44. Erhan Vs Ezhar

Book:BROKEN : Satanic Verses Published:2024-5-1

A dark-skinned man appeared in the doorway. A ruthless aura suddenly burst out, raising the room temperature to slightly cool. He is Ezhar, the master of evil who is good at camouflaging in the cloak of good. He was the one who had a big hand in the destruction of Erhan’s family, and the killer of the Kingdom community. Devada stared intently into the eyes that stalked her. He must have been the one Joana had contacted before the woman lay, carrying the burden of sin.
“Wow, a little rabbit like you is perfect at killing!” sarcasm Ezhar. Devada’s lips were still pursed, deliberately waiting for what else the two-faced policeman would say.
“You can win against them. However, don’t forget that you’re just a little rabbit living under the law!” Ezhar scraped the distance that had spread, then he put a handcuff on Devada’s hands. The girl did not try to dodge, instead a smile full of ridicule tugged at her lips.
“I feel sorry for someone like you. Your life must be like a tadpole trapped in a maggot-infested toilet for thousands of years. In fact, you want fate to create you as a fairy lord of the sky,” mocked Devada.
“Your dreams are too high, Mr. Ezhar!” She added.
Plaque!
Again, Devada’s bruised cheek became the place where the hands of sinners landed. Fresh blood dripped from her lips again. Ezhar’s face contorted, revealing a lump of suppressed anger. The girl just smirked, letting the blood that continued to flow dance on her tongue. Occasionally she spat, expelling the strange taste emanating from the red liquid. Ezhar leads Devada like a convict.
“If anyone is shameless, it’s you!”
“Loser!”
“You’re better off wearing a skirt!” Swearing after swearing finally killed Ezhar’s patience.
“If you speak again, I’ll make sure you’re not in prison, but in the ground for the rest of your life!”
“Do it if you can! Don’t just bullshit!” challenged Devada. Without warning, the man punched Devada in the stomach so hard that she coughed. Blood flows from Dev’s mouth.
“You asked me to do it, didn’t you?” This time, Ezhar pulled Devada’s hair.
“You’re just a little fly! Absolutely no match for me! However, your arrogance makes me have to teach you a lesson.” Ezhar added, then Devada’s helpless body was blown away.
For a moment, Devada felt the rotation of the earth slowing down. However, she was still able to dodge when Ezhar launched another attack. And she did it over and over again until the man finally lost his temper. Everything in the room was used as a weapon to incapacitate Devada, but it only hurt her a little. Ezhar felt irritated when the girl he was fighting suddenly couldn’t be underestimated. The girl always had a chance to counter his attacks.
“Do you know who you were playing with?”
“Yes, I know! You’re just a tadpole that failed to thrive!” sneered Devada.
“I’ll rip your presumptuous mouth, bastard!” Ezhar twists Devada’s hand until the sound of bones repeats itself.
“Argh!” Devada’s scream boomed long. It made her eyes redden. Ezhar brought her to the peak of a very powerful feeling. Devada’s pupils widened completely, a long moan had been cut off. Perhaps, she had reached the point where the feeling had paralyzed all nerves. However, in an instant, the bullets infiltrated several parts of Ezhar’s body. Distracting the torture that lasted for who knows how long.
“Dev!” Nick jogged past Ezhar, then quickly carried Devada away.
“Hold on, you’ll be fine!” Nick stared intently at the bloodied girl sitting beside him.
“Why did you come? Do you believe me now, Mr. Nick?” Devada asked very quietly.
“Forgive me!” said Nick regretfully.
“What for?”
“For my fault for not trusting my own child.” Glass began to well up in Nick’s eyes.
“How do you know?”
“The necklace you are wearing is a surveillance camera!” Devada notices the black thing on the necklace she is wearing. She muttered, “Sophisticated!”
“Where are we going?” asked Devada.
“To Paranoa! I’ve set up even tighter security!”
“Are you sure? You fired all those useless men, didn’t you?”
“Yeah! I can’t accommodate people who can’t handle women.” Devada curled her bleeding lips. People like them deserve to be replaced even if they are innocent, and don’t know that the people they see as ‘woman’ is not like human beings in general.
“That loser will definitely come after us!” said Devada.
“Impossible, I immobilized him using a very lethal weapon!”
“You wouldn’t expect the power of those tailless tadpoles!” Devada warned.
“You call it something unique,” Nick said. Didn’t feel the car they were driving had entered the Paranoa Lake park. Suddenly, Nick hit the brakes until the tires squeaked. Nick gaped. An impossibility was playing with their eyes right now.
“How could it be ….”
“I told you so, Daddy!” A smirk appeared on the face of the man standing in front of them. In fact, some time ago, the black beaded man was groaning because of bullets. Dead end, Nick couldn’t escape. He was very worried about Jess. With Devada, he gets out of the car.
“Wow, Nick Erhan! I wish you good luck! You just need to find your poor daughter to return to being the perfect Erhan.”
“What’s your problem, huh? Why do you always interfere with my life?”
“The problem is with you. You’re just a newcomer here. If only you didn’t act like an overtime hero in the world of police, and lived like an ordinary person, I can definitely guarantee your peace.”
“So you were the one who incited all the police to overthrow the Kingdom?”
“Smart!”
“You’re as petty as Joana!” Ezhar laughed briefly, then fell silent as Nick pointed a Thunder 50 BMG. Devada just listened, silently, the handcuffs that were wrapped around her hands fell off. Anticipate that she will run out of steam when the bloodbath occurs in bigger waves.
Duar!
A large gold bullet slid into Ezhar’s chest. Surprised, Nick threw away the big gun and replaced it with a Desert Eagle tucked away behind his back. The sky of Paranoa was boisterous with a barrage of bullets. Nick was astonished to see Ezhar’s physique, who did not suffer any injuries. In fact, the bullet didn’t tear Ezhar’s thin clothes at all. Like a joke in broad daylight, the lethal weapon was like small pebbles that shattered when they hit the target.
“This kind of joke? This didn’t happen when I shot him just now!” mumbled Nick.
“Do you still have any other weapons. Nick Erhan?” asked Ezhar in all his arrogance. Annoyed, Devada walked over to launch an attack. However, Nick held her back.
“You may advance if I am no longer powerless!” Nick whispered to his child. Devada nodded, she couldn’t refute her father’s words. She could only watch the fight that was about to unfold.
Quick as lightning, Nick shoved Ezhar in the chest and broke the balance of his legs. Blow after blow landed in the face area, making Ezhar a little confused by his position under Nick. However, Ezhar’s free hand managed to hold Nick’s body from the next attack. Now, their position is reversed. Ezhar freely returned Nick’s punch. In fact, the punch of the man with the semi-curly hair was even more brutal. Ten times more deadly than Nick thought.
Right on the pubic, Nick played with his feet. A blow to Ezhar’s heart. Next, Nick’s finger bones point to the Adam’s apple, then he makes a neck slashing motion with his fingers close together and straight. Ezhar’s eyes did not escape his target. Slightly off guard, Nick rewarded Ezhar’s stomach with a barrage of fast punches. Red liquid gushed from Ezhar’s mouth. He took time to respond with a thrust attack, but Nick’s quick movement was able to parry and make Ezhar’s body bounce, and fall.
“You are exalting your arrogance too much!” Nick stepped on Ezhar’s chest until blood spurted out of his mouth again, then walked over to Devada.
“Watch out, Daddy!” shrieked Devada. However, too late. The knife that Ezhar threw was already stuck in Devada’s back.
“Dev!” The man with the mustache squealed when he saw his child lying covered in blood to save his life. Nick turned, he saw Ezhar back on his feet with a sly grin.
“I should have just killed you!” said Nick regretfully.
He walked back towards Ezhar, intending to eliminate him. One hand was raised, what happened next was that he was unable to control his hand as he wished. It was like there was an invisible shield after Ezhar said something silently. Then, he must be surprised by things that are not logical. No one explained, why his hand went down without being ordered. Suddenly, he felt like someone was hitting him from behind. The blows were getting more intense, he felt all over his body.
Nick looks like a madman in pain. Nick’s eyes lurked in all directions, but he saw no one else. Suddenly, his memories revolved around events in the past. Where he and Mehmet face a force that defies reason while defending Dev’s safety from the threat of predatory demons in the forbidden forest. Does Ezhar have similar powers? Nick’s brain was incapable of thinking at the moment. His strength had reached its end.
He didn’t find a way to save himself from an invisible, ferocious attack? Blood and bruises adorned every inch of Nick’s body. His sturdy body slowly decayed following a pair of drooping eyelids. Ezhar laughed, enjoying the victory after confirming the air activity had stopped in Nick’s nostrils.

