“What are you doing here?” Erika asks when I suddenly come to her house. Instead of answering her I hugged her tightly and kissed her. “Dave,” she scolded me and pushed me a little.
“I miss you.” My voice was hoarse as I kissed her on the neck.
“Dave,” she pushed hard.
“What?”
“Why are you here?” She asked with a frown.
“Visiting you. Is it bad?”
“We did not talk about that will meet today.”
“Oh come on, darling, I can visit you anytime I want. You are my lover, remember?”
“Dave,”
“Fine, Lileth isn’t in our home and she’s busy with —– I don’t know what it is. She wanted to relax, pamper herself, and watch a movie alone so I let her go,” I lied.
The truth is that Lileth is still in the hospital. I left her there alone. For sure she is ok there because Dylan was there and did nothing but pushes himself onto my wife. Well, I didn’t care. I don’t care if she goes with Dylan.
“I told her to come and visit you but she didn’t want to. It’s off so I don’t know what to do. I am alone and no one with me.”
“Why didn’t you go with her? You two should have a date. A quality time.”
“He doesn’t want anyone with her, and besides I miss you so much.” I kiss her again. I give her a sign that I want to make love with her. I don’t know what happen to me but every time I am with Erika, I am different from what I am. I am so damn happy and I have nothing else to do but hug her.
“Whatever runs on your mind is not possible now.”
“And why?”
“My brother is here.”
“Terence?”
“Why? Do I have another brother?” Terence came out of the kitchen with a man. “His friend, she added. ” I look at them. His friend’s face seemed as familiar to me but I can’t remember where I saw him.
Just a few minutes later, Isabelle also came out of her room, exhausted. I frowned when I saw her but she just smiled at me.
“She’s with her son, she stays here for a day.” I just nodded because it was not new to me. They’re best friends so Isabelle is often here. Also, she knows between me and Erika but she’s quiet.
“Dave, you’re here.” She approached me and arranged the towel.
“Yeah.”
“Bro,” Terence also approached me and shook hands. “My friend.” He pointed to the man with him.
“I think I know you? I think I saw you before,” I said.
“I am not sure, I think just now I saw you,” he replied. “Martin, dude.” And stretch his hand.
“Dave.” It’s as if I’ve heard his name as well.
“So, what are you doing here, Dave?” Ow, shit! How would I answer Terence’s question?
“Dave came to ask us to visit Lileth, our sister is sad and she wants us to visit her,” Erika said smiling. Fuck! Not a good idea. What if they will go now?
“Really? But we can’t go now because Martin and I are busy.” Terrence said. “Can we visit her next time?”
“Sure, no problem,” I answer quickly. Even if I want to stay longer, I can’t because Terence might notice. I have no choice but to leave. “I’m leaving, nice to meet you, Martin.”
“Me too, bro.”
“I’ll bring him outside.” Erika and I walked out of the house together. And when we were outside I pulled her to the side. “What is it, Dave? Maybe my brother can see us?”
“Why there is another man here?”
“Martin is his best friend.”
“I’m jealous, fuck, I’m jealous, Erika.”
“What?” she asks while laughing.
“Don’t laugh, I don’t want any guy around you except your brother.”
“Don’t be too possessive. I did not agree to be your mistress just to find another man.” She kissed me so my annoyance and jealousy disappeared immediately. “I love you, so much, and I will not do anything that will make you angry with me. That will be the reason for us to separate.” I look at her straight in her eyes.
I was so wrong that I let her go then. I was so wrong that I chose Lileth who cheated on me. If only she was really the one I chose we would be happy because she wouldn’t do anything that would make me angry.
I would never have been like this. I wouldn’t have been hurt we would have been at peace now and I hadn’t traded her for her sister. I would have fulfilled my dream of having a family with her.
“Dave?”
“Fuck, I am so wrong to let go of you.”
“What are you saying?”
“Nothing, I’ll go.”
“Okay.”
“By the way, your brother’s friend, I think I saw him before.”
“Is there a problem with him?”
“No, nothing. I’m leaving.” But before I leave I give her a passionate kiss. “I love you.”
“I love you, too, Dave.”
“I love you more, Erika.”
“We love each other. Go and maybe my older brother will wonder.” Again, I kiss her. I don’t know how I feel because the truth is I don’t want to leave Erika’s side anymore. I always want the two of us together. “Go on.”
“Okay,” but I knew she wouldn’t let me leave Lileth either. So the only option is to force Lileth to sign the annulment so that Erika has nothing to say.
