“Don’t shout.”
“No one can find this place, and no one will come to rescue you.”
Craig approached, his gaze warningly sharp. “If you behave, I won’t harm you, but…”
“If you don’t listen, they will be your fate! Got it?”
“Come on, behave… and eat.” He handed a bowl of slop directly to the two in front of him, smiling grimly. “It tastes quite good.”
A sour stench entered their noses, and Theo and Janessa couldn’t help but cover their noses.
“I, I won’t eat… it’s too stinky!”
Another whip fell, hitting both of them. Their arms bore hideous marks from the lashes, the pain making tears stream down their faces.
Craig’s expression was extremely cruel. “You, go force-feed them!”
This was their method of disciplining kids.
Only by scaring them into submission would these brats listen!
Meanwhile…
Outside the abandoned building.
The rain poured down fiercely!
Soldiers armed to the teeth with assault rifles marched towards this place, encircling the entire abandoned building in no time…
The dark crowd, the chilling atmosphere, shrouded the area.
Heartbeats raced!
Quentin stepped out of the car, his gaze cold and sharp as he looked up.
“Are my children inside?”
Zaid wiped away a cold sweat and quickly replied, “Yes.”
“General Quincy, what’s our next move? We rely on your orders!”
Quentin’s voice was icy. “You stay here and guard. If anyone tries to escape, execute them on the spot! I’ll go in alone to take a look.”
He feared that too many people entering at once would provoke the human traffickers into killing his children.
He could handle it alone.
Quentin’s face was stern, exuding a killing intent as he strode into the abandoned building…
“Don’t, don’t… Uncle, please don’t treat me like this! I know I am wrong… don’t force me to eat foul food…”
“Let go of my sister! Give it to me, I can eat this! Don’t you dare bully Janessa!” Theo glared at them with red eyes, shouting loudly.
“Hm.” Craig sneered, “At a young age, you already know how to protect your sister? Good for you, courageous kid. I like that!”
“Since that’s the case, I’ll grant your wish!” Craig coldly said, “Grab him and dunk his head into the slop bucket for a nice ‘meal’!”
Craig’s eyes were fierce and indifferent. “Today, I’ll teach you a good lesson and show you the consequences of disobedience!”
Carsen and another sneaky-looking man chuckled, untied the rope, and forced a struggling Theo towards the slop bucket!
At that moment, the rusty iron door flew open, and a figure full of killing intent appeared at the doorway!
Everyone’s actions came to a sudden halt!
Craig was stunned.
The other members were bewildered for a moment, then immediately showed strong killing intent!
And Theo and Janessa, upon seeing Quentin, burst into tears instantly, crying out in heart-wrenching voices, “Dad!”
Seeing the scene before him, a deep, furious roar erupted from Quentin’s throat. The ground beneath his feet cracked, a terrifying killing intent emanating from him enveloping the entire place!
Damn it!
These guys deserved to die!
After a few seconds of daze, Craig’s fierce gaze locked onto Quentin. “Damn, you have the guts to follow us here and even enter alone!”
“Very well, very well! I admire your courage, but since you’ve barged in, you’ll die.”
Human trafficking was a heinous crime.
If caught, with their numerous years of criminal record, death would be a light punishment. Therefore, how could they let Quentin walk away?
Craig signaled to the others, “Go, kill him!”
Several people immediately took out folding knives, their vicious eyes locking onto Quentin, like hungry wolves pouncing directly at him!
“Insignificant ants.” Quentin swiftly broke one man’s hand, seized the knife, swiftly slashed across his throat, spilling a spray of blood!
The screams abruptly ceased!
