This world exists a kind of warm man type of man, especially good at self-touching, completely not Chambers and other people’s situation bent on expressing their emotions, talking and doing things never consider the consequences of their own doing so may kill people.
In Amelia Bright’s eyes, Jay Mo is such a person.
At this moment, Jay Mo is standing less than a meter away from Amelia Bright, to say that there is something in the middle of the obstacle, it is fortunate that Farren Austin to use a wheelchair, Amelia Bright has been pushing his wheelchair.
Both the Austin family and the Mo Family paused, eyes falling on them both in unison.
The obvious emotional appeal in Jay Mo’s eyes showed Amelia Bright in a cold sweat, but she was extremely quick to react
“Doctor Mo go in first, today is not a good day to talk about that issue.”
“What’s the problem?” Halyn Austin looked suspicious and asked, “When did Jay Mo’s brother talk to you about anything?”
“That’s that’s not very good to say, but Ma knows.”
Amelia Bright looked to Erlina Lee with a slightly embarrassed look and whispered a reminder that
“Before you asked Doctor Mo to show me …”
“Oh … yes yes yes, there is such a thing,” Erlina Lee immediately responded, smiling at the Mo Family, glaring at Halyn Austin in passing to shut her up.
“It’s about getting Jay Mo to help with the diagnosis, it’s really not the right day to talk about it, it’s not a big deal, go inside.”
The doubts in Halyn Austin’s eyes dissipated and she took Jay Mo’s hand and pulled him inside, “Brother Jay Mo, the pastry chef today is especially good, the cake is delicious.”
The crisis was lifted, Amelia Bright was relieved, but when she looked up she met Mo’s mother’s gaze, with a few measured, but also hiding a few meaningful coldness.
The middle-aged woman, nearly 50 years old, is well maintained, with a famous lady’s temperament, a pair of eyes extraordinarily shrewd, as if they have long seen through the truth.
Amelia Bright tightened her clenched fist, compared to Erlina Lee, this woman’s level can be much higher, nine out of ten is to see that Jay Mo is not at all to talk to her about the diagnosis, or even that she may already know that Jay Mo and her relationship is not ordinary.
So just that glance, is a warning.
The guests GellarGellar continued to arrive, after the point, the Austin family people are not at the door to welcome guests, but to open the champagne inside the ballroom to announce the official start of the party.
The opening dance was danced by Jay Mo and Halyn Austin, with Amelia Bright always by Farren Austin’s side.
The melody of the waltz flowed slowly through the hall.
“Don’t you want to dance?” The man’s low voice came from the wheelchair.
Amelia Bright glanced at him.
“With who? With you?”
Farren Austin wasn’t offended, “There are so many men in the ballroom, you can go with whoever you want, no one will say anything in public, and I don’t mind.”
“Forget it, I don’t want to make a big deal out of it.”
“Just now at the door, Jay Mo seems to have something to say to you.”
Amelia Bright, with a straight face, leaned down and lowered her voice.
“I have nothing to say to him, you don’t need to sidetrack.”
Farren Austin was noncommittal, his gaze falling to the dance floor.
After the party’s opening dance, Emily Guan and Bohdi Olson arrived, really pissing off Joziah Austin.
From a distance, Amelia Bright could see Joziah Austin’s blackened face, forcing a smile on her face as she exchanged pleasantries with Emily Guan and Bohdi Olson.
“Snort,” she said, forgetting for a moment and bursting out laughing.
Following her gaze, Farren Austin saw the situation in the distance and frowned, “What are you laughing at?”
“I’m laughing at the fact that your brother was trying to get a girl, but he didn’t think he’d get the first one, and the other one was better than him in every way, so he didn’t even have a chance.”
Farren Austin looked up at her.
“You’re not afraid that I’ll turn on you for talking about my family in front of me?”
“But I don’t see how you two brothers have a good relationship, you shouldn’t be able to turn your back on your partner, who has been working so hard to develop an understanding, just because of my words.”
“Partner?” Farren Austin’s brow furrowed slightly and swept her a cold glance, “One should have self-awareness, you have too high an opinion of yourself.”
Seeing his pretentious look again, Amelia Bright silently skimmed her mouth, and didn’t bother to retort.
“Amelia.”
In the distance Emily Guan waved at her.
“Do you want to come along?” Amelia Bright asked Farren Austin as she waved.
“No, you go by yourself, I’m not interested in useless socializing.”
I knew he would say that, but I was just asking out of courtesy, and as expected, Amelia Bright then had the good sense to drop a ‘yes’ and walk away with her dress skirt.
“That’s your husband.” Emily Guan asked Farren Austin, who was not far away, as soon as she saw Amelia Bright, “Why don’t you say hello and get to know each other.”
Amelia Bright explained.
“He doesn’t like to socialize, and if it weren’t for his sister’s birthday party, it would be rare to see her out, and he’d leave after a while.”
Looking at Farren Austin’s handicapped appearance, Emily Guan sighed and muttered.
“It’s a pity that such a handsome face, there are not many people in the show business who have more taste than him.
“Don’t sigh, it’s not my turn to be handicapped.” Amelia Bright is very self-aware, pointed to the distant meal.
“Today’s dim sum chef is a special Michelin chef, there is Shuffle over there, you and Bohdi Olson can go over and try it, feel free to order.”
As soon as the words left her mouth, a male voice came from behind Emily Guan.
“How do you know my name is Bohdi Olson?”
Amelia Bright looked puzzled and looked up to meet Bohdi Olson’s questioning gaze.
Emily Guan originally did not care, so I heard some confusion, “I do not think I have introduced you two, before I told you to accompany me here today is Bohdi Olson?”
“The auction,” Amelia Bright’s mind raced, “you were at the auction before, I was there, so I’ve seen you, but you don’t know me.”
Emily Guan came to her senses.
Bohdi Olson, however, was not so fooled. He stepped forward, looked at Amelia Bright, and questioned.
“I heard that you and Emily met in Film City and you warned her to stay away from Joziah Austin, what was your purpose in doing that?”
“Purpose? What do you mean by that?” Amelia Bright smiled slightly, “I’m friends with Emily, I’m still a fan of hers, so I just can’t see her being counted.”
“I saw the video you shot,” Bohdi Olson looked at her thoughtfully, with a wise gleam in her eyes, “from the angle, it seems to be in the private room of the restaurant on the top floor of the North River building, ‘Pearl ‘”
When he said this, he paused for two seconds, his eyes flicked around Amelia Bright’s face, and his eyes suddenly became aggressive.
“‘Pearl’ only receives one customer all year round, and wasn’t the entire restaurant chartered by Joziah Austin that day? And how did you get in, Mrs. Austin? And so coincidentally took a video of the drugging.”
Amelia Bright clenched her fingers, “What do you mean.”
” Mrs. Austin and the Austin family three young relationship is not good, after all, are the Austin family people, so do not Chambers own face, in order to rescue a friend who has not known two days, not reasonable, right?”
