Brasilia is shocked by the news of a mansion explosion. The police in their investigation found one victim who suffered serious burns as much as 60%. The victim’s face was not recognized, and the officers found nothing that could be a clue to the victim’s identity. Joana frowned at the news on her cellphone screen.
“That mansion, I often pass by it. What happened?” Joana put her cell phone back down, her hands went to the table, tidying up the scattered remnants of things. Today’s work was exhausting enough to make her forget that she had spent half the night in that dizzying room. The woman glanced at the watch that was wrapped around her hand when a call suddenly entered her cellphone.
“I don’t care, don’t contact me before you get information about Jessy’s whereabouts!” Unknowingly, Joana’s left hand squeezed the file she was working on.
“Useless! Why should I pay them dearly?” Joana grumbled after turning off her phone activity.
About four minutes away from the Hospital de Base do Distrito Federal, Joana arrived at the green browns building which had been her residence in Asa Sul. Something was odd when she finished parking her car. There were many black blood spots along the road to her apartment unit. Joana’s calm face suddenly clouded when she realized something unusual.
“Chiro!” The silence made the slender woman quicken her footwork. When the door opened, the astonishing sight caused a vibrating effect in the body.
“Chiro!” A brown dog greeted Joana with an unusual attitude. Unblinking, her eyes locked on what Chiro was carrying. Feeling no response, the dog walked to the side of the table, then licked the blood that was pouring on the surface of the blackened human skin.
“Who did you bring, Chiro?” Vibrations on the lips rose briefly.
An extraordinary shock overtook Joana’s consciousness, she walked with suddenly aching joints. Gloves have been put on, Joana is desperate to check the person. The man’s condition was as pathetic as a slashed fish cooked in a grill. Miraculously, the air is still passing in the nose. Yes, the poor man is still alive. Joana immediately took action with improvised tools.
Slowly, she picked up the remnants of the clothes that were attached. Joana was surprised when her hands reached his lower body. Her eyes can see perfectly the damaged genitals. Instantly Joana’s hair stiffened. This was the first case she had ever come across.
“How should I save him? I met a burn injury that was no joke.” Silence for a moment, a small smile tugged.
Although she is only a general practitioner, she has other skills such as plastic surgery. She becomes excited and will devise a special grand plan to save the poor young man who will also be the subject of her experiment. Joana doesn’t know the identity of the young man and how Chiro can take him to the apartment that she always locks.
However, she knew, Chiro was a smart dog. Sometimes, those barking animals do amazing things. After completing the first aid measures, the young doctor immediately took care of her official leave for a fairly long period of time.
“Chiro, you must always take care of him!” The dog that had a face like a wolf barked softly and went straight to its task.
“This time I will prove that my skills cannot be underestimated. Everyone will see my work later.”

In the morning, after finishing her work at the hospital, Joana chose to visit Jessy’s house to check on Elfara’s condition. The reason is, the young doctor received news that today Elfara did not go to the office and did not give any news. Tried to call several times, but the girl’s number was off.
“Are they fighting?” She muttered after seeing the mess from the gap in the gate. The woman decided to enter after seeing the blood splatter. The condition of the unlocked gate provoked his curiosity.
“Jess … Jessy!”
“Elfara!” There was no response, Joana only saw crumbling walls and bloodstains.
“What happened? I thought Jessy was the only one missing.” Joana’s face turned red, she immediately reached for the cellphone in her bag.
“Hello! How could you not tell me the state of Jessyca’s house. What are you doing?”
“Sorry, Madam, but you only told me to looking for the person you mentioned.” A typical male voice answered on the other end of the phone. The red Joana’s white cheeks grew darker. The square thing nearly floated up, but Joana desperately held back.
“I fired you!” After speaking, Joana ended the call unilaterally. She couldn’t stop thinking about the stupid attitude of her bodyguard.
“Useless bastard!”
“What now? I hesitate to call the police. Nick! Yes, I should be able to meet him at any cost.” Joana rushed off after taking photos and videos of Jessyca’s house mess.

Arriving at Asa Norte, Joana found the parking lot and the building empty. However, at first glance, she seemed to see Nick behind the back seat of a white car that came out of the parking area. Joana got out of the car and approached the cleaners who passed by.
“Hello, excuse me!”
“Yes, Madam, is there anything I can help you with?” The middle-aged man gave a friendly smile.
“The patient from earlier, is he Nick Erhan?”
“I’m new here, so I don’t know the names of the patients. As far as I know, the patient was not a random person in Brasilia.”
“There’s nothing wrong with that,” she mumbled quietly.
“Where do you think they went?” Silent, that man looked doubtful and did not believe Joana.
“Relax, I’m a doctor and have friends who are being treated here.”
“Maybe to Sobradinho,” he answered doubtfully after examining Joana’s official attire.
“Well, thank you, Sir.” The janitor smiled happily when Joana smiled while slipping few money.
Heading to Sobradinho, Joana takes about twenty-five minutes. A pretty boring number for its essential purposes. However, she had no other choice. After all, being able to meet Nick had always been her goal. Unknowingly, the vehicle has arrived at the building area, which is not so big. Each building has a different bright color with a beautiful and soothing garden.
“Excuse me, I’d like to see a patient named Nick Erhan, is that possible?” Joana immediately asked the receptionist.
“Excuse me, who are you and what relationship do you have with the patient?”
“I am Joana Alexandra, a close relative of the patient.”
“Please wait a moment, Madam. I will ask the patient’s condition first.” Joan nodded. While waiting for the receptionist to make a call, she chose to sit on the available chair.
“Mrs. Joana Alexandra.”
“Yes!”
“Sorry, you can visit another time. The patient is currently resting.”
“He doesn’t want this meeting or what?” The young doctor’s emotions were slightly provoked.
“Oh, no! You misunderstood. I mean, the patient is sleeping. He just came in here. Maybe the trip has worn him out.” The young woman wearing a dark hijab showed an uneasy expression to Joana.
“Well that’s that then. Thanks, I’ll rearrange the visiting hours.” Joana came back disappointed. It turned out to be very difficult to meet Nick.
She had to leave this matter to someone else because the time she had was probably only enough to take care of the boy Chiro brought. Back in Asa Sul, the young doctor had prepared various kinds of medical equipment and surgery needs. A pair of eyeballs looked closely at her private room. Chiro-her dog is very loyal sitting next to a strange man she made like a mummy. Something the spitz dog has never shown, Chiro is so interested in protecting someone other than her. Surely the man had something special.
“Now it’s time!” Joana exhaled after a moment of holding back the mental shake.
