“Conspiracy cannot be hatched unescorted”…. and we are conspirators!
“We are cheating on her” laughed the family members.
“We have cheated her through our deception. This world so created by us through her is truly a reflection of our deception on her”, said Harry from above the new dimensional world.
“Let us now see how the other magical gaits play their game with our doll. Our instructions are everywhere for them to read. They can go step by step in their formation. Now is the time, when she will be taken to another extension of dimensional world of Ahmednagar (that of Ahmedabad dimension) through flight.
The name of the mini game is “Ahmednagar Run”. “Let us see from above what happens to her below, Parth laughed.
“Yeah, she will run alright. You don’t know what plans we have for her or what”, grinned Dick
“Don’t be revengeful, said Harry. She has been and is making us in full”.
In the dimension below, Rita’s instrument gives food and some pink coloured medicine to Aastha to chew after which she goes off to sleep. Then suddenly after few hours,
“Wake up, Aastha. We will have to leave this city. We are travelling in sometime. No need to take any of your belongings. I have already packed your clothes. It will be cold there”, saying so, the instrument of Rita took Aastha by her side and walked towards the cab.
“But aren’t others going with us?” queried Aastha
“No, only you and me are going to Ahmednagar for some important work”, answered Rita’s instrument, the Witches mother, Chandrika. She is a lesser known magical gait who had to be formed and was given the task of taking Aastha to Ahmednagar through the instructions given by Sebastian Sir, who by now was in his city dimension of Delhi.
Till the time, other gaits of the Kolkata dimension were being formed, Aastha was needed in the other dimension for their initial formation.
“Come let us check in”, said Chandrika. Aastha was unable to understand anything. The announcements made in the airport were for two flights. One was for the dimension, city of Delhi which was announced as the last flight to the city while the other flight was for Ahmednagar dimension where Aastha was being taken along with other gaits.
The magical gaits “ghastly of the aghast forms” who now had Celtic vision and other essentials were being formed through her and were traveling in the same flight. They could communicate with each other through their transmedium as they were inter linked to each other and Aastha but she, being a human instrument could not hear any of their communication unless they voluntarily spoke through their inner place.
They boarded the flight A666. “It is an unusually long flight of over 3 hours, thought Aastha. She was fearful of the future yet excited about her surroundings. The flight was jam packed. “Hey, mom look outside the window, there are some big things like bags which are laid in an order” said Aastha. What is that? She added. Her mom didn’t speak but voices came through her trans-medium. The voice said that they are all magical creatures placed in an order. Everything looked like another of their games, their video game. The flight, the people around, the plane, the airport set up etc gave the impression of some thoughtful planning. It was evening when the flight landed. “Let us leave with our baggage. Our relatives have come to pick us up at the airport outside” said Chandrika. As and when Aastha moved forward towards the cab, she felt eerie and was overcome by numbness. “Where are we heading to, mom? She asked. Aastha didn’t understand what was happening except that she recognised her mom as Rita. Nobody spoke in the cab.
It was the longest ride before she reached a society of buildings where her relatives were waiting for her to come. Her maternal side relatives were belonging to a class of lesser known magical gaits of devil worshippers who would be formed from red meat by some process. They needed Aastha’s instrument for the said purpose.
“We have come with Aastha”, said Alan, who was her maternal uncle and a magical gait.
“Hello, Aastha. How are you? Please be seated next to us’, said her maternal aunt, politely.
No, I am okay. Can I … sitt…. here…?
“Sit wherever you want”, smiled Alan with his usual grin.
Looking around, Aastha felt like running away from the place.
“Where am I? What is this place? Why have I been brought here?” worried Aastha.
She had no option but to keep herself shut from whatever shit was happening around.
It was a different dimension altogether. And a holy shit place! After a brief conversation with everyone in the drawing room, she was taken to a room where she would take some rest.
“Send some food for Aastha”, roared Alan. “All other necessaries should be supplied to her by tomorrow”, he said to Chandrika.
Outside the room, they began with certain black magic practices necessary for their formation and food. They adopted all the techniques and steps which were undertaken in the game played by everyone in the dimension city of Kolkata.
Aastha was a mere black magician’s doll for them through which they completed all their tasks given by the head of the clan, Harry by way of certain instructions. The primary task being the completion of process of formation. A web of interconnections were made by practice of black magic and the dimensions of various parts of the city was connected to Aastha’s instrument (magical suit) so that the game can be played again and all can benefit from her magical suit.
The park street dargah’s dimension was magically connected through Aastha whereby all the black magicians staying there would get their food of magic from her magical suit. The same steps beginning from the round of dargah to the setting up of land alongwith the association of magical gaits with Aastha, all were being undertaken. Some rare chantings of the Muslim heretics were being read aloud through the loudspeaker like an azaan (muslim call to prayers).
