Two months later, during those two months, Shawn and I went back and forth to the place where Damon was being treated. We visit him every day but we only talk to him often because within two months some of his alters started to show up.
Ten alters showed up in two months. Damon and Achaz weren’t there yet.
Those ten, he has his names.
They are James, Arthur, Jason, Michael, Diego, Jack, Jackson, Hewitt, Taniel, and Billy. They also have different personalities. Others know Achaz and Damon.
James who is gay, Arthur who cries quickly, Jason who is a bully, Michael who is a playboy, Diego who is fast asleep, Jack who is a liar, Jackson who is hot-headed, Hewitt who loves reading a book, Taniel who is devout and Billy who is English speaking.
Shawn and I faced them all, we talked to them all and we also asked them about Damon and Achaz, They all had the same answer about Damon, they all knew Damon but only Jason, Jackson and Jack knew -known to Achaz, those three say that Achaz is said to be kind, Achaz is said to be innocent and Achaz is said to be afraid of Damon. Something Shawn and I didn’t understand.
“Damon.” The whole room where Shawn and I were sitting was quiet with Damon, Damon was in front of us and bent over, He wasn’t looking at us.
“Damon,” I called again, Damon looked at me, his eyes were blank, no emotion could be seen on his face, his eyes were scary, it was blank but it seemed to suck you. I swallowed as I looked at Damon who was wearing a white gown and had handcuffs on his feet and hands, as if he were a criminal the only difference was that Damon was wearing a mental white gown.
“The doctor said you should take your medicine,” I said then approached him with the medicine given to us by his doctor.
He just stared at it then looked back at me again.
“Damon, drink the–” Shawn didn’t finish what he was about to say as Damon slapped his hands on the iron table causing Shawn and me to be surprised. We immediately stood up and walked away from him something Damon laughed at.
“Damon, Damon, Damon,” Damon mentions his name, a symbol that we are not talking to Damon but one of the Alters. “Why is Damon the one you always mention? What and who is that Damon?” It’s a funny question then scary to smile at us.
“W-who are you?” I asked.
“Who are you?” He asked again. We looked at the door of the room where Doc had just entered while men were following her.
“Shawn, Rodolfo, come out first. I’ll take care of your friend.” The doctor said seriously so we nodded. I stared at Damon again who was smiling at me.
“I swear, I’m going to cut your throat and drink your blood HAHAHAHAHAH!” His eyes widened as Damon said that, we knew Damon wasn’t the one in front of us. That’s not how Damon behaves, or that of any of the alters we’ve ever met. That one was like crazy.
A few hours later, outside the room where Damon and the doctor were sitting, Shawn and I were lying down and waiting for the doctor to come out.
Shawn and I got up as soon as the door opened and one of the two men with Doc came out, followed by Doc and a wounded man.
“What happened?” I asked while looking at the wounded man. A man closed the door and fitted the lock, we were even surprised when Damon’s scary face came out of the mirror while there was a scary smile on his lips and he was shaking the glass.
“I’ll explain to you later, for now, I need to treat his wound first,” Doc said so Shawn and I nodded and followed her, we found ourselves in her office, and there in the small clinic inside her office, she treated a man with a facial wound.
“What happened?” Shawn asked while giving the doctor a flower.
“Chai started him.” The doctor said so I looked at her.
“Chai?” Shawn and I asked.
“The Host.” The doctor answered so Shawn and I were stunned and looked at each other.
“Pardon? Chai is the host? The one who looked crazy earlier?” Shawn asked.
“Absolutely,” Doc replied then bandaged the man’s wound. “Thanks, can you please leave us first? We’ll just talk.” Doc said to the man she treated, she immediately nodded and then left. I looked at Doc then sat in the man’s seat earlier.
“Doc, Damon was scary earlier,” I said, Doc took a deep breath then Shawn smiled at us.
“The one who showed up earlier wasn’t Damon.” It says things Shawn and I know. “He’s Chai, the host or owner of the body,” she said so Shawn and I looked at each other.
“H-huh? That’s the host?” Shawn asked.
“Yes, Based on my study and statements of some of Chai’s alters, Chai is the host in the body. The last conversation Damon and I had caused me to find out what the host’s habit was, and Damon admitted it to me himself. that the host is a psychopath. ” I frowned at what the Doctor said.
“Huh?” I asked, he took a deep breath then took a Flashdrive under his desk then attached it to the laptop next to him and there was something he click to play the video.
Only Damon’s video can be seen, we don’t know when it was shot but Damon is somewhere else.
“Damon, is that you?” That was Doc’s voice, Damon looked in front of her then nodded, Damon’s eyes were cold and his face had no emotion, that’s the first thing I looked at because that’s my sign to Damon.
“Do you know who the host is?”
“Chai,” Damon replied coldly then looked straight in front of her.
“Who is Chai and what is his temperament?”
“He’s a … Crazy, they’re just like Achaz.”
“What do you mean?” Doc asked
Damon raised his eyes.
“T-they killed my parents.”
Shawn and I were shocked and looked at each other as Damon admitted what had happened to his parents, even Doc was shocked by what Damon said. The video is silenced because of what Damon said.
“Chai, he ordered Achaz to cut off mama’s head.” I was devastated by what Damon said, Doc didn’t speak and just listened to Damon.
“I-I can see how my parents are out of breath, I can still hear the last thing my parents said before they lost their breath.” I saw Damon’s tears flow as he looked at Doc seriously.
“Justice,” Damon said coldly and without emotion. “That was the last thing my parents let go of before they lost their breath and were eventually beheaded.”
I seem to have stopped breathing because of what Damon said, in the video, he described how Achaz and Chai would kill his parents.
“Why would you want to die Damon?” Doc asked Damon. I saw how Damon grinned and smiled, a true smile.
“Because I believe that in that way, I can give justice to my parents when I die,” Damon said coldly causing me to faint.
That’s why when Shawn and I first saw him, he wanted to kill himself. That is why he always tries to commit suicide because he believes that when he dies, he will fulfill his parents’ request to give them justice.
“I want to get rid of Achaz, I want to be the Host so that Chai will also disappear. But that thing is difficult and impossible because I know what my status is in this body. Like Achaz, I am just an alter. But Chai is the host but his attitude is still altered. Chai is a psychopath.” Damon said coldly.
Suddenly the video died so we watched Doc take a deep breath.
“It’s from Damon himself that Chai is a lunatic, something that is difficult and complicated because Chai is the host and at any time he can take back Damon’s body if he can.” Said Doc.
“Doc, how is that? Can’t you remove Chai like how you removed the other alter?” Shawn asked.
“Chai is the Host, Shawn. The host was not removed because he is the owner of the body. Achaz and Damon can be lost but Chai, no. In case Chai recovers and Achaz and Damon disappear, we will put him mentally Chai so he doesn’t get hurt. ” Doc said so Shawn and I looked at each other.
Difficult, complicated. We were young and little was known about Damon’s condition, but because of what Doc said, I realized that even if Achaz disappeared, Chai would not disappear and there was a possibility that Damon would disappear because of the medicine he was taking. by Damon now.
