Savannah’s POV
“You look like a glowing flower Mistress,” Jenny grinned as she winked at me. I couldn’t help but blush.
“Aw that blush it’s making you look more good” she teased.
“Stop it now” I said as I rolled my eyes “where is Ryan?”
“He is busy in preparing”
“Preparing for what?” I frowned. Is there something that I don’t know?
“Actually he is busy preparing to tell dad about our relationship” Jenny looked embarrassed.
“Oh” I raised an eyebrow with interest “you mean you two haven’t said anything to your dad yet?”
“Kind of” she shrugged. “When I found out that Ryan was my mate I was so shocked. He is kind of infamous for his playful way and dad doesn’t like him playing with every new girl each day. He even warned me to stay away from him. Though he was my mate I couldn’t tell dad the truth. Besides, at that time I was also angry. I used to watch him flirting with woman and I hated it”
“What about Ryan? I mean didn’t he know that you are his mate? I heard that he was trying to locate his mate for years already”
“My body system is not normal. I mean though I have my wolf but I couldn’t transform other than the first shifting day. And my body condition is poor and my wolf is weak. So the scent she had was too weak. I couldn’t find the truth if I had not taken the medicine to improve my strength. But I don’t know how he find out”
“Well I call it luck then” I smiled.
“May be” Jenny smiled “he was angry when found that I was his mate”
“Angry? Why?” I couldn’t help but ask.
“Well he was angry because he couldn’t find me earlier. Most of the time I stay in the room and help dad in cooking after the accounting work so the chance for us to meet was rare. Besides he always stays outside and randomly walk around in the kitchen area”
“Did he say anything when he discovered it?”
“He glared at me. He was so angry that he punched the wall and made it crack ” Jenny frowned. “I never expected him to be like that but I thought he would reject me when he got to know about it. But all my imagination drowned in water when he asked me to marry him that day. I couldn’t agree to his demand and refused a d started to ignore him. He plays with girls and that’s the thing I hated the most about him. I never gave any attention to him but afterall he is my mate and with each passing day our bond started to pull us together. I couldn’t reject him and also couldn’t accept him. The thin line between us made me so mad that I almost lost my sanity” she sighed.
“But you still got together”
“Yeah that’s true” she chuckled. “I never thought this would happen at first. Because of so many disputes between us we didn’t have a chance to tell dad about it. He still don’t know that the person whom he hates so much is my mate”
“I guess Ryan will be needing great support” I teased.
“I guess so,” Jenny laughed. “Dad is grumpy when he sees him always. I really don’t want to imagine what will his reaction when Ryan will say the truth”
“I want to witness the scene” I laughed.
“I was thi-” before she could continue some screamed my name.
“SAVANNAH LANG”
I turned around to see Daisy marching towards us with an angry face. After finishing my meal I walked in the garden with Jenny. But I didn’t expect that Daisy would show up suddenly screaming my name.
“How could you say Mistress’s name like that?” Jenny frowned at Daisy.
“Shut up, who’s talking to you?” Daisy barked angrily before fixing her gaze at me “what do you think of yourself? Do you think just because you got the title you can do anything you want?”
I frowned at her. What got her thinking that she can behave like a madwoman now? She is just similar to her sister in each way. No wonder they are siblings. They deserve such a relationship.
“Why are you shouting?” I asked her calmly.
“Why am I shouting? You are still asking me that?” Daisy laughed then she glared at me “because of you my sister was taken forcefully. It was all because of you that she is suffering again. She has been living a bad life in the East Side all these years yet you are still not satisfied that you sent her again? What did she do that made you suffer like this?” She shouted at her top lung. The few pack members who were near looked at us suddenly.
“Do you know what you are talking about?” I asked her. I never thought that both sisters didn’t have any sense. I never thought that after Delaney Daisy would come to make a scene.
“I know exactly what I am talking about, unlike you. You seduced the Master so that he will do everything you say. You even provoked him to send my sister to the East Side again. Why are you doing this? What sin has she done that you are punishing her like this?”
I chuckled “you know what Daisy did. Don’t act like you know nothing about what your sister’s purpose was. Don’t pretend it because deep inside you know where your sister was wrong”
“Delaney was not wrong” Daisy screamed “what she had done was for love. She loved Master since young and how could she let go of her long lasting love just like that? It was all for the Master that she endured everything on the East Side as punishment. She has been suffering all these years yet she did say anything. She endured and wished for her punishment to be over so that she can Master again. But no you have to interfere in between. It was not for you and your provocation Master would never treat her like that. It was all because of you that she had to suffer all her life until she die miserable death. If you weren’t there then she would be living in the pack happily”
“Happy? Have you ever thought about where you are going wrong?” I asked her “your sister did the same. She said she loves Hardwick then why can’t she just understand the simple thing that he doesn’t have any feelings towards her? She couldn’t understand it? I don’t think so. For a person like Delaney ego can scheme against Hardwick when they are just teenagers it’s not difficult for her to understand this simple fact isn’t it? But no, she refused to see the truth. Is it my fault?”
“Delaney loved the Master all her life,” Daisy hissed.
“It’s not a love” I shook my head “in fact she never loved him in reality. She was just obsessed with Hardwick and she couldn’t let him go because he refused her”
“Don’t talk nonsense” Daisy shouted glaring at me. “You are talking about my sister. What about you? Do you think I don’t know who you are?” She laughed “you think I don’t have any idea about your past? Do you think just because you become the Mistress in name no one can point out your sins”
“What do you want to say?” I asked but I could feel my blood start to boil.
Daisy looked at me mockingly “are not you the slut of Alpha Avan?
