Luca’s POV
“She didn’t?” Armani asked and Sofia started to nod her head. “Yeah, she didn’t. It was all Matilda.”
Armani turned towards me before starting to speak. “Who’s Matilda though, she was the other woman in the kitchen with Sarah, right?” He asked and I found myself breathing out a small laugh right before I started to speak.
“Oh, wait. They didn’t tell you who she was? I thought she introduced herself to you when I left you in the kitchen with them for a while.” I asked after a moment, as I started to drag one of my finger against the top of Sofia’s thigh, and I felt that particular thigh tremble a little beneath my touch.
“She didn’t, but she’s really friendly and cool, so it didn’t cross my mind to ask – and even if it had eventually crossed my mind, I don’t think I’d have asked her because I might have ended up sounding rude to her.” Armsni explained with a small lift of his shoulders and I nodded my head a little, flashing Sofia a subtle look as I started to slide my finger upwards a little. She swallowed a little, biting on her bottom lips and dropping her gaze towards her thigh to puff out a slow breath in the next moment, and I almost felt like grinning in that very second. I curbed that feeling away as soon as it had surfaced, and focused my attention back on what I was supposed to have been saying to Armani.
“She’s our cook, like, she’s the only one that does the cooking. Sarah stopped completely cooking a long while ago because the amount of stress on her was going to be too much if she had kept on doing everything on her own, hence Matilda being employed.” I slowly explained to him and watched as he nodded his head every few seconds until I was done speaking – and throughout the long seconds which I had used in speaking, I had been pinching the tip of my fingers over the insides of her thigh, and also moving my fingers upwards every few seconds. It was fun to tease her this way, it was a very good way of teasing her. She gets really worked up for it instantly, and today wasn’t an exemption. I could feel her thigh trembling beneath my touch every few seconds as sef attempted to close her thigh a few times, but really couldn’t – because I was moving my fingers in such a way that was making her change her train of thoughts every few seconds, making her part her thigh willingly, that she had attempted to squeeze close a fieeting moment.
It was part of the whole teasing game, it was all part of the sweet build up. I knew she wanted me to get to the junction between her thighs and dip my finger into her, but I didn’t want to do that, at least not yet… All I wanted to do was to keep teasing her, making her find it hard to hold back her sounds at different moments, making it hard for her to try to hide what she was currently feeling from being balantly obvious on her face.
“Ohhh, I see why she was mainly the one behind the stove in the kitchen tonight.” Armani pointed out and I nodded my head at him instantly.
“Exactly.” I said to him almost immediately.
After some time, Armani had gone back to tapping away his phone, I had gone back to scratching my nail tips teasingly over Sofia’s sensitive thigh skin, enjoying how hard it was getting for her to not let out a neddy whimper. At this point, she had bitten on her bottom lip so badly that I wanted to rescue it from the grip of her teeth so badly, but couldn’t do that right now because I didn’t want any attention from Armani to be on her at this particular moment.
Matilda came in after a while and started to clear off the table, and Sofia, seeing that as an out, took her chance instantly and pushed herself to her feet to assist Matilda in the next moment, and I had no choice but to allow my hand skip off her thigh, but not before trying to stifle a little laugh.
Matilda tried to decline the offered help, but obviously Sofia wasn’t having any or that because she made sure to even accompany Matilda into the kitchen, and I had a feeling she wanted to go catch her breath and get a hold on herself in the privacy of the kitchen, away from my gaze. I glanced at Armani to see him already watching me, and I was a little bit taken aback because I had thought he was doing some stuff on his phone.
I narrowed my eyes at him when he kept on staring at me, and watched as he huffed out a small breath and lifted his shoulders a little.
“What is it?” I asked in the next moment, because he kept on staring at me still. He shrugged his shoulders a little after I was done speaking.
“Nothing.” He responded.
“You were previously staring at me.” I pointed out to him, invading what he might have forgotten.
“Yeah, I actually was.” He echoed out. I rolled my eyes a little as I reached for my glass of water and lifted it Io to sip from it a little, the cold tasteless liquid filled up my mouth and slid into my throat in the next moment, and after about a minute, I was placing the glass of water back on the table.
“Why?” I asked as soon as I had turned my head sideways to be able to stare straight at him.
“Nothing, really. I was just admiring how you were staring at Sofia when she was leaving.” He started to say and I narrowed my eyes at him the next moment.
“How was I staring at her?” I asked with narrowed eyes and I watched as he let out a small chuckle and a shrug of his shoulders.
“I don’t know? Like you are in love with her or something.” He admitted with a small shrug once again and I felt myself go still in the next moment, and that only lasted for a few moments before I puffed out a deep breath and shifted around in my seat a little, lifting my hand to drag my fingers through my hair in the next moment.
I ended up doing nothing but shrugging my shoulders a little, and that made the small chuckle on Armani’s face stretch out into a wild smile the next moment, and then he started to speak once again.
“Oh man, I knew it. I mean, it was pretty obvious in your voice each time you talked about her.”
I narrowed my eyes at him in the next moment. “How was it obvious?” I demanded.
“I don’t know, I honestly don’t, but it was right there.” He responded and I snorted a little with a tiny eye roll.
“I’ll try to pretend like I understood what you mean.” I informed him and watched as he huffed out a small breath in the next moment.
“I know what I was saying though, and look, you didn’t deny it.” He pointed out.
“I sure didn’t.” I mused.
“You didn’t deny it as well.” He continued and I nodded my head a little.
“Seems so.”
“Which means I was right.” He concluded.
“Or not, I didn’t confirm a thing, remember?”
“You didn’t deny it either, and besides, that isn’t even that important anymore because I know I’m right.” He explained to me and I ended up rolling my eyes without bothering to say a thing in response to him.
We started to talk about a few more things about some of the things that took place after he had left, nothing serious one bit, and after a little more while, Sofia finally returned and she sank into her seat instantly, fixing her eyes on Armani and refusing to glance at me. The only time she has managed to glance at me had only lasted for a few seconds and her cheeks had pinked a little before she began to avert her gaze.
After some time, Armani started to talk about wanting to retire to bed, and he had already started to yawn a couple of moments before he finally admitted to being tired.
I pushed myself to my feet and waited until he had did the same, and then I started to speak.
“Let’s go find what you’d sleep in, and then I’d show you to your bedroom.”
Armani started to move out from his seat as he started to speak. “Uh, is it my old bedroom?” He asked as he slowly inserted his phone into his pocket.
“No, it’s a different one. Let’s head upstairs, you’ll see.”
