“No! Come back!” she yelled out in anger as she approached the spot Dark was before. “I wasn’t done with you yet. Come back !” she screeched loudly and the guards and servants hiding in some rooms covered their ears as the screeching brought out blood from their ears.
She stopped after a minute. “No, you have to come back. I need to make sure you’re dead, I need you to feel the burn.” she said to the empty spot. She slowly changed back to herself, unlike the rest of the wolves who changed back naked Raziah was fully clothed.
She went back to where the bones of her mother were and started crying.
Why Dark? Why not Barwolf? Why will Dark do such a hurtful thing to her? Why?
“I am sorry mother for not keeping you safe like I promised.”

Vampire Kingdom:
Elena was seen resting her arms on the window in her chamber and was looking at the beauty of the palace and kingdom when black mist appeared in the room and soon it was gone and Chaos was standing in its place.
“We did it my love by now Raziah must have done it,” Chaos said to his Mate. “What I couldn’t do for years is what Raziah did. Let Dark know how embarrassing it is for a woman to beat and defeat him , like he did to me.” He added.
“I watched the fight, Dark is gravely injured and since Raziah used the knife on him, he will die slowly, he is on the brink of death. Raziah doesn’t know what she is yet, I am glad she is on our side for now.” Elena said.
“She will with time and it will be too late for her.”Chaos told his Mate.
Elena smiled.
“I need to inform the Vampire Prince.” Chaos informed her.
“Why? Do you want to tell him everything? Don’t forget he is just a tool to achieve our goals.” Elena reminded him.
“Easy there mate, you don’t need to remind me. I know what I am doing.” Chaos closed the distance between him and his mate to hug her from behind, very careful not to upset the horn lunge in his chest. A time is coming for him to remove it. “I don’t make a mistake, Elena.” he added, kissing her head and letting her go, and walked out of the room and went in search of the Vampire Prince.
It didn’t take him long to find the Vampire Prince who was in his chamber resting and thinking of Raziah.
“Prince Aragorn, it’s me.” Chaos’voice came behind the closed door.
Recognizing the voice. “Come in.”
Chaos didn’t need to be told twice and he entered with a worried look on his face.
“What is it , Chaos? Did a servant or any of the guards upset you?” Prince Aragorn asked once he noticed the worried look on Chaos’ face. He was on his bed but sit upright when he saw his new friend face.
‘As if.’ Chaos thought.
“No.”
Then with a knowing look, “Was it my father? Did he say something to you?”
‘I wish.’ Chaos thought again.
“No, it wasn’t your father, it’s about Raziah. ” He dropped the bombshell.
“Raziah? What about her? Did something bad happen to her? What happened to her?” Prince Aragorn rushed his question. Did something happen to her on her way home? He wondered.
“Easy with the question my Prince,” Chaos said , happy that he had caught the attention of the Prince. “I see Raziah is troubled and she will need a shoulder to cry on, why don’t you go and do that?”
Leaving his bed to stand three feet away from Chaos. “Raziah is in trouble?” He asked.
“Probably, that’s what I see. This will be the best time for you to go and comfort her and win her over, she is hurting that’s what I see.” Chaos told him, nodding his head.
“What about Dark? He is still there and won’t even let me go close to my mate. I am not strong enough to face him yet.” Prince Aragorn stated . He hates when he sounds weak.
“Dark is out of the picture now, just go and meet Raziah and help her heal through her pain.”Chaos told him.
Without another word, Prince Aragorn quickly changed his trousers and shirt into all black, putting on his black boots and running out of the Palace.
Chaos grinned and left the empty room and went back to meet his Mate.

Dark Castle:
Amaya appeared in Dark’s room and gently dropped him on his bed, for a demon of that height, she was strong enough to carry Dark.
Looking at his face, she grinned. “Quit playing around Dark, I know you are doing this on purpose so stop this pretence and heal yourself,” Amaya said to him. “Remember what you told me? That you will play along and allow that girl to win you so that you can return? Now quit pretending and open your eyes. If I wasn’t quick enough to get you out of there before her fire hits you, you would have been a burnt crisps now.” When she got no response from him, she nudged him and felt his body was getting colder than before. She noticed how the blood from his open wounds continued to pop out instead of stopping and healing. Looking at the deep cut on his side face and leaning forward to smell it, she snarled loudly and became angry.
“No way, it can’t be.” She said to herself and noticed Dark’s face. “You won’t die, I will make sure of that. If you are hearing me Dark, hang on a little, I am coming back .” she told a still Dark who made no move and disappeared.

Vampire Kingdom:
“The Prince is on his way to meet Raziah as we speak.” Chaos told his mate.
“I still don’t understand why you want the Prince to meet Raziah right now.”
“Simple, Raziah needs a shoulder to cry on and the Prince is the perfect choice since she is his blood Singer. We need to make Raziah fall in love with Prince Aragorn so that it can activate the gene in her, she doesn’t know of her past yet and neither does Dark. I could have suggested Dark since they are mates but Dark will be Dark. He is not moved by the mere words of ‘Love’ or the feelings that come with it. That’s the difference between him and me.”
“I hope this will bring Raziah closer to the Vampire Prince.”
“It will Elena, it will.”
Elena opened her mouth to speak but stopped when Amaya appeared in their midst.
“Why did you do that?” she directed her question to Elena.
“Do what?”Elena played feign at what Amaya was saying.
“You know what I mean Elena, don’t pretend.” Amaya said.
“Isn’t that what you want to get Dark out of your way? Or are you changing since you planted yourself into Dark’s life?” Chaos asked.
” I am not changing Chaos. Over the years I have come to realize that I WANT him, that I LOVE him and that I will do anything for him. HE IS MINE ALONE, and only I will decide when to end him.” Amaya said in a very possessive voice.
“Amaya, what has entered you? One hundred and fifty years ago, we all made a deal. What changed?” Elena asked.
“Love changed me only just for him. You will understand why I am doing this when you see Chaos dying in front of you and you couldn’t do anything to save him, but in my case I do. Now,” stretching forth one of her hands towards Elena. “Give me the antidote.” She added a second later.
“You will be making a grave mistake Amaya if you save him. This is the best way for him to die. We can never have this chance again .”
“Like I said, I will decide when he dies but not today besides, he has something in him which we haven’t taken yet. Give me the antidote, don’t make me repeat myself again Elena.”
Groaning, Elena brought her left hand closer to her mouth and covered it then whispered to it. When she opened her hand, a black single leaf was seen in her hand and she gave it to Amaya.
“I hope you know what you’re doing.”
“Yes, I know exactly what I am doing and that is saving Dark’s life,” Amaya said, collecting the leaf from her. “One more thing Elena, you are the strongest witch I have come to know.”
“Without you telling me, I know that already.” Elena said with pride.
Rolling her eyes at Elena. “I need you to do something for me.”
“And what can that be?” Elena asked.
“I need you to give me something that will make Dark forget about ever meeting Raziah. I want him to forget all about her, including the night he first met the young girl.”
