Allyce went back to her room, thinking she still had her phone downstairs, and opened the door ready to go downstairs to get it.
Severo and Tajo were sitting in the corridor talking, and as soon as he came out, he overheard Severo’s words.

Tajo heard the determination in Severo’s tone and opened his lips slightly, “Severo, you …”.
As soon as he opened his mouth, he couldn’t get the words out of his mouth.
I didn’t know much about what was going on in the middle.
At first he knew that Severo was married and that his wife was still someone like Allyce, who was practically useless to him.
But he also knew that what Severo decided was not something he could influence.
But then, after learning that Allyce was the daughter of Ariela’s beloved, she began to hate Allyce.
His biggest failure in life was Ariela, his only daughter, but she was the most disobedient and he didn’t even care about her afterwards ….
Severo twirled the cigarette in his hand and finally did not light it, asking, “Is there anything else?”
The expulsion in his tone was clear.
Tajo let out a long sigh, his breath coming in short gasps: “Nothing important”.
Severo frowned imperceptibly, listening to the hesitation in Tajo’s tone.
“If not, you should go back, I’ll come back and see you some other time.” Severo had risen to his feet as he spoke.
Tajo’s face changed slightly.
He and Severo had not been close before, but they were not that close either.
He knew this grandson was slipping away from him.
When he thought about this, he went straight to the point and stated the purpose of his visit to Severo: “Izar … has escaped, close to the new presidential elections, Grizzi’s people have been active lately, I suspect he has been in contact with Grizzi, earlier he confessed to buying drugs from Grizzi’s people”.
Severo’s face grew cold and his eyes narrowed in suspicion: “You let Izar escape?
Tajo’s face was also a little shaky: “I didn’t expect her to be so cunning”.
Severo merely grimaced.
Tajo added: “But I’ve sent out a search first, I shouldn’t be out of J at this point.”
The sound of the two men’s conversation was deliberately not lowered, and Allyce, standing on the first floor, could hear them clearly.
Izar had escaped?
Allyce pursed her lips and returned to the room with a lighter step.
Severo came up not long after.
Allyce asked him: “Has old Betances gone?
“Yes.
Severo approached her, hugged her back and said: “You’ve been in J for a few days, do you want to go back?
Allyce smiled at that and said, “Is it because of what happened with Izar? Because Izar escaped and is still inside J’s borders and you’re afraid he’s going to come looking for me.
“Did you hear all that?” Severo’s form paused slightly.
“Why would I want to hide from her? So what if she comes looking for me? Things have to come to an end”.
Allyce broke away from Severo and walked to the window, her eyes slightly averted.
“I’ll take care of it.
“You mean you’re going to stay and look for Izar and leave me alone to go home?” Allyce turned her head to look at him, anger already growing under her eyes.
“What I want to say is that …”
Allyce interrupted: “I’ve got it, I’m going home, I’m leaving for the night, back to Cloud Cit just in time for daylight, just have Xabat send someone to pick me up from the airport.
Severo spoke coldly: “Allyce!”
“I’ll leave early so you can get on with this and I’ll wait for you in Cloud Cit.” Since he felt she would be a burden to be around, since he wasn’t sure he could keep her safe, he would turn back.
All of Allyce’s words sounded reasonable, but Severo found them uncomfortable to listen to.
But Allyce had already started to pack up her things and was not prepared to talk to him any more.
The conversation stopped dead in its tracks.

In the evening, Severo drove Allyce to the airport himself, bringing two bodyguards for her.
Allyce took what Severo was holding in his hand and walked straight in.
He couldn’t help but look back at Severo as he walked away, and found him still standing in the same spot, his eyes suddenly lighting up as he saw her turn around.
Allyce was stunned and couldn’t help twisting her lips into a smile.
Silly.
Indeed, she was a bit angry.
But Severo did have their interests at heart.
Not only had she been more careful because of what had happened two years earlier, but so had Severo.
Perhaps he could do anything with confidence, but he dared not endanger her.
The more time I spent with him, the more I understood what he said without having to say it.
Allyce signalled for him to knock and Severo smiled knowingly and watched her enter.

The plane landed at Cloud Cit the next morning.
When he got off the plane with his two bodyguards, Xabat’s men had not yet arrived.
She had said that Xabat had sent someone to pick her up, but she had only said it casually, to try to annoy Severo, and in fact she didn’t think it was necessary.
As he left the airport, he called Xabat as he walked.
After a short walk, there was a hotel diagonally across the street.
Without looking, he saw a couple of men helping a woman into the hotel.
The woman’s figure was familiar to him.
Seeing this, Allyce frowned and was about to hang up the phone when they had already taken the call.
“Madam, we have just arrived, where are you?”
Allyce watched as the woman was led into the hotel, her face slightly cold as she said into the phone: “I’m on this side of the exit, there’s a hotel here.
He then gave the name of the hotel to Xabat.
Within a minute, Xabat approached with the men.
Allyce saw the group of bodyguards behind Xabat and knew that was what it was all about.
He glanced back inside the hotel and then said to Xabat: “I’m going across to the hotel to look for someone.
“Who is the lady going to see?”
“We’ll go there first, before it’s too late.” The men did not look like decent people, and the woman seemed to be holding on only because of her lack of strength.
Allyce finished speaking and hurried off.
Once inside the hotel, he asked the receptionist: “Three men have just entered the hotel holding a woman in a powder blue Chanel dress, which room are they in?
“Excuse me, this lady, it belongs to the privacy of the guests, if you and they are friends, you can call them directly”. The hotel receptionists were all good at playing Tai Chi, so of course they wouldn’t tell her easily.
Allyce became anxious, “You must have noticed when you were checking in, that woman wasn’t very sober, what would three big men be doing, with a woman in the hotel? They’re all women, do you think that woman is safe now?”.
“This …” the receptionist was still a bit hesitant.
Allyce stared at her, “Take someone with you and we’ll go with you, it’s better if they’re OK, if they’re not you’ve saved someone’s life”.
“I will ask for instructions …”
Without waiting for the receptionist to say anything, Xabat lifted the receptionist up with a reach: “Ask for instructions for what, now”.
