Xander Collins private jet touched the ground of New York, with a great acceleration. Xander climbed down the stairs of the jet, having an unsure look on his face. He wished he could be anywhere else but New York, he isn’t ready to see her.
“Welcome sir.”Xander chauffeur greets, bowing slightly with a welcoming smile on his face.
Xander only nod his head, in a form of reply to the chauffeur greetings, not returning the bright smile. He got into the back seat of the car, the chauffeur wasted no time in climbing into the driver seat of the car.
“Where to sir.” Mr David, Xander chauffeur asks, looking at him through the rearview mirror. Knowing his boss so much, he knows that, he should always asks before concluding or he might get fired.
“No take me to the office.” Xander said operating on his laptop. The meeting with the shareholders has already been scheduled for today and as a businessman, it will be better if he goes back to the office and get all the information he could get. With the kind of shareholders he has in his company, he knows very well that he needs all the information, he could get, to handle the situation at hand.
The chauffeur drove straight to Xander’s company, once the car was safely parked at the front of the company, he got down from the driver’s seat, and opened the car door for his boss.
Xander stepped out of the car, his eyes feasted on the building. 5 years, 5 good years of staying away, now he’s back.
With his shoulder held up high, he walked into the company.

Melissa sat down in the meeting room, swiveling her chair, her mind far gone. she was thinking, thinking about the news she just heard, thinking about the fact that, her brother is not only coming back to New York but he’s also going to also attend this meeting, this very shareholder meeting she is attending.
Melissa was still thinking, when her brother walks in to the meeting room. He stopped on his tracks as his eyes met with his sister, Melissa.
The both of them, exchange a look, that held no meaning. A look that only lasted for just seconds. Xander looked away and then faced the shareholders.
?? ??????, ?? ????’? ???????, ????? ??? ???? ????? ??????. She thinks.
Melissa had always though that, the next time she will be seeing her brother, he wouldn’t be that proud anymore.
The meeting started and Melissa had to do everything within her power, to stay seated on her chair and not get up from her seat, walked over to her brother and break a bottle on his head.
As the meeting came to an end Xander was able to calm down and reassure every one of his board member. He said his thank you, and then walked out of the meeting room.

Xander was in his office when a knock was rained on his door, he raised his head up from the important documents he is currently working on, and then yelled, “Coming in.”
“Well, well, well, well, if it isn’t Xander Collins, the man who is my brother and also the same man who denied he’s own child before the child was even born.” Melissa says mockingly, catwalking into he’s office. Xander only sighed, then face the documents that he’s working on.
“You know… I really thought, you will never be able brave to show your face in this country, after what you did to Michelle.” Melissa spats out hatefully.
“It’s nice seeing you too sis.” Xander said, raising his head up from the documents, pushing aside the hateful words he’s sister, is saying to him.
“It’s not nice, seeing you Xander. Please do me a favor and get the hell back to the hole you are coming from.”
“Sorry sis, but I’m not going anyway and definitely not when I have a company to handle. Why don’t you, do me a favour and leave my office, as you can see, I’m very busy.” Xander said calmly.
“Of course, I would leave Xander, what else can I expect from a man, who never cares about the feelings of others, he doesn’t care about what others think. Well, if you must know, Michelle gave birth to a girl. I won’t tell you her name, cause you don’t deserve to know. Have a nice day Xander Collins.” Melissa gave him one more look and then walked out of her brother’s office.

“And here comes my baby.” Michelle said, spreading her arms wide, Chelsea jumps down from the bus and then ran into her mother’s arm.
“I miss you mum.” Chelsea said to her mum.
“I miss you too, my baby.” Michelle replied her kissing the top of her daughter’s head.
“Okay, okay, if you’re done with your, little show affection, can we all go inside.” Melissa said, walking towards them, with a big smile on my face.
“Just say you’re jealous, of me and my baby.” Michelle replied her, sticking her tongue out like a little kid.
“Nope I’m not. Why would I ever be jealous of this little cutie.” Melissa placed a hand under Chelsea jaw, and rained a lot of kisses on her face.
“Aunt Melissa, where is the chocolates you promised me.” Chelsea asked her, her eyes on Melissa’s bag.
“Don’t worry, I brought them and they are in my bag.” Melissa answered her, placed one more kiss on Chelsea face then looked up at Michelle and said, “I have to discuss an issue with you.”
“Uhm, okay.. I guess we should all go in then.” Michelle said, with a curious look wondering what is this issue, that her friend wants to dicusss with her and why does her voice sounds worried.
Michelle walks into her house, with Chelsea in her arms, Melissa walking behind her.
“Just give me a minute, Melissa. I need to get this young lady out of her school uniform, give her a good bath, and also her something to eat. I’ll be back in a minute.” Michelle informs Melissa then walked into the room opposite her, which is actually Chelsea room.
Once she was done bathing, she changed her daughter clothes, gave her food to eat then left her in her room, eating and the same time watching cartoon.
“Okay… I’m back, what’s going on. Your voice sound a little bit worried, what do you need to discuss with me?.” Michelle questions, sitting down on the couch next to Melissa.
“Well, you are right, I’m worried. My brother is back, Michelle.” Melissa breaks the news with a sigh.
“You mean Xander?.” Michelle asked her shocked.
“Yup, the one and only.” Melissa answers frowning, then she said, “I didn’t even expect that he was going to come back. Although I did heard from one of the worked in he’s company that Xander would be coming back to New York, to hold a meeting with the shareholders. On a normal day, I won’t even bother going for shareholders meeting. Like, come on, I do have more important things to do… like my career.” Melissa paused for a little while, on seeing she has Michelle full attention, she continued, “Anyway I attended the shareholders meeting, and my brother was present in that same shareholders. And to make matters worse, he is going back anytime soon.”
“Hmm, okay.” Michelle says shrugging her shoulders, like Marissa didn’t say anything so worrisome.
“Okay, is that what you’re going to say.” Melissa exclaims with a shocked look.
“What else do you want me to say, Melissa. Xander isn’t a part of my life, so I don’t give a fuck if he’s back, that’s none of my business.” Michelle defends, getting up from the couch.
“He is a part of your life Michelle, he is the father of your child.” Melissa argues, not like as if she wants her brother to be part of Chelsea’s life, but she just wants to state the fact.
“Yeah, a child he refused to acknowledge as his.” Michelle says pointedly.
“Look, I’m not here to argue with you Michelle, I’m just here to let you know that, my brother is back and that’s all.” Melissa was already getting tired of the back forth argument, so she had to look for away to opt out of the argument.
“Thanks for the info, but I would also want you to know, that your brother coming back to New York doesn’t affect me in anyway, as long as he doesn’t try to be a part of my daughter’s life. Then I’m fine.” Michelle said, her head held high.
“Sure, and I also do not want my brother coming anywhere close to Chelsea, I can assure you that.” Melissa said and then took Michelle in big bear warm hug.
“Thanks Melissa.”

Michelle stared at her sleeping daughter, with so much affection. She lied when she said, Xander presence doesn’t affect her in anyway, it does. It brought back old memories she tried buried long ago.
She smiled softly, kissed her daughter forehead and then walked out of her daughter’s room, with a thought in her head….