She wasn’t left alone in the room. Chandrika shared her bed and slept with her. Aastha’s body underwent various magical transformations particularly that of head.
At times, she felt heavy while at times she rejoiced in feeling very light.
“I feel very light now”, she thought and snuggled on a pillow.
Next Morning –
“Get up. It is too late”.
“What time is it?”
“It is noon. We are leaving for some place. So get ready”.
“I don’t want to go anywhere” cried Aastha
“You will have to come with us. Just ask her to get ready, grinned Alan
One by one all the magical gaits came to the flat to meet up with Aastha before they left for their ride. Denver, Alan’s son and mate was one of them. He came with his wife, Celina.
Her maternal aunt, Maria and her mate, also came to see her again. They took her out in a jeep.
“Let us drive through this street… said Maria aunt to the driver. They drove the car to longer distances creating the worst possible fear in the mind of Aastha of leaving her alone so that one of the rounds of the game could be played and the magical gaits would get his food. After few hours of juggling with the drive over different areas and covering some of the village area replete with trees and small bushes, Maria Aunt said to others in the jeep in a commanding tone-
“Let us now take her to the ashram”.
The ashram was not a saint’s heritage but an abode of the devil worshippers who lived in the farthest corner of the village place. They did not do anything except practise magic and perform certain practices of devil worship. After Aastha was brought to the ashram, the ladies held her hand tightly and made her sit on a small chair around the fireplace where all the essentials for performing devil worship were kept. Some practices were being undertaken whereby she was tortured badly. They wanted her to cry but she withstood the turmoil.
After playing with her worst possible fear, they brought Aastha home.
In the evening, the black magicians used the tape recorder method of advanced black magic introduced by Creta. Aastha’s magical suit was being connected to the surroundings through another of dimension run by this method.
The aks round was undertaken where all the relatives played with the aks embedded in Aastha’s magical suit.
On one of the days, an astrologer was called inside the flat where Aastha was temporarily placed. He played the same game with her horoscope and her name, date of birth details etc. The purpose was to chew her life energies.
“Let us take her to the lakshmi narayan temple which is at a far distance from here. This way other gaits present there will also be made and the game play of fear will continue” said Alan to everyone sitting in the drawing room of the flat.
They readily agreed. Everyone hurried to the car.
Placed on one of the biggest platforms, the temple had an architecture similar to lakshmi narayana temple of Delhi. The three-storied temple is built in the northern or Nagara style of temple architecture. The entire temple is adorned with carvings depicting the scenes from golden yuga of the present universe cycle. The temple faces the east and is situated on a high plinth. Hundreds of worshippers are seen moving here and there around the temple place, all in a line. The whole temple is placed over a large area dotted with many gardens. There is a food canteen in the neighbourhood. Aastha finds the canteen as the most pivotal space in the whole area especially when she is hungry.
“Let’s go to the canteen and eat something” said Aastha to Alan and group.
“Okay, you eat something while we move around the place for sometime” saying so, Alan moves to the north of the temple place.
He rushed inside a dormitory only to see many gaits enquiring about empty rooms. Finding no peace with his search, he is asked to wait along with everyone.
After sometime, a small room is made available at the distant corner along the passageway on the fourth floor in the building.
Aastha is taken to the room. Discoloured walls of the room give an eerie impression of the surroundings. “Why have I been brought here?” thought Aastha.
Turning to her mom, she asks-
“What are we doing here? Aren’t we supposed to go to the temple?”
“No, we will wait here for sometime”, replied Alan, who was chewing tobacco.
“Isn’t it getting late? Shouldn’t we be going from here?” queried Aastha
Alan didn’t show any inclination to her queries. Instead he began his conversation with the Chandrika through his inner place without letting Aastha know of his evil becomings. He said –
“Let us throw her here and go away from here. Nobody will know. We will lock her and leave”.
“We cannot do that. Wait for Maria to come. She will be here anytime then we can do what you said”.
“It will be fun watching her cry and we will get our food through her bad”.
“Others will also get food”, added the Chandrika.
“This way we will instil Fear in her mind that she will be locked in the room without any food or water for days. This is done to give food of her fear to the magical gaits for she is connected to every gait in their universe. Her fear is the food in the making of us magical gaits”.
Listening to the conversation with rapt attention, Aastha readily gave away their food of her fear. But with some caution. She withheld her emotions for sometime.
Till Maria Aunt came in, an aura of heaviness weighed heavy on all three inhabitants of the room. After this was over, Aastha was taken along the temple area and through the temple to the Prayer hall. The inner sanctum of the temple boasted of devilish and prohibitory practices and worship of their deity. There was nothing pure surrounding the aura of the place except that it was a mockery of architecture as the whole structure stood silently across the area boasting of no originality in it’s making.
