Savannah’s POV
“It’s beautiful” I looked around the hall. The decorations and the setting was fine and the light was not bright but completely perfect for the candle light dinner.
“I am glad you like it” he said smiling down at me.
“Hello Sir, mam” a young looking waiter attended us. “Do you have the reservation please?”
“Under Leon” Hardwick nodded.
“Yes, this way sir” he replied politely before leading us towards the corner table.
“Please have a seat. I will bring the order menu soon. Do you want something to drink?” The waiter asked.
“No, the menu will be fine,” Hardwick replied.
“Okay” the waiter left.
“How did you find this place?” I asked, smiling.
“What do you think? I have much more connection to deal with everything” he replied arrogantly.
I rolled my eyes “are you always this arrogant?”
“It’s my nature” he leaned back on his seat.
Seeing his proud look I couldn’t help but roll my eyes again. Soon the waiter was back with the menu , then we ordered our meal. The meal was good and the taste was wonderful. The people around us looked happy as they chatted with their partners happily.
“The dinner was good,” I said as we walked towards our car.
“Did you enjoy it?”
I nodded “thank you for the date. I will never forget it”
He smirked and leaned a little “I will make sure you never have the chance to forget about it”
My cheeks burnt as a familiar blush started to crawl again. Hardwick moved and chuckled when he saw my face.
“I will-” he said but stopped and started to look for something.
I frowned “what happened?”
“Looks like I left the car keys on the table. Wait here I will get it back”
I nodded “okay, come fast”
“Don’t worry, just a minute” saying this he walked inside the building again.
I waited for him and leaned my back on the car. It was quite late so there’s no one around the parking area.
“Hey, beauty, what are you doing here alone?”
My head snapped back towards the source of the voice. There were two men smiling.
“Aren’t you the one who was dining inside? Where is your partner? Did he leave you?” One of them asked.
“Why would such a pretty girl be left alone?” Another one added.
“If you don’t mind we can give you a lift to your home” they looked at me with evil glint.
Bastards! If I was an ordinary girl then I would have been scared shit. Because there’s no one and Hardwick was still inside the building. So it was a great chance for being molested by some unidentified bastards. But am I afraid? Nah.
“Get lost if you desire to go home in one piece” I hissed, giving them the hint of warming.
They chuckled “how can we leave you alone like this? For a beautiful woman like you, our heart will ache if you were left behind. So it’s better if you come with us. Or maybe we can do something better that can make you feel good even more” lust was shining in their eyes.

“What happened? We are gentle here, it’s better for you to come with us willingly” one of them stepped forward and clutched my arms tightly.
My blood started to boil while Red was raging inside trying to take over and snap their heads from their body.
“Don’t touch me” I frowned angrily and grabbed his hand which was used to grab my arm before twisting it.
He cried out in pain “you slut what did you do with my hand?”
“Something that will teach you how to control your hand ” I hissed and punched his chest making him fly away.
The other man who looked shocked looked at me with wide eyes. I smiled at him. Being a werewolf means you possess more power and has more strength.
“Where were you? It’s better for me to come with you-”
“Just stay away from me you witch” he almost stumbled as he started to run away.
I watched his retreating back and dusted my hand. Ordinary girls are not safe late at night. Because of these bastards who just couldn’t keep their fucking dick to themselves.
“What happened?” I turned around and saw Hardwick coming towards me.
I smiled “nothing, it’s just there’s many unwanted flies here”
“Flies?” He frowned, looking confused.
I laughed “how long do you plan to make me stand here mister?”
“Lets go” he opened the lock then opened the door for me. I smiled as I sat inside. He walked towards the driver’s seat and started the engine.
“I enjoyed tonight, thanks for the dinner date” I leaned on his shoulder clutching his arm.
“I am glad you did” I felt him kiss my temple. His one hand was driving while the other hand was resting on my thigh, sometimes rubbing and teasing my skin. I sighed in content.
Everything was perfect, the date and my mate.
