I’d stare at the ring whenever I missed her.
I thought about Daina as I touched the ring’s design.
Rona stuck her head through the door.
I frowned and put the ring away.
“What’s up, Rona?”Why not knock? ”
Rona looked pitiful as she said, “I came to visit you, Stephan Buther.”
“Will you go shopping with me? Join me! ”
I told her to take a maid instead.
Rona bit her lip and stared at me with big, innocent eyes.
“Actually, I don’t know when we’ll get to hang out after I’m married. If Daina was here, I would’ve asked her. But she’s not,, I’ve already known I was wrong. I really want you and Daina to be happy. Please don’t tell me you’re still mad at me. Can’t you agree to a simple request like shopping with me? “Rona cried.
Rona’s request was unavoidable.
Since she was ready to get married and appeared to regret her behavior, I took her shopping.
We were cousins.
POV: Rona
Stephan Buther yielded to my persuasion. I didn’t think he’d refuse.
We’d grown up together, so he considered me his little sister.
I want more. Not his sister, but his mate! Everything went as planned.
We were walking down a busy boulevard when I told Stephan Buther, “I’m going to check out some clothes shops.”
Stephan Buther responded, “Sure. What are you buying?”
“When Daina returns from the Moonlight Pack, you’ll marry,” I pretended to be open-minded.
“To show you my seriousness, I want to pick out dress for Daina as a wedding present. And Stephan Buther, because you’re Daina’s mate, you know her best. why That’s I want you to come along. I need your assistance picking out a gift for her. I want to surprise her when she comes back!”
I wanted to seem serious so Stephan Buther would believe me. Stephan Buther nodded, apparently impressed.
“Thanks, Stephan,” I grinned.
“Tell me Daina’s favorite style.”
I followed Stephan Buther inside the jewelry shop from a distance.
We chose clothes for Daina.
Stephan Buther attempted to dissuade me from purchasing an expensive present, but I insisted.
As I paid for the jewelry, I cursed: Daina didn’t deserve it.
“Stephan Buther, I’m hungry. There’s a good coffeek restaurant nearby. Let’s eat!”
I stared at Stephan Buther with innocent eyes while holding my shopping bag.
“Okay.”
When we got to the restaurant, I requested for a separate room .
“Stephan Buther, what do you want?” I asked.
“No need,” he responded, sPandraming the menu.
“I’ll order what you’re having,” I said, feeling sad.
Were my meals that boring? Why would he grin at Daina but ignore me? I went far to earn his confidence.
I acted kind and open-minded.
I even bought his dumb girlfriend clothes, Screw her! She stole my husband. My expression stayed calm and polite while I cursed Daina.
I went to the restroom while waiting for our dinner.
I closed the door and walked to the restaurant counter to get Stephan Buther’s drink.
I poured a magic potion while the waiter wasn’t looking.
Even Stephan Buther couldn’t detect it.
It’s wizard-made.
It might cause momentary sleepiness.
After pouring, I raced back to the private area and started conversing with Stephan Buther.
Buther’s viewpoint:
Since Rona once liked me, I didn’t want to eat alone with her.
Today’s behavior startled me. Perhaps she changed.
She’ll always be my sister to me.
I could see she was fighting to keep the conversation going, but I wasn’t interested.
She’d soon be married, thankfully.
We allowed a waiter inside the private room when he knocked.
Drinks were served.
Rona gave me drink and said, “Stephan Buther.”
I took it and said “thanks”
I drank it since it seemed safe.
Rona smiled warmly and attempted to begin up another discussion, but I answered indifferently.
“This is all my fault. I shouldn’t have had improper feelings for you. You and Mom have been very good to me all these years. I really appreciate it. I was so selfish before. But please don’t worry anymore. I’ve changed. From now on, I won’t pester you. I.”
I said, “I’m happy.”
Her sincere gaze made me question her statements.
“You’re so sweet, Stephan Buther. No surprise Daina adores you.”
I offered her a tissue and said, “If you behave, I’ll accept you.”
I felt drowsy after conversing with Rona. I couldn’t resist the unexpected tiredness.
My eyes became thick and foggy. I saw the liquid and knew something was amiss.
“You…,” I remark to Rona.
I fell asleep at the table.
Rona’s Pov
I watched excitedly as Stephan Buther lost consciousness. I hadn’t felt this joyful s. Soon, Stephan Buther will be mine.
I hauled sleepy Stephan Buther into the vehicle.
The automobile proceeded to Haris’s wooded home.
Haris was an evil magician. He gave me the medicine that knocked out Stephan Buther.
Haris knew my real mother, so he agreed to assist me.
I paid him a lot to obliterate Stephan Buther’s memory.
The automobile halted , I gritted my teeth as I carried Stephan Buther on foot.
Every step hurt.
I couldn’t lift him.
I didn’t mind that thorns tore my garments and scratched my legs.
I didn’t stop until I spotted the log cabin in the forest.
Haris didn’t anticipate me so soon, so he helped me take Stephan Buther inside the cabin.
Haris grimaced when asked to help “forget the past.”
“What should I delete?”
Stephan Buther couldn’t forget me, , or himself as a prince, but he had to forget Daina.
So I told Haris, “I want him to forget the girl he loves and their connection. Can you delete anything since she entered his life?”
Haris smirked.
I thought, “That’s simple.”
I continued hastily, “You must also destRosry his sense of scent so he can’t detect their mate link. His wolf must forget whatever he forgets. You must also erase the mate mark on his body. When his mate appears, he must not recognize her.”
Haris was skeptical but agreed.
“Come back tomorrow, he’ll be OK.”
“Thank you,” I said, nearly unable to contain my excitement.
I left Haris’s house quickly because of fear my scheme would be uncovered.
I went to Oku’s room after leaving the wilderness.
He glanced up when I came.
How’s it going, Rona? I smiled triumphantly.
“Everything’s going according to plan. Just wait. You’ll see tomorrow,” Oku said.
He hugged me.
“Rona, you’re a savvy she-wolf.”