The whole area was crowded with villagers who were yearning for some peace around the hall. Deep below the stairs, was a small room that was housing a small group of gaits who were giving some speeches and performing certain practices which didn’t seem like those of divination. They were preaching something to the gaits who were coming and sitting in batches to seek blessings of the priest who was performing some practices. Outside the prayer hall, all the magical gaits were roaming aimlessly in search of something. Few of them started moving towards Aastha. Everyone in the group including Aastha left the temple place within few hours of their coming. Tension brew amongst the magical gaits who were given the task of making food for the other gaits of the Ahmednagar area by the seniormost gaits. They had additional responsibility of manning the land. They could not however make themselves in full through the instrument of Aastha. Nothing could be done except food making and gameplay through the instrument of Aastha. The most essential times lay ahead for the magical gaits when Aastha was taken to a doctor by the name of Bodani who diagnosed her brain and prescribed certain medicines for her.
While Aastha was getting ready for the appointment with the doctor, the two ladies, magical gaits – Maria and Chandrika began their conversation inter se-
“I hope Dr. Bodani will be there in his clinic” said Maria
“Oh yes. He must be there. I have taken an appointment from him. He is eager to meet our doll” said Chandrika
Then what are we waiting for? Who else will go with us? asked Maria
Only you and me.
Come, Aastha let us go. Both proceeded towards an auto rickshaw alongwith Aastha and left for a distant place. Somewhere in the meandering of the streets, was a lane that had his office. The board outside read ‘Doctor Bodani’s Clinic’ in bold letters.
“I don’t want to go to any doctor, Aastha” cried while both the ladies took her forcibly inside the room where Dr. Bodani was sitting with a pile of books in his shelf around his table. There was a decent crowd waiting for Doctor’s appointment outside his cabin. Aastha was inside for a brief meeting of five minutes. While everyone thought she was one of the luckiest one, she thought the contrary. He quickly prescribed certain medicines without any diagnosis and instructed the ladies to give her the medicines on a particular time as written on the prescription.
The medicines were given to Aastha so that the gaits can be formed through her regular intake of two medicines as per dosage for Aastha’s body, her magical suit was linked to them by way of game. It was another of their conspiracy as the medicines would help giving food to Sebastian Sir who had instructed the two ladies to take Aastha to the doctor for the said purpose.
When taken for the second time, Doctor Bodani didn’t see Aastha but merely prescribed some increase in dosage of the medicines that she was taking. He was the first amongst those magical gaits who was formed in the whole area of Ahmednagar. He was instructed to check her condition of mind and body before prescribing the dosage of medicines.
In the house, a swarm of magical gaits kept on coming now and then for the purpose of making food or creating fear or playing another of their games. Then suddenly one night, Chandrika is given two tickets. Both are for Kolkata city dimension.
“Are we leaving for Kolkata city dimension?”, questioned Aastha
“In an hour, answered one of the magical gaits, who is well known as a tadpole aunty (owing to her slender figure).
“No. You have three hours before we leave. We will take a mid night flight.” said Chandrika to Aastha.
“I wanted you to leave a little earlier. The work here is done for Aastha. Hence it is better you leave for Kolkata.
“Hurry up, you just have few hours, hurried tadpole aunty. Something was fishy. However, Aastha was the happiest for she was returning back to her home in Kolkata dimension after a long gameplay of fear.
The tadpole aunty who was practising black magic on Aastha till now wanted her out of her house suddenly without any advance notice. This fact was startling to Aastha for the Chandrika was their gait who did what was instructed.
Both hurried to the airport through an auto rickshaw in the middle of the night when the streets were empty. Back there in the flat, tadpole aunty practised necromancy which should be done in Aastha’s absence and that she had been instructed by Harry to send them back to Kolkata city dimension.
‘So they are coming back”, spoke Harlyn Sidhwani’s instrument (Catherine)to Harry’s instrument (Xavier)
“Yes, as decided they are needed here now. Their work over there is completed” said Xavier. He drew into serious contemplation and continued – “Now the remaining work of our food making and formation is left which after completed we will be in a better position than before”.
“It is about time. They must have left airport by now”, said Catherine who was a mere body through whom different Aks of different gaits would come, stay and play with Aastha for their food making and other things. Same was the case with Xavier and Dick’s instrument who were all just bodies while Harlyn, Harry, Rita and Dick had left this body during the gameplay so that others would get an opportunity to be made through their bodies.
“They must be on their way. Let us wait for their homecoming, thought Catherine
