Smiling to no one in particular.
“I will re-write his story.” she said to herself.
“Zelina, now isn’t the time to boast how good or strong you are, Dark is alive and he is out there, we need to stop him at all cost, wipe out his returned memories and make him mine. I have been patient for too long to have him.” Amaya told her. The pain in her heart kept increasing.
“That’s why I said sense is far from you Amaya, as long as there is Raziah in the picture, he won’t know of your existence so to get him to acknowledge your presence you have to do away with Raziah and that’s impossible.”
“I don’t care anymore Zelina, I will kill her again even if it is the last thing I do. He is mine and he knows it, I don’t know why he doesn’t want me when he knows how much I want him. He should yearn for me and not for her.”
“He doesn’t want you and the only option left is to kill him but knowing you, you won’t even agree to have him killed if not we wouldn’t be in this mess in the first place. You liked him from day one even when he doesn’t reciprocate your feelings back, when will you have sense?” Zelina (Hydra) told her.
“Leave me and Dark and let’s focus on the matter right now. He is going to come after us now that he has escaped our grasp.” Amaya said.
“He won’t and like I said before he will be expecting us to attack him once we discover his fake demons are all gone, but we won’t.”
“So are we going to wait until he comes for us?” Amaya asked, not liking the idea. She wanted to see Dark with her own eyes. How could he just leave like that without leaving a message for her, a simple message even if it’s a threatening message of him coming back to kill her, she would be happy. What if someone else took Dark? What if truly Dark is dead?
“No, Dark won’t come, he will wait for us to come to him, because expecting the fool to make the first move is like bringing back my sister’s from the dead which is impossible. He knows I am not a patient one so he is expecting me to make my first move, but he is in for a huge surprise. We will be bringing a bonus with us.” Zelina (Hydra) said as her plan all seemed to work out well in her head. “A bonus he won’t be expecting at all.”
“So what is our next step? Should I go to the other kingdoms to bring their armies and force those who aren’t willingly to join?”
“No, that will be a waste of time, besides, when I will be needing them isn’t now, once I have Dark out of the way and I become the new legend they fear the most, getting the kingdoms to my side won’t be hard. Fear, fear will make them do my biddings so let’s leave them out first and focus on Dark, that cunning demon should be our number priority. Luckily for us, we have the Vampire’s armies and the wolf armies with us and with them together, we are unstoppable.”
Amaya wasn’t pleased when she heard ‘Out of the way’ and stopped herself right in time from shouting at Zelina to stop saying that. Dark isn’t dying any moment from now. She needs to hear from his mouth what he feels about her to know her next line of action. If she can’t have him then no one can, she has killed him before and she wouldn’t hasten to repeat history again.
“So,” Zelina (Hydra) voice brought Amaya out from her thoughts. “Go and inform Aragorn about what just happened and I will start preparing things for our visit to the River of Darkness, tell him to get ready and get rested also, we are leaving tomorrow.”
Amaya gave a short, brief smile that didn’t reach her eyes before she disappeared, leaving Zelina (Hydra) all alone.
Making the small shiny stone appear in one of her hands again, she raised it up towards the moon and began to sing in ancient tongue. She stopped and waited, bringing her hand down.
Not too long Violet appeared before her.
“I told you I will get you. I am the strongest of them all but yet you choose to be with that child over me,” Zelina (Hydra) said and showed the shiny stone in her palm to Violet. “In the end it came to the rightful owner.”she added with pride through her voice.
“Don’t get carried away yet, it isn’t over. As long as Raziah is breathing, that stone is powerless to you. You might use it to control me but you and I know who truly my real master is and it’s definitely not you.” Violet growled out the words. “Now, do what you know how to do, I’m tired of talking to you.”
“We will see about that Violet,” Zelina (Hydra) said with a cruel smile showing on her face as she changed into her true self. “There is something I have learned over the years and it is not to ever underestimate your enemy.” she added changing back to Zelina. “I am full of surprises.”
Violet didn’t reply nor say a word. She was quiet as she waited. It was at the tip of Violet tongue to talk but she didn’t. The fool doesn’t know yet that she came because she wants to not because the stone controlled her. There was no need telling the witch who had a smug look on her face that.
