She sighed loudly when she got no response. Feeling suddenly tired she yawned out.
“Why are you quiet Violet, why?” she asked the empty room and stood up to her feet and went to the bed that reminded her of Dark and without thinking, fell down to the bed and slept off.

Vampire Kingdom: Palace:
Prince Aragorn arrived quickly in the Palace and went to have a quick bath and change of clothes before going to look for his father.
He found him in the throne room with his council of elders.
“Father, I would like to speak to you.” Prince Aragorn said.
“Son, I’m in a meeting as you can see, whatever it is can wait.” King Jold told him with a smile.
“This can’t wait father and it’s even better that the council of elders are here. But I have to tell you this in secret so that you can inform them. It’s important, father, very important.”
Holding the bridge of his nose King Jold nodded at his council of elders using his eyes to apologise to them as they left the throne room one at a time.
“Now what is it?” King Jold asked his son when they were the only ones in the throne room.
“Father, Raziah will soon be at war.”
King Jold raised his brows at his son.
“At war? With who?” King Jold asked and before his son would answer he quickly added. “Who could be in his or her right sense to declare war on Raziah?”
“Dark.”
“Except him. He is as crazy as the girl,” King Jold said. “But why will he declare war on Raziah? Is it because of the fight they had? The one you told me Raziah defeated him?” he asked.
“Yes, probably it’s because of the fight but father I won’t sit by and watch and do nothing as he attacks my mate.” Prince Aragorn told his father.
“So what do you want to do?” King Jold asked knowing what his son was about to say but waited for him to say it out and he… was not wrong.
“I will be using our army and join Raziah in this fight.” Prince Aragorn told him.
“Son, do you know what you’re saying?” King Jold asked. “Do you have any idea of what you just said now? You want to fight Dark, are you okay?” He asked, crossing his arms across his chest.
“Father I am much okay and I know what I am saying. My mate is at war with that evil man of a demon and she needs my help.” Prince Aragorn held himself from shouting at his father.
Shaking his head. “You are the one who needs help son. Raziah can take care of herself and besides you don’t who Dark is, he’s-”
Interrupting his father.
“I know who Dark is alright. I had fought with him twice and had survived his attack, remember?”
“That’s because you were saved by that Chaos of a guy and didn’t save yourself by yourself,” King Jold said. “Listen it’s dangerous and I won’t allow it happen.”
“Father, Raziah is in trouble and as my mate, my blood singer, I will need to help her. If something happens to her I won’t forgive myself.”
King Jold started laughing which made the Prince frown at him.
“What’s funny in what I said?” His fangs came out as he awaited his father’s response.
“So you don’t get it yet?” King Jold said using his son exact words the day he told him Raziah was his blood Singer.
“Get what?” Prince Aragorn’s teeth clenched tightly as he asked.
Not scared by his angry son’s gaze, he shrugged. “If Dark wanted Raziah dead he could have killed her with a snap of his fingers. For him to still keep her alive until now must be that she has something that he wants or he’s just toying with her to pass out time. Aragorn, you don’t know Dark like I do so please don’t interfere in this war. I am not ready to lose any of my armies for something you are too blind to see.” he told his son which angered Aragorn the most. He didn’t even suppress the growl that was coming out freely from his mouth but King Jold didn’t care. Why is his son not seeing the hand writing on the wall? “Look Aragorn, don’t start what you cannot finish. the war is between Raziah and Dark so don’t interfere you will be only making it worse because do you know who will lose the most? Us if we interfere. He won’t hurt Raziah, if he had wanted to hurt her, she would have been dead by now so don’t fall for it.”
“Father, Amaya brought the letter to her. Dark’s right hand man or woman or whatever, the point I am driving is, his demon lady brought the latter and they will be attacking in two days time father. I will not stand and watch that happen.”
“You are my only son and the heir to my throne. I will not stand and watch you be the sacrificial lamb, no I won’t.” King Jold shook his head as he speak.
“Father, you don’t know what you’re saying.”
“I know what I am saying very well. I know what I am telling you son, and believe me you don’t know what Dark can do, he is a demon and he thinks like one. I am older than you and I have seen things and know things before you were born and this… you shouldn’t interfere.”
“That’s none of my business father, I will fight alongside Raziah and please inform the council of elders about the war and get the armies ready.” Prince Aragorn said and turned to leave the throne room when his father’s voice stopped him.
“There shall be no army coming with you because I won’t allow it and also, I won’t be informing any of my elders.”
“What?” He turned around to look at his father.
“You heard me. I won’t.”
“You are just making a big mistake, father.”
“Really? And who is the King here, me or you? As long as I am the King, you’re under me, don’t forget that.”
Prince Aragorn clenched his hands tightly as his red eyes began to slowly change into black.
“Leave my presence at once son, and go and think about what you want to do but for the army, forget it.”
Without another word, Prince Aragorn left the throne room, almost pushing down some of the elders that stood in his way.
He ignored the looks he was receiving and went to find Chaos. He saw him, waiting for him outside his room door.
“I have been expecting you.” Chaos said as the Prince stopped in front of him. He had heard the exchange between father and son and will take full advantage of it.
“I’m angry.” Prince Aragorn said, trying to ease away the anger that was still in him. How could his father do such a thing to him?
“I know,” Chaos said. “Your body language says it all.” he added when he saw the look the Prince had given him. “What is it?” He asked.
“It’s my father.”
“And what about him?”
Prince Aragorn quickly explained what had transpired between him, Amaya and now his father, leaving out the part where he had fu¢ked Raziah.
“Hmm… so what do you want to do?”
“I want to help Raziah win the war against Dark. I want to support her with my armies but my father won’t allow it. He thinks Dark won’t hurt Raziah.”
Moving closer to him so that he can whisper his next words into his ears.
“Why don’t you kill your father then.” Seeing Aragorn wide-eyed, Chaos shrugs, “Kill your father and become the King, the ruler of this kingdom. The dark in you awakens Aragorn, use it.”
“But my father is strong, powerful, I cannot kill him.” Prince Aragorn said buying into the thought of killing his father. If his father cannot support him, then he should die. “Help me.” He whispered back to Chaos.
“I will help you, tonight he dies.”
