Raziah moved closer to where Dark was standing and gave him a hot slap, putting all the anger she felt on that one slap which made Dark’s nose start bleeding.
“Do not burn down my palace, you have forgotten that this is my palace so go and burn down yours. Besides,” Raziah said, ignoring the growls emitting from Dark. “When I needed you was gone and not now, not today. I needed you that night but you didn’t come so save yourself the stress. You and my father are birds of the same feathers.” She added with anger.
Dark anger went down a bit and everything became normal which made Raziah blinked in surprise. Touching the place Raziah had slapped him.
“I am not your father, stop comparing me to him.” He told her.
“You’re both the same, Dark, you r@ped me out of my will. I begged you, but did you listen? No.” Raziah reminded him. “Even what happened today, you still didn’t listen to my cries.”
“We had a deal which you had accepted. If you had told me no before we fought I wouldn’t have pushed it,” Dark began. “What am I even saying.” he whispered to himself. “I would push it though but I won’t force you to accept the deal, but today, you caused it yourself when you wanted to run away with your lover.” he added aloud.
“As if you would listen if I told you to let me go.”
“I did when you asked me to tell my demon to let go of your mother that night, did I refuse you? No. I know I am evil, wicked even but I am not a r@pist,” he said. “Have you taken a good look at me?” he widened his arms as if he wanted to hug her. “I said take a look at me, from my head to toe slowly.”
Raziah saw herself assessing him slowly, if not that she was tall, she could have been a dwarf compared to his height and size. He was like a fucking giant. Dark was big and tall, very tall, his muscle was big, his chest was board and wide. Her eyes went back to meet his and she rolled her eyes.
“You’re not even that good looking.”
“I know I am not as handsome as your dearest Vampire Prince but speckle, ladies come to me and fall on my bed without me asking.”
“Whatever,” Raziah said and returned back to her mother. “I need to clean her up.”
“Yeah, you really do.” Dark said, squeezing his nose.
“If you haven’t tied me up and kept me as your prisoner it won’t be smelling.” Raziah said, her hands clenched as she saw Dark’s expression.
“Prisoner? I have never treated you as one Raziah so don’t call yourself one. If you are my prisoner you won’t like the way I would treat you, so count yourself lucky.”
“So what’s the difference between a prisoner and a slave?”
“You know what, you won. Arguing with you is pointless. Just tell me how to communicate with your mother so that we can get the hell out of this room.” Dark said.
Raziah hissed and placed her ear on her mother’s mouth and then frowned, staring up at Dark.
“Well, what did she say?” Dark asked with raised brows.
“She wants to be cleaned before saying anything.”
“Are you pulling my legs right now?” Dark asked, staring at Mary then back at her daughter. “And you want me to believe that she told you that?”
“If you don’t believe me you can come and ask her yourself.”
Dark couldn’t believe what he was hearing. He should come and ask a dead woman? Is Raziah okay in the head? Probably, so he played along.
“Fine, but you are not bathing her, we have somewhere else to go.” Dark said and grabbed hold of one of Raziah’s hands and dragged her out of the room. Finding Barwolf was very easy. He was in the kitchen flirty with a female servant and when he saw Dark and Raziah approaching he quickly composed himself and bowed his head at them.
“Go and clean up Mary.” Dark ordered, not looking at Barwolf at all, his eyes were on Raziah.
“And the entire room, change her clothes and put some fragrance in the room.” Raziah told Barwolf as Dark dragged her away from the kitchen. “Where are we going?” she asked.
“To hell.” Dark replied and pulled her for a hug, surprising Raziah. His black mist covered them as they vanished.
Barwolf breathed in relief. Raziah has told Dark anything even though the man now knows where Mary’s dead body is.
He smiled at the servant girl and promised to see her that night before he went to clean up Mary.

River of Darkness:
The black mist appeared and was gone revealing Dark and Raziah. Taking a deep breath on Raziah’s neck, he let her go. He realizes he was thirsty for her blood and wants it badly. Well his hunger will have to wait.
“Don’t tell me this is hell.” Raziah mocked, though, her eyes widened when she saw the black River. Never in her life has she ever seen one before.
Dark ignored that and held her two hands and without another word jumped up with her and Raziah began screaming at the top of her lungs when she saw that they were falling down and heading towards the black River.
She closed her eyes and quickly wrapped her hands tightly in Dark neck as she felt the coldness of the water on her body.
But it was suddenly gone and when she opened her eyes, she saw that they were in front of what looked like a gate, made of lava, in fact everything was lava, including the ground. She wasn’t even wet.
Dark pulled her away from his body and only held her hand as he breathed fast. He was holding himself not to tear Raziah’s clothes and take her right here.
Unlike Dark who was walking on top of the lava, she was floating over it.
“Don’t let go of my hand, if not the lava will turn you like a roasted chicken and I will feed your body to the beasts here.” Dark told her seriously.
Rolling her eyes at him.
“In your dreams.” She said as they entered the gate. Raziah’s eyes continued to widen as they encountered beasts and demons of different sizes which bow down to them, technically at Dark, until they reached a big chair built with lava where a demon with a twisted one horn was seated. The demon was fat and huge.
Raziah realize she wasn’t feeling scared at the monster in front of her.
“What brings you here?” Mammon asked, not even glancing up from his staring contest with his long fingernails.
“I came with someone, you can have a good look at her.” Dark answered and Mammon left his fingernails to stare at Raziah.
And Mammon did.
“Hmm,” Mammon mused after a while. “That’s a lot of light I see in her but how can someone like her possess it?” He asked, closing his eyes and opening them afterwards.
“That’s why I am here to find out.”
“You and I know what the light represents, do I need to spell it out for you?” Mammon said, shifting his gaze to Dark.
“The powers were mine and somehow they are in her. Is there a way I can take it out of her and return it back to my body? I guess that’s why I am getting addicted to her blood because it recognizes me as the owner.”
“I don’t know but you can ask my brother Leviathan, if there is a way around it, only him has the answer.”
Raziah couldn’t believe what she was hearing. Dark plan to remove the power she now possesses? No way will she allow that to happen.
“Thank you Mammon.” he will be paying the fourth Prince of hell a visit, but not today.
Dark began to turn around with Raziah when Mammon’s voice stopped him.
“Son.”
Raziah was shocked and she didn’t even hide it. ‘Son?’
“You will have to protect her since she has the light now. Chaos might be after her, he will do everything he can to free his brother. He is just like his brother. So protect her at all costs.” Mammon told him.
Raziah frowned at the fat devil. First he had called Dark his ‘son’ and now he is telling Dark something In a different language she didn’t know existed.
Smiling at Mammon. “I haven’t seen Chaos since we last fought and I injured him. And as for the power, well, the power won’t be with her for that long. Until then, I plan to protect her.” Dark told Mammon.
Raziah nearly groaned out when she heard Dark speaking the same strange language.
“About the girl, a time is coming when she will have to choose her own path, when that time comes, let her choose her own path, don’t make her choose,” Mammon said to him in the same language. “And you know me, as the god of greed I am going to push her to that path the most. It’s what I do.”
“Don’t worry Mammon, I will block the path.” Dark told him, still smiling.
“Dark, it is her fate.” Mammon told him with his most serious face.
“No, I will decide her own fate.”
Mammon chuckled.
“You can not change it. It is her destiny.”
