Allyce was a little disappointed that she didn’t get the “Blaze”, but the person who bought it must have really liked it, otherwise she wouldn’t have spent so much money on it.
I don’t feel so bad when I think about it.
“The second and last item on the third day of the auction would only be more expensive.
Allyce was looking forward to it.
So, with Blaze auctioned off, it means that the day’s auction is over.
When the auction was over, Desiderio approached her, “Allyce, would you like to join us for dinner?”
Severo stood in front of her and said to Desiderio: “I have something to talk to her about”.
Desiderio smiled slightly: “What did Allyce say?
He posed the question to Allyce.
Between her ex-husband and her fake uncle, Allyce would certainly have to choose the relative safety of her ex-husband.
“Sorry, man, I have to talk to him about things first, and he happens to have time and we have to talk to each other.
There was really nothing at all to talk about between her and Severo any more, nor did she know why Severo was saying that.
The smile on Desiderio’s face continued: “Then we’ll have dinner together some other time.
Allyce nodded in agreement.
She was then dragged out by Severo.
Once outside there were many people, Severo pulled her away from the crowd and towards the less crowded lift at the other end of the corridor.

From the hotel, Severo dragged Allyce straight to the car.
Allyce thought Severo really wanted to talk to her, so she didn’t refuse to get into the car.
She and Severo sat in the back and the driver was in the front.
Allyce was quick to say, “Where to? Say what you have to do.
After saying what she had to do, she also wanted to get out of the car.
As a result, Severo said lightly: “It’s nothing, I’ll take you home on the way”.
When Severo finished speaking, he pulled out a document from somewhere and began to leaf through it.
Allyce looked at him with a dumbfounded expression.
What the hell did he mean, did he know which hotel he was staying at?
Only when he got out of the car did Allyce run quickly to catch up with him and ask: “How did you know I was staying here?
Severo spoke lightly: “I don’t know”.
“Then you …”
“You’re the one who never gave the address and I happen to live here”.
When he saw Severo walking away, he did not follow him again.
Severo had his head cocked to one side with one hand in the pocket of his suit trousers, and out of the corner of his eye he saw Allyce’s figure pause in place, lips pursed in thought, and when he turned he saw that Allyce was already striding to the other side.
There was also a lift at the other end to go up.
I didn’t want to be in the same lift as him.
Severo stood still, his lips a little tighter, his eyes gradually quieting.

Allyce avoided Severo and returned to her hotel room only to feel exhausted.
He collapsed on the bed and did not move a muscle.
It was a coincidence that Severo had appeared out of nowhere, and sent her back, and stayed in the same hotel as her, wasn’t it?
If it was not a coincidence, was it still deliberate?
He himself had said that he did not know that she was also staying here.
But she was really annoying!
At that very moment, there was a knock at the door.
“Who is it?”
Allyce rolled over and got out of bed, but she didn’t expect to move too quickly and fell straight to the floor.
Covering his skinned knee, he sniffed and got up to open the door.
When the door opened, he found the hotel manager.
The manager called out to her with a smile: “Miss Delahoz”.
“Hello, what can I do for you?” Allyce was a little confused as to why the manager had come to see her.
The manager sniffed and reached out to hand Allyce a beautifully wrapped gift box. “This is what a gentleman asked us to give you.”
Allyce didn’t reach out to take it, “A gentleman? What’s his name?”
“Sorry, we don’t know anything about that, I think it must be someone who knows Miss Delahoz, Miss Delahoz will take the item first, maybe once she sees what’s inside she will know whose it is.”
The manager’s expression was sincere and Allyce felt she was right, so she reached out and took the gift box.
After thanking her, he closed the door to the room and turned to open the box.
The box was not very big, but it was beautifully wrapped, so the contents must have been very valuable.
But she didn’t know anyone in Sky City, so who would give her this?
Could it be Desiderio?
If Desiderio really wanted to give her something, he would have done it in person, he was the kind of person who was organised and never made such secrets.
Allyce said: “Let’s open it up and see.
When she opened the gift box, she was confused.
I expected the box to contain something very valuable, but I did not expect it to contain the “Blaze” that had been sold today at auction for 800 million dollars by a mysterious man.
She was sure that Desiderio had not given it to her.
She looked at the flame-shaped necklace, slightly lost in thought, and picked it up, stroking it carefully.
Up close it looked even more beautiful.
Not even Desiderio, the richest man in Ciudad del Cielo, thought it was worth the price, but the man who had won the auction had not only given her the money, he also knew she was staying at the hotel, and she could think of no one else but him.
He could not help but hazard a guess.
Biting her lip, she pulled out her mobile phone and dialled the number.
The call was quickly answered and, as before, a pleasant male voice rang out: “Yes?
Allyce asked him: “Where are you?
Severo was silent for a moment before he said: “I’m hanging up now if there is nothing else, I have an important video conference starting soon …”.
Allyce interrupted, “You bought ‘Blaze’?”
Severo said nothing.
Sensing he might be about to hang up, Allyce said bluntly, “What the hell do you mean, why did you buy ‘Blaze’ and give it to me?”
“I didn’t buy it. Severo said this and hung up the phone.
Allyce pressed the phone to her heart’s content, put the necklace back in the box, picked it up and walked out.
Only when he was at the door did he remember that he didn’t know where Severo lived, and he happened to see two men who looked like bodyguards approaching from the opposite side.
Without a second thought, they went to the door of the room opposite Allyce, knocked on the door and entered.
Allyce recognised one of them as Severo’s bodyguard and the other as the one with the number plate in the auction room.
She ran towards the two bodyguards as they were about to close the door and stormed into the room.
