Hazel hung up and called her younger brother, who was in college. Hazel told him to take good care of himself.
As soon as Hazel finished the call, her phone rang again.
Hazel couldn’t help feeling nervous as it was from her agent. Hazel didn’t know how to excuse herself yet.
Hazel’s agent was Fannie Chastain, who was shrewish. Fannie was an experienced agent in the industry. Although she often vented her anger on others, those who wanted to be famous celebrities had to rely on her and couldn’t afford to annoy her.

Dave pushed open the door and placed a plate of fruit in front of Hazel. He changed his attitude toward Hazel completely.
“Ms. Horatio, you must have been tired. You can have some fruit and have a rest.”
Hazel hadn’t regained her composure until now. She didn’t expect that Baron would chat with Fannie. What was wrong with him?

In order to play a small role with only a few lines, Elva resorted to every trick. However, Hazel got the opportunity without any difficulties.

Seeing Hazel’s expression, Baron looked sullen. He hated it the most when others didn’t believe him.
