Allyce did not mind the receptionist’s words.
Although she and Severo had been in a public relationship, had given press conferences and appeared on television, she was not confident enough for everyone to know her.
He had already guessed that the receptionist would not give him his room card.
Luckily she had brought the killer with her: a marriage certificate!
“This proves I’m his wife, doesn’t it?”
Allyce handed him the marriage certificate.
The receptionist’s smile turned mysterious: “I’m sorry, Miss, you are the fifth person today to claim to be Mr. Betances’ wife with the marriage certificate, unless you can get Mr. Betances’ own acknowledgement, I cannot give you the room card, it is my duty and I am in a difficult position.”
Allyce frowned at his words and raised her voice in disbelief: “What did you say?
Can women today have any shame?
Because everyone in the world knew Severo was married, everyone made fake marriage certificates to find Severo?
Shit!
How horny these women are!
Allyce had to keep the marriage certificate and took out her bank card: “Then I’ll book the room next door”.
“I’m sorry sir, the room next to Betances is occupied”.
“The one next door then.
“Sorry …”
“On the same floor!”
“…”
This time, without waiting for the receptionist to say anything, Allyce asked her directly, “Just tell me if there are any more rooms available in your hotel!”
“No.” The receptionist seemed to sense Allyce’s impatience and omitted the word “sorry”.
Allyce was a little exasperated, as there were no more rooms available, and yet she was making such a big deal out of it.
“I understand, thank you.
Allyce held back the fire in her heart and left quickly after saying that.
As the hotel where Severo was staying was not available, he had to go to the hotel across the street and take a room.
The hotel opposite was a little older than Severo’s, but the facilities were good.
Allyce left her luggage in the room and didn’t bother to unpack it, so she stayed in front of the hotel where Severo was staying, fearing she would miss his return.
It was late spring/early summer and the weather was warming up in Cloud City, while in Sky City it was still a bit chilly.
Allyce wasn’t wearing much clothing and hadn’t been sitting on the bench outside the entrance for long before she felt a little cold.
He took out his mobile phone and, after some hesitation, decided to call Severo.
The phone rang for a long time and a woman answered.
The woman’s voice was delicate: “Hello, who is this, what can I do for Randy?
Allyce froze for a moment and then hung up the phone as quickly as she could.
Was Randy Severo’s name in English?
I hadn’t heard Severo speak English since we were together.
Having a woman answer the phone was something that had never happened before.
Allyce’s mind was scrambled.
Looking at his phone, he called back.
“You again? What exactly do you want with Randy?” The woman’s voice was slightly impatient.
Allyce tempered her voice and spoke calmly: “I’m looking for Severo, the owner of this phone, I’m his wife”.
“Oh, Randy is busy, you can call back later”.
The woman said and hung up the phone alone.

Severo left the meeting and glanced at the white-skinned blonde woman sitting behind his desk, his brow furrowed slightly, “Why are you still here?”
The blonde raised her head with a hint of arrogance in her expression, “Count Castaneda and my mother said that when I came here, you would be totally in charge of my food, shelter and all, so of course I had to be here.”
Severo snorted coldly: “Then you’ll stay here.
Then he picked up the phone he had put aside and prepared to walk out the door.
Habitually, he opened his phone to see if Allyce had called and sent him a message.
As a result, he arrived just in time to see two incoming calls on it.
His face sank and he looked at her coldly: “Did you touch my phone?
“I didn’t mean to touch your phone, it was ringing right next to me and I thought it was noisy and the person might have something urgent for you, so I answered it for you…”. The blonde woman clearly saw nothing wrong with answering Severo’s phone.
“You’re fluent in a dozen languages and you grew up learning Chinese, I can’t believe you don’t understand what the two words on the caller ID mean! Severo’s voice grew colder and colder.
The blonde woman stood up with a “brush”: “Randy, watch your tone of voice, I am a real princess!
“You are Princess Eka of the royal family of J, but I am not from J, what does that have to do with me?
Severo snorted coldly and turned to stride away.
Behind her, Princess Eka gasped with rage but, retaining the last vestiges of her image, shouted, “Count Castaneda, your grandfather promised my mother he would entertain me! Let me have a good time in Z”.
Before Severus left, he spoke casually: “I will organise your itinerary, as well as your men to keep you safe.
Bang!
The door slammed shut.
Princess Eka was so angry that she wanted to hit something.
But her mother had told her that, even if she came to Z to have fun in secret, she had to take care of her image at all times and not be discovered by the old men of the dynasty.
Damn it! This Randy is so arrogant that there’s hardly anyone else in his eyes.

Severo came out and was immediately followed by the men guarding the door.
Along the way, he hesitated all the time to call Allyce.
In fact, after the initial anger and impulsiveness, he had some regrets.
Allyce was right, only … held a grudge deep in her heart.
I was even a little jealous that Allyce had such a good father …
This jealousy itself was unjustified.
The problem with Allyce had started as an unspoken emotion within him.
At this stage, it was a little difficult for him to know how to reconcile.
“President, you are here.
When the car stopped, his men turned to him and said.
Severo got out of the car with a calm face and put the phone back in his pocket, his face a little thoughtful.
His eyes were lowered and he could clearly feel the low air pressure emanating from Severo’s body.

When he returned to his room, Severo prepared to change and shower.
He went to the bedroom and had just taken off his coat when he buttoned it and saw a slight rattling inside the wardrobe.
Squinting, he approached cautiously.
The faint rattling had not disappeared again, but it sounded like his illusion.
Only the caution he had practised for so long alerted him that there might be someone in the cupboard.
He walked over to the cupboard and stood still for two seconds before reaching out and pulling it open.
“Bang!”
The moment he opened the wardrobe door, a figure rolled out of the closet and stood right next to Severo.
Severo looked down and saw that it was a woman in a hotel uniform.