Devada opened the heavy eyelids that had closed. Each side of her eyes heated up to find Ezhar baring all his teeth over Nick’s chest in arrogance. She dragged her body, which was heavy with pain, towards the place where Nick’s body lay. Her hand reached out to touch the side of Nick’s chest, which Ezhar was still stepping on. The man frowned, then laughed carelessly.
“Little fly, apparently you’re still alive.” Devada ignored Ezhar’s taunts. The eyes that were flooded with the ever flowing puddles still lingered on Nick’s death-ridden face.
“Daddy, wake up!” Devada pressed her vocal cords, but Nick didn’t hear.
“That married man has gone to hell!” Devada looked up with a pool of spilled tears. She tried to get up using the last remaining strength she had stored. Now, they are on equal footing.
“Death paid death!” A vengeful look flashed from Devada’s eyes. A glint of anger swirled around her face.
“Satanás se refugia nas trevas. Escurido é poder. A escuridão cobriu os céus e a terra. Por favor, morra horrivelmente!” A string of sentences ran through Devada’s head. At that instant, black clouds rolled over the sky, swallowing the sun’s rays that shone fiercely. The earth darkened with the roar of the wind. The ends of the girl’s hair fluttered. The hatred on her face grew darker. Ezhar’s eyes widened as he felt another force hit him.
“Who are you?”
“Deus da morte!” said Devada very quietly. The wind pushed Ezhar a few meters away from Devada.
The man realized a supernatural power that was secretly possessed by someone he thought was a little fly. In fact, more powerful than his strength. Ezhar tried to escape, but the shackles of the wind held his feet. A fight was finally made, but to no avail.
A crack in the neck was heard. Ezhar didn’t stand a chance when his head magically turned. Terrible twists also occur in the bones of the hands and feet that contain the fingers. Blood spurted profusely from the nostrils, ears and mouth. In fact, Ezhar’s eyeballs burst, and were out of place. Ezhar is like a wet cloth wrung out with horsepower. The pathetic body collapsed after going through several seconds of horrific torture. The enemy had fallen, Devada’s gaze turned to Nick. Her body fell down with her eyes closed.
