After I went inside my room I took my phone on the table next to my bed. I sat in the bed and dialed Liza’s number.
“Hello Anna how you? Am glad you called. I’m coming there.”
“Hi Liz, am good now. Yes, I’ve heard you’re coming here in L. A that’s why I called. We will have dinner together at the mansion tonight and I have something important thing to tell you.”
“Okay my dearest friend I can’t wait to see you. Please take care. I almost had a heart attack when I heard something happened to you again.”
“Thank you Liz, I’m okay now, you have nothing to worry anymore.”
“Thank goodness for that. You have no idea how worried I was when Jerome told me what happened there.”
“I know it was really crazy but finally they were caught. By the way I’ll see you later okay?”
“See you Anna.”
“Bye.” I ended the call.
I am excited to tell her about me and Denyx. I know she will be surprise.
After I called her I decided to come out in my room. I want to ask Denyx if we could visit mom’s grave.
When I opened the door it was right after he come out from the guest room as well.
I smiled at him and walked over.
“Babe can we visit mom’s grave?” I asked.
“Sure baby we can do that. It’s a good idea.”
“Thank you, shall we go now?”
“Okay. Let me take my car key.”
He turned around and went inside the room and took his key. We went down to the basement park and he drove his car. On our way we dropped by at the flower shop. He opened the door for me and we both went inside.
“Hello welcome back.” Kelly said to Denyx.
“Hi Kelly, same flowers please.” He told her.
Then Kelly looked at me when I appeared behind Denyx.
“Oh Chloe you’re here too!”
“You knew her? Denyx asked Kelly.
“Yeah she’s my new customer. She buys same flowers like you.”
Denyx and I smiled.
“Kelly my real name is Anna and I used the name Chloe because everybody thought I was dead. Denyx is my boyfriend and the flowers he kept buying here was for me and my mom. The flowers I bought was for my mom too.” I explained.
“What? Is it true Denyx?” She was surprised and confused.
“Yes Kelly it is true. The woman I thought was dead is alive.” Denyx told her.
“No wonder I never seen you with other women or ordering flowers to someone except these.” She lifted the flowers.
We laughed at her amazement.
“Thank you Kelly now those flowers are for her mom.” Denyx said.
“I am really happy for both of you. Who would have thought that God will crossed your paths again. You know Anna, he never miss a week visiting you. So you’re so special.” Kelly told me.
“Really?”
“Yes.” She replied
Denyx just smiled.
We thanked Kelly for arranging the flowers for my mom and we left.
“So you’ve been doing this for quite long huh?” I asked him.
“Yeah baby that’s true. You know how much I cared for you. I couldn’t bring myself to believe that you’re gone and I am right.”
I touched his right hand and smiled.
“Thank you, because of that faith of yours God gave me a chance to see you again.” He kissed my hand and looked at me.
“I love you since the day I met you. I was young but that’s what it is. I couldn’t even see myself with other women except than you.”
“I love you too babe.” I told him.
Soon we arrived at mom’s tombstone. We walked together and stopped in front of it. He put down mom’s favorite roses on the top of her tombstone. Then he held my left hand.
“Hi aunt Amy. I’m glad that Anna is my girlfriend now. I promised to love and take care of her. I know you are watching over us and I will be forever grateful to you for bringing Anna back to me.” He squeezed my hand.
“Mom, wherever you are, know that I love you. Yes, Denyx is right I’m his girlfriend now. I owed this to you because I could have gone too if you didn’t protect me that day. You made sure that at least I survived. Thank you mom. I wish you’re here. Tomorrow we are going for a break. Denyx wanted to bring me in Maldives.” I looked at Denyx and smiled.
“I’m sorry we wanted to stay more but it’s getting late. We will be heading to our mansion for a dinner with dad and my two friends Liza and Jerome. I love you mom. See you soon when we return.
After we left the cemetery we went straight to our mansion. When we arrived Jerome and Liza were already there.
Denyx parked the car and we both walked at the door. Aunt Carmen opened the door for us.