I had to convince Erika that Lileth and I were not happy together and that she was the one who wanted us to break up. Lileth should sign the annulment by hook or by crook.
Because of what I thought I go straight to the hospital instead of going home. And just as I expected Dylan was outside the room sitting. I’m just shaking because he’s really always here even though Lileth doesn’t want to talk to him anymore. The fool really when it comes to love that left him.
“Where have you been?” he asked me.
“What do you care?”
“Did you meet your woman?”
“Why are you my wife and you’re jealous?”
“Are you really an ass, huh?”
“Yes, now what are you going to do?”
“The doctor said Lileth can go home, so I’ll take her.”
“I know, that’s why I’m here because I changed my mind.”
“What?”
“I won’t give her to you.” She must be with me. I have to get her to sign the annulment in any way. But if she will agree and sign it then I will give her to Dylan.
“You can’t do anything. I’ll take her from you. Either you like it or not.”
“If she comes with you.” I smiled at him and touched the doorknob. “You want to be embarrassed in front of her? Come on, so you will look like a fool.” I went inside first.
“Dustine.” Lileth slowly got up. Even though she was struggling I didn’t help her get up. She woke up the other day knowing what had happened to her baby as well as Dylan already knowing our problem. “Damon?” I looked at Dylan as he entered.
“Dylan said he would take you but I said no. Now choose who you go with. Me or him? If you choose him, I will go home and I will not waste time here.”
“Come with me, Lileth. You stay with me and leave Dave. You have also agreed to the annulment and I will help you facilitate it. You don’t need someone like him.”
“Why, because he needs you?” I ask.
“Compared to what you do to him? Yes, he needs me more.”
“Oh, so you decide Lileth now so I can go home. Well, the two of you look happy, so you two stay together. Just sign the annulment so that I can marry Erika as well.”
“Damon, I’m going home with Dustine.” I smiled at what she said and then looked at Dylan.
“What?!” Dylan asked annoyed and I could see her anger. “After what he did to you and your child?!”
“It’s not my child!” I shouted.
“Fuck you, it’s your son!”
“Stop it, please,” Lileth pleaded and then held her stomach.
“Lileth,” Dylan calls her anxiously.
“Don’t come near Damon, please. Please don’t interfere. Dustine is right that I cheated on him and I was pregnant with someone else before we got married so he has the right to punish me.”
“Fuck, by hurting you that you almost killed? Do you see how you look? Can you see it? Have pity on yourself, Lileth.” Lileth didn’t answer. “Lileth, think about it. You don’t deserve that. Don’t hurt yourself. I’m here to help you if you’re afraid you have nothing to lean on.”
“I deserve it because I cheated.”
“I don’t believe what you said that you cheated on Dave, I know you have your reason.”
“I have no reason. I was tempted by others because Dave didn’t touch me and I couldn’t hold back. I never thought that would bear fruit. It’s my fault, that’s the truth.” She also admitted that she was flirty.
“I don’t believe you. You just want to protect someone so you’re lying. What? Tell me what? Who? Do not be scared. I’m here. Lileth.” Dylan patted his chest. “I am here and I can help you. Just tell me the truth. Don’t be afraid of anyone because I can defend you. Did someone scare you? Are you covering up something? Tell me.”

“I’m married to Dustine, we’re married, so if I have someone to go with, it’s him and not you. And you don’t care if he kills me. You don’t care about our relationship because you’re just my brother-in-law and he’s my husband.”
Dylan looked at me so I smile. His face was full of anger, he was standing still. It was as if he was crying in anger but I just smiled at him.
“Fuck you.” But instead of getting angry, I just laughed out loud at his swearing. “Fuck you, Dave!” he shouted but my laughter got louder.
“Whatever you’re going to say, I will not give you my wife if she comes with me. And even if you push yourself into her, she won’t come back to you, she left you. I will beat and beat Lileth as long as I want and you can do nothing. You will report to daddy, go ahead so that we can be embarrassed together and we will be completely ruined.”
“I will not tempt you. I won’t stop until you come with me, Lileth.”
“I will never go with you, Damon.” I cocked my head to Dylan and then laughed out loud again.
“Go ahead, laugh you want, I think you forgot who is in front of you. Laugh while you’re still happy because I’ll make sure I triple your crying when I get you back.” I immediately lost my smile because of what he said. “You’re nothing compared to me, Dave, so have fun now before I recover because I’ll make you cry more.” And then he left the room.
I stared at the door he came out of. “FUCK YOU, DYLAN!” FUCK! What else is he planning?
