The make-up artist was doing Allyce’s make-up and Severo was sitting there looking at her as if he was interested in women’s make-up.
Of course Allyce knew that Severo wasn’t interested in make-up, she used to do it in front of Severo when he was at home and it wasn’t unusual for Severo.
I just didn’t want to go to the party so early to help Tajo with the dinner guests.
These dinners were boring as hell.
Allyce knew what was on his mind, but she just turned her head to look at him and said no more.
Until she finished her make-up and approached Severo: “OK, we can go out now”.
Severus said nothing immediately, as he reached out and drew Allyce into his arms, his gaze settling on her painted lips.
Allyce was quick to reach out and falsely cover her lips, “There’s lipstick …”
So no kissing …
Severo raised an eyebrow in distaste at his words and said, “You don’t have to rush, if we leave now we won’t leave until after dinner.
Allyce thought about it and agreed, so she didn’t argue with him.
But I had forgotten one thing: the later the person leaves, the more noticeable it is.
It was only when she and Severo turned up at the party half an hour later that Allyce realised this.
The party was almost 50/50 composed of people with yellow skin and soft features and Westerners with dark features.
As soon as Allyce and Severo appeared, they received a lot of attention from all directions.
Severo was dressed in a solid black suit, with handsome features and a strong presence that made him seem mysterious and deep, and yet you couldn’t help but look at him more.
Allyce, who was carrying him on her arm, was also a surprise.
The dress she was wearing today had been chosen by Severo, a short, bright red dress that was barely a centimetre above the knee, a minimalist style that was luxurious and flowing, with long curly hair hanging over her shoulders and delicate make-up.
The men’s eyes lingered longer on Allyce’s body, and then they were startled again when they saw Severo.
There was a mixture of frown and reflection in the looks on these men’s faces, but none of them were the first to come forward to say hello.
Another reason was that Severo’s aura was so powerful, and he kept walking forward without looking away, that no one dared speak without permission.
The two men headed straight for Tajo.
Allyce followed Severo and shouted, “Grandfather”.
“Hmm.” Tajo responded indifferently, sweeping his gaze over the two men before withdrawing his gaze with a slightly raised eyebrow.
At that moment there was a cacophony of voices in the crowd.
Allyce was the first to turn her head and saw Eka coming through the door.
Princess Eka, the favourite of the royal family in J.
Eka was browner than she had been in months, but she looked very fresh and her wheat skin was powerful and sexy.
Feeling Allyce’s eyes, Eka looked up at her, a smile came across her face as she saw Allyce and winked.
Allyce froze and turned her head to look at Severo, noticing that he didn’t look so good.
“What’s wrong?” asked Allyce in a whisper as she moved a few inches closer to him.
Severo said nothing, just took her hand in his backhand.
Eka seemed to be very popular, and people kept waving at her along the road as she approached.
Tajo had also stood up and was walking towards Eka.
When Eka finally made his way through the crowd, he first gave Tajo a hug: “Monsieur le Comte”.
“I didn’t expect the princess to take the trouble to come, it’s an honour. Tajo returned the hug graciously and said with a big smile.
“I’ve been busy for some time, but I heard that my old friend had returned and, of course, I had to come.” With that, he turned his head towards Allyce : “Allyce, don’t you think?”
Allyce didn’t expect Eka to suddenly turn her head to look at her and was stunned for a moment before she uttered, “Princess”.
“We don’t need to be so formal with each other, just call me by my first name. A smile spread across Eka’s face.
Murmurs were already echoing around the room.
Tajo’s eyes moved imperceptibly, but he said nothing, just echoed the smile.
“Allyce and I haven’t seen each other for a while and I’d like to have a little chat with her, would Mr. Conde and Mr. Betances mind?”. With those words Eka had taken Allyce’s arm.
Allyce had been in J for so long that she had almost forgotten Eka as a person.
When Eka suddenly appeared at dinner and acted as if she knew her well, she didn’t quite understand what Eka was up to and turned her eyes to Severo.
After seeing Severo nod, Allyce’s mind calmed down.
It turned out that Eka would be here because it had something to do with Severo, and after pursing his lips and smiling at him, he turned his head to Eka and said, “Of course he wouldn’t mind.
It was true that she and Eka hadn’t seen each other for a long time, and although they weren’t very good friends, Eka gave her a good feeling.
At least he didn’t scare her like Tajo did.
Eka then left with Allyce.
The two sat down on one of the sofas and Allyce couldn’t help but turn her head towards Severo to see how he, along with Tajo, started to go and greet the other people.
“Was it Severo who informed you about the dinner and invited you? Allyce used the word “invited” after a moment’s deliberation.
Eka was a princess and could not ask if Severo had asked her to come, it might undermine her authority.
Eka smiled faintly, “I’ve been very busy with my special training in the army, so much so that I have to time my toilet breaks precisely. Monsieur le Comte had sent me an invitation earlier, but I had no intention of coming, but then I heard you were here, so I came.
“Pleasure. He didn’t believe Eka’s words.
Eka stared at Allyce for a moment before losing her smile. “Yes, I contacted Severo before I came, and I’m going to take Mrs. Betances to meet new friends.”
As he said this, his eyes were behind Allyce.
Allyce turned her head and it was then that she noticed a couple of women heading that way.
“Princess.” The women approached, treating Eka with respect.
Although Eka was a princess, she was also a soldier, who had spent her youth and her blood in the army, for the good of her country and her people, so the respect she received was not the same as that which an ordinary member of the royal family might receive.
They loved Eka with all their hearts.
