hug.” Mr Sylvester said, drawing Xander into the hug.

Mr and Mrs Sylvester, Michelle, Melissa, Xander and Sophie, all waited at the waiting room, for the DNA test to be out.
After a while of waiting, they finally saw the doctor, “Mr and Mrs Sylvester, I am happy to announce, that Melissa is your biological daughter.” The doctor announced.
“Oh my gosh, I can’t believe that the both of you, are really twins. This! Is! So! Amazing. Just wow.” Sophie yelled out, excitedly.
“I know right, never would I ever think, Michelle is my twin sister. I have been friends with her for years now, and not once, not once, did I ever think, that we are siblings more of twin sisters.” Melissa uttered, hugging Michelle.
“That’s true, this is so surprising.” Michelle agrees, hugging Melissa back.

“Hmmmm, this scents really good, I cant wait to eat it.” Michelle said, taking in the aroma of the food.
“You know, it’s really nice to have everyone of you here, having dinner together, as a family. Is really nice, to have my two daughters here, and my granddaughter. And ofcourse, let’s not forget our charming Sophie and the newest member of the family, Xander” Mrs Sylvester said, smiling really happily.
“Do you know what people, let’s make a toast.” Melissa said, raising her glass of juice, every other person’s, followed suit and raised their glasses.
“To family.” Melissa yells.
“To family.” Everyone followed suit.
They all smiled, and then started eating. “So.. Michelle, when is your wedding?.” Mr Sylvester asked, breaking the silence that has befallen the dining table.
Michelle coughed out awkwardly, “Wedding, well.. we haven’t made plans for it yet.” She stuttered nervously, knowing her parents really well, she knows they won’t like the idea of her staying separate from Xander. Her mother would always said, a child deserve both the attention of her parents.
“Oh, but you do need to set a date for your wedding. And really fast, Chelsea is growing by the minute.” Mrs sylvester mutters loudly.
“Give her a breathing space dear. She will get married but for now, let’s just have dinner.” Mr sylvester said, placing his hand on his wife’s hand.
“Okay fine, but the discussion is not over yet.” Mrs sylvester said deadpan.

Michelle sat down on a bench in her mother’s garden, gazing at the sky.
“Hey we can talk?.” Mrs sylvester asked, sitting down next to michelle on the bench.
Michelle turns to stare at her briefly, then returned her gaze to the sky. “What do you want to talk about?.” Michelle asked.
“I don’t know what Xander must have done to you, or how he must have hurt you. But I just want you to know that some people are worth forgiving. If they are sincerely sorry.” Mrs Sylvester spoke softly.
“What are you talking about?.” Michelle feigned ignorance.
“I’m your mother michelle, I can tell when something is wrong. You can take my advice if you want, am your mother so I will always stand by your decision, even if it’s clearly the wrong the decision. Goodnight dear.” Mrs sylvester placed a kiss on michelle cheeks and walked away.
Michelle sighs, her mother words ringing her ear *Some people are worth forgiving, if they are sincerely sorry.*
“Oh my goodness, I know what to do.” She exclaims standing up abruptly.

Michelle rushed up the stairs to her room, her mother had insisted that Xander spend the night in Michelle’s room. And that was why she went out in the first place.
“Xander.” She called rushing into the room. Xander who is currently sitting on the bed… gets up on hearing her voice. “Michelle what’s going on? What happened, why are you breathing so hard?.” Xander asked worriedly.
Michelle rushed to him, wrapped her arms around him, “I forgive you Xander, I love you so much.” She whispered in his ear.