“Hello Anna and Denyx. Come in they’re all waiting for you in the living room.” She said.
“Hi aunty, Thank you.” I replied
“Thank you!” Denyx said.
When Liza heard my voice she turned her head and looked at us. Then she stood up and ran toward me.
“Anna! I missed you.” She hugged me tight and I patted her back.
“I missed you too Liz. Thank you for coming over here.”
“Oh darling you don’t have no idea how worried I was.”
“I’m good now nothing to worry about.” She let go of hugging me.
“By the way Liz this is my boyfriend Denyx Moore. Babe meet Liza my best friend.” I introduced them to each other and Liza’s eyes widened.
“Boyfriend?” She asked and I smiled.
“Hhhmm.” I nodded my head.
“Finally nice to meet you Liz.” Deny said and extended his hand.
“Nice to meet you too Denyx.” Liza grabbed his hand and they shook hands.
Liza look at me mischievously.
“So when did you have a boyfriend and not telling me anything huh?” Liza asked and I grabbed her hand and dragged her in the living room. Denyx was following behind us.
“It’s a long story but I’ll tell you later.” I told her.
After our dinner we sat for a while in the living room and I asked Liza to come up with me in my room.
We walked upstairs and I roamed her around then we went inside my room.
“Come Liz, this is my room.”
“Wow you have such a huge and beautiful mansion Anna. I can’t believe how rich you are.”
When we were inside the room she gasped what she saw.
“Seriously. is this your room? It looks like a princess’ room.” I laughed at her reaction.
“Come on sit down. Its just a room okay?”
“Really Anna I’m speechless!” She was a bit shocked because yeah my room looks so luxurious.
“By the way let’s not talk about your room but your boyfriend.” She said.
“Denyx was my childhood hero. He used to gabe me lollipop at school when we were young. We went to the same school. Then our family were friends. Dad and uncle Alfred his father were colleagues. Denyx actually knew that I was Anna on our first met but since I was using different name he tried to convinced himself that it wasn’t me because Anna was dead but he found out when my father told him the truth about me.
Denyx was actually the one who helped us found out the truth about that accident.”
“So you mean he knew the truth about what had happened?” She asked.
“Not like that. He found out when Mike almost bankrupt the company. That was the time he stepped in and while he was investigating he found out the truth. He looked for my dad and when he found him he told dad about evidence that’s the time we knew each other when dad introduced me as Anna to them.” I explained to Liza.
“Wow what a story!”
“I know it’s hard to believe. By the way Denyx and I are going to Maldives tomorrow morning and we will be staying there for a week.”
“Great! I’m really happy for you Anna. Finally you found the love of your life.” She hugged me and I hugged her back.
“Thank you Liz for everything. Thank you for being a great friend. You and Jerome are my treasure.”
“Now that you’re finally back your true identity Jerome again is going to leave and comeback to his mission.” She said sadly.
“I know Liz, and I hope I can do about it. I will convince him to stay and manage the business in Boston so he can be with you.”
“Really? Oh Anna who have no idea how happy I am.”
“Yes Liz I will try to convince him. He is actually super good and I don’t know why he wanted to go back in the army field.”
“I wish you can change his mind.”
“I will try Liz, I promised.”
After our dinner we all say goodbyes to each other. Jerome and Liz went home with another car, Aunt Kate went home with his driver then Denyx and I went home together.
When we reached home Denyx pulled my body closer to him.
“I love you baby.”
“I love you too babe.” I looked at him on his eyes and smiled. He kissed me passionately and I put my hands around his neck. He lifted me and carried me in my room. He kicked the door closed with her foot and put me down in my bed.
I was under him. He broke the kiss and laid down next to me. We were silent for awhile while catching our breathes.
He faced me and smiled.
“I’ll see you tomorrow morning baby.” He kissed my nose.
“Good night babe.” I smiled back at him.
“Good night baby.” He stood up and helped me sat down.
Then he left and went inside the guest room.
