Third Person’s POV;
“Don’t take my name like that! You are killing me..!” He complained and I said something which shocked me as well.
“Kiss me..”
“But Rose, you are still unsure about your feelings. Maybe we should get to know each other more before going ahea…” Elijah was trying to explain when Rose cut in.
“You don’t want to?” She asked innocently, her eyes filled with sadness and hurt as she thought he didn’t want her.
“Are you kidding me? I am dying to! But I don’t want to make you feel uncomfortable! I am not someone who just wants you in bed. This attraction is not just physical. You are special to me. I want to claim you mine” he confessed what he was feeling.
“I know. I trust you and I want the same” left her mouth in an instant, and the sound of it conveyed that she meant it.
There she goes, asking for what she wants like a female Alpha. She was so proud of herself.
Rose’s passionate words were enough for Elijah to remove the remaining distance between them and he claimed her lips hungrily. He was waiting for this moment from the moment they met and now that it was happening, he was not going back.
Rose, on the other hand, was also waiting for him to make his move. The moment their lips sealed; she felt the tingling sensation in her stomach. Her entire body was on fire.
His lips were exceptionally soft, no way like the hard muscle of his chest. It felt even softer than this morning when he kissed her forehead.
The moment their lips came in contact with each other Elijah started to kiss her like a hungry dragon who was fasting for decades if not centuries! One of his hands went to her waist and the other hand went to back her neck, keeping her close to his body. Their bodies were pressed tightly against each other.
Everything happened superfast and Rose was still trying to process it. Even though she was the one who asked for it, she didn’t move a bit, she didn’t respond to the kiss.
Elijah stopped kissing her immediately and tried to move away as he thought that was not actually what she wants. And, she only said it to make him feel better after he heard the news. He felt a bit hurt but he respected her choices.
He was about to break the contact but Rose wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him back with equal passion. The moment she felt he was going to separate from her, she couldn’t deal with it.
Both of them closed their eyes and began to melt in the kiss. Her hands went to the back of his head and she pulled him even closer to herself and he did the same.
Their lips were moving in a perfect rhythm. It was soft and slow at first but it turned into a fiery and passionate kiss in no time.
It was not the first time Rose had kissed someone but it was the first time, she felt like she was in heaven. He was everything she wanted. There was feeling, heat, and excitement, everything at once. She could feel herself getting hot just by a mere kiss which was not even deep yet.
She was surprised at how he can make her feel like that just by a mere kiss and she was enjoying every single bit of it. Her heart was about to explode.
Just when she thought it can’t get better, he pinched her waist and she gasped in response. He took the opportunity to insert his tongue inside her mouth. His hand which was on her waist just now also went to her cheeks and he cupped her face gently while deepening the kiss.
The movement of his hands was so gentle yet the movement of his tongue inside her mouth was so rough and dominating. He began to trace every corner of her mouth like she was his own treasure. He was devouring her mouth like a hungry beast on the loose which was making her go crazy.
Their tongues started to fight for dominance but he won the battle easily, claiming her mouth as his own territory. Their lips were moving with perfect rhythm while their tongues were moving with harmony of their own.
She couldn’t deny that it was the best kiss she ever experienced. She was completely sure that she won’t be ever satisfied with any other guy’s kiss ever after him and he is the only guy she wants in her life.
On the other hand, it was Elijah’s first kiss. He wasn’t really experienced but he knew how to satisfy his woman. He loved how she tasted. She was sweet seductive and heavenly. She was his own personal favorite brand of drug. Her scent, her taste, everything about her was driving him crazy.
His hands were gentle with her body but his mouth was passionate with hers. He was holding her delicately as she was his precious gemstone.
He was taking all the measures not to hurt her. He promised himself that he will stop the moment she shows a sign that it was enough but Rose wasn’t getting enough of his taste. She was bewitched by his scent and his taste. She didn’t want to let go at all.
His actions proved that he wasn’t only attracted to her physically but there was an emotional connection between them.
After a while, Elijah let go of her as he was worried that she must be breathless. He wasn’t wrong, both of them were panting because of the depletion of oxygen and their lungs were burning.
He heard Rose groan in frustration the moment he let go of her.
“You are driving me crazy. First, you don’t confess and then you behave like my wife” He said with a chuckle.
Rose’s cheek turned pink instantly the moment she heard the word starting with ‘W’. In that moment, she imagined how nice it would be to call herself his wife and wake up next to this hunk every single day.
‘And during the night, sleeping with him… Oh shut up, you dirty-minded wench!’ she nearly shouted inside her head.
“Okay, I must leave now before things get out of control” He said breaking her beautiful dream of them on the bed.
“Huh? Now?” She asked with a pout.
“Yeah, take care of yourself, and try not to get in any trouble” he said slightly warning her.
“I want to see you off” She demanded.
“But it is..” He tried to speak but she kept her index finger on his lips.
“Please” She looked at him with big innocent puppy eyes that he couldn’t resist.
‘How adorable’ he smiled and nodded his head.
As she was about to move, she felt warmth near her palm. She looked down to see his hand near hers. She fought the urge to hold it.
Elijah stepped away from her and opened the back door. Rose felt a little bad as she couldn’t hold his hand.
She looked down as he was moving forward.
Suddenly, she felt the same warmth near her palm but this time, he held her hand before guiding her towards the staircase.
They opened the next door together, not letting go of each other’s holding hands. As the back door directly opened up towards the forest, not a single soul was there. But Rose still looked around to confirm.
Elijah guided her inside the forest for a small while and Rose followed him blindly.
He stopped moving and Rose looked up at him.
He turned around to look at her.
“That’s it. Now, we must part our ways. The forest is dangerous. You can’t go in any further” He said going back to his strict dominating self and Rose rolled her eyes at him.
‘Not until you shift and become a stronger version of yourself’ Elijah thought but didn’t speak the words as she already got enough surprises for one day.
“But…” she was about to protest but Elijah didn’t let her finish this time.
“I listened to everything you said, so you must listen to me now. It is only fair this way” He said patting her head and she nodded.
“You can’t trust every animal. Even not every werewolf is like me. So don’t go around snooping in the forest” He said with a sly smile.
“For sure, not every werewolf can be this handsome!” she muttered under her breath but he heard it.
“Wait for me” He held both of her hands and spoke.
She looked up in his royal blue eyes and her heart started throbbing against her chest again.
Still holding both of her hands in his, he kissed her forehead. Rose closed her eyes in the sensation. She felt calm and all her worries went away.
“Goodbye, Rose” Her heart broke to hear that word.
“See you soon, Elijah” She replied instead.
He smiled before letting go of her hand and then changing into a giant wolf right in front of her eyes. She was shocked as the reality hit her once again.
Her eyes widened when she saw the same wolf, she saw last night in all his glory but this time, she wasn’t scared. Rather, she was upset that he was moving away.
With one last look at her, Elijah left and disappeared into the deep forest.
Rose was still standing there staring at the place, Elijah was standing just seconds ago. She felt empty. She was just blinking. She felt a void in her heart.
She was dragged out to reality when she heard a familiar voice from her behind.
“Rose, what the hell!”
“MOM!”