Zelina (Hydra) stretched forth her hand holding the stone towards Violet and began singing her ancient song. The wind around them picks up speed, as it twirls around Violet and just like the way water flows, Violet flows right into stone in the witch’s hand.
Zelina (Hydra) smiled as she trapped the wolf in the stone she held and walked back inside the cave, the shiny little stone disappeared once again. She really needs to rest so that by tomorrow morning, they will begin their journey to the River of Darkness to free Lucifer with the stone in her hand.
She immediately went back to her previous position and slept off.

Vampire Kingdom: Aragorn’s Room:
King Aragorn opened his eyes immediately the scent of Amaya hit his nose. He groans out aloud.
“Why can’t you ladies leave me for some hours to rest, huh, first it was Zelina (Hydra) and now you. I wondered what brought you here and whatever it is can wait.” King Aragorn said turning his back on Amaya as he tried to ignore her presence but was failing woefully.
“Unfortunately what I am about to say can’t wait, Dark isn’t dead and so is Raziah.”
Those words prompted Aragorn to turn back and face Amaya, looking at her with raised brows.
“What are you saying?”
“They are alive and the demons we have are fake. The demons are gone.”
“How do you know Raziah is still alive?” King Aragorn demanded almost immediately. “You saw me drinking her blood, everything so how come she survived?”
“Well, when I came out to see the demons I saw nothing. They were gone. Dark deceived us Aragorn and right now I know he would be laughing at our stupidity.”
“What did Zelina say? Does she knows about it?” King Aragorn asked.
“Of course she knows about it. She was the one who sent me here to inform you of what’s happening and to also inform you to get prepared, we are leaving for the River of Darkness.”
“How can she be thinking of you to the River of Darkness when Dark is somewhere out there waiting to attack us.”
“He won’t according to her because he is waiting for us to come to him instead.”
“I will get ready.”
Amaya nodded her head. “We will see you tomorrow then and make sure you feed the wolves, they’re not blood suckers like you.”
“I kept that in mind. So please can you leave so that I can get my beauty rest.”
Amaya nodded her head and was gone.
Aragorn’s face was clouded in confusion even with his eyes closed. His brows furrowed in deep thinking.
How can Raziah survive? Is someone trying to test him? Whatever be the case, he is going to take Raziah back. Maybe it is destiny to bring her back to him. for a second chance.
His close eyes suddenly flew open when he recognized a familiar scent. He quickly left his bed and followed the scent which led him to his father’s room and without knocking he fling the door open.
Aragorn was finding it impossible to believe that he was here. Why was he here?
___
Jold had just finished taking his bath when he opened the bathroom door and his eyes widened when he saw Dark standing and staring at him. There was no emotion on his face.
“I tried to talk him out of this sudden interest in fighting you but he wouldn’t listen. I did my best Dark believe me but my son wouldn’t listen, he has taken over the throne.”
Dark tilted his head to a side, still staring at Jold. “I only came here to tell you that I don’t go back on my words. Your son hurt the one I care the most and death is the only price he will have to pay. I told you not to let his path crossed mine. If it does, I will kill him. Not only has his path crosses with me but he lay his hands in her, Jold, I came here to tell you that I will kill your son.”
“I have nothing to do with this Dark, I tried to convince him to stay away from you but it seems all my pleas fell on deaf ears. I didn’t push him to do any of those things he has done.”
“That’s why you are still alive,” Dark said and turned to look at the room door as he heard the fast approaching- almost running- feet heading towards them. “Don’t worry Jold, you will be alive to bury your son. Our deal is off.” he added and disappeared and at the same time the door to the room flung open and an angry Aragorn walked in.
Jold had forgotten to lock his room door so he cringed a little when he saw his son’s look on his face.
“He was here.” Aragorn said almost immediately, not even bothered to close the door behind him as he walked around the room and bathroom to look for Dark but couldn’t find him.
“He was.” Jold agreed almost immediately.
“Where is he? Let me sink my hands into his black heart and feed him his own heart.”
“He left immediately you opened that door.” Jold answered his son. There was no need to hide things.
“Why was he here?” Aragorn asked immediately.
“He came to tell me that the deal I had with him is off. He saved your life and now he is back to take it back. He is going to kill you, Aragorn.”
“I can’t wait to see him try.” Aragorn said with a smirk.
