Flynt smiled. “I’m a Joaqin. What part of the sentence don’t you understand, Mr. Gray?”
Gray snapped angrily. “Ah, its you whose didn’t understand, my son. You have my blood in your vein. You are my heir. Look at you! So handsome, manly, with good behaviour and brave. You are mine, son. No doubt!”
“Just in your dream, mister. Poor you. You have to take care your mental health, mister. Too much imagination will make you loose your sanity.”
Gray laughed and looked at Forth with longing eyes. “I don’t understand all of them, because you are my son, my heir, my blood, not Joaqin at all. They turned you into them. I don’t even understand why they did that. They already have three and still take mine. All mine.”
“Why are you so sure? As far as I know, my parents have done a DNA test to prove that I am Joaqin’s.”
Gray hissed angrily. “Joaqin has too much money and connections to justify any means. They use family doctors to do the test. Moreno and Intochar have been part of Joaqin since the time of their ancestors. What can I expect from such a strong alliance?”
“So, what do you want now?” asked Flynt dryly. He was getting impatient, but he had to stay on track, as planned.
“Come back to me. I have prepared all the documents needed to turn you into mine. You will be my only heir. You do not need to fight over the throne with your three brothers. If you object to marrying Flower, it’s okay. I am open to other options. can stay with that handsome little doctor and have a child with Flower as a continuation of the name of our family. ”
Flynt looked at Dean with his dark, deep eyes and muttered. “I like the part where I’ll be the only one, not fighting over the other three strong people.”
Dean shook his head in fear at his watery eyes. “No, Flynt. Don’t be swayed by his words. He just wants to frame you. You are a true Joaqin. Nobody can doubt that.”
“You know, Baby, I often feel tired, being the shadow of my three brothers and I often question why they alienated me. They could have kept me with them here, right?”
“No, no, no, Flynt,” Beam sobbed. “How about me, us? We belong to each other, right?”
“We’ll stay together, right, as Uncle Gray said earlier? Child problem, maybe it’s true, I need a successor and there’s nothing wrong with trying to make one with Flower. We can think of a middle way for that, Dean.”
“Damn you, Flynt,” Dean cursed with tears streaming down his cheeks. “You can be that cruel to me.”
“I’m an ice prince, you remember that, right? I’m tired of being left alone. Uncle Gray at least doesn’t have anyone but me, if I’m willing to be his son, don’t you think, Uncle?”
Gray laughed happily. “Of course. You’re my only child. There’s no need to compete, and I’ll never leave you alone. We will built our empire together. What’s mine is yours. Its all yours from the beginning. Your mother will be proud to you, son. She loved you very much.”
Flynt smiled softly. He pointed to Dean with furrowed temple and smirked evily. “May I go up to him and ask him for a moment of private time, Uncle? When we are done with this deal, I might find it a little difficult to meet him. Just a moment, no knife to his neck? I have to make him understand that i am no longer with him after this.”
Gray gestured to his men who were standing behind Dean. Three of his men came out of the room and closed the door behind him. Three pairs of burly hands ambushed them while they were still standing with a confused look at the empty room. Within five minutes, the three of them joined their other friends in the back room, piled up unconscious. Maxine, Park, and Lamar pat each other on the shoulder and wait again.
Flynt approached Dean and crouched in front of him. He hugged Dean for a long time, then wiped Dean’s tears that were still flowing and kissed his lips. Dean rebelled in anger. Flynt smiled then stood up, bowed to Dean and hugged him again. While doing so, he slipped his razor sharp into Dean’s hand behind the chair and a very thin package.
“Don’t make a scene, Dean. I just want to hug you for the last time. Its a goodbye.”
Forth retreated back to his place and looked at Gray. “If I agree to become your son, will you grant my wish?”
“Of course, son. Whatever you wish, whatever you want. State.”
“One, free Dean and never bother him again. Second, stay away from Joaqin. They are my family after all. Third, hand over all yours for me and we move to another country, so I don’t have to clash with other Joaqin.”
“We can arrange it. Now, have your men bring Flower here and we can talk again. Send them back, Theo. I know you brought your troops to get here. You can keep them as your troops or replace them with my men. They also very well trained and will not let you down.”
Flynt looked at Dean who was still crying with a sad look. Dean smiled with the corners of his lips raised and his hands moving slowly behind his body. Flynt heard the sound of something felt behind Dean, as well as the rest of Gray’s men who were still on guard in the room. They saw Dean moving, and the rope that had previously tied Dean’s hands behind the chair was now lying on the floor under the chair.
Gray and his men gasped. Three men moved to catch Dean and two on standby near Flynt were still standing upright without moving. Flynt laughed, when he saw Dean moving fast, sticking his small needles on the target and the next second three men fell stiffly under his feet.
“W-what? How, bastard, catch him!” Gray shouted, pointing at Dean. He looked at Flynt angrily.” What are you doing, Theo? Are you trying to trick your own father? ”
Flynt laughed sarcastically. “You are stubborn, Uncle, and unfortunately, I am more stubborn than you. I am a Joaqin. The only Joaqin’s blood in my vein, not yours! Never!”
Two men guarding Flynt tried to hit him, but Dean’s fingers and needles were faster. Only the man who pointed the knife at the previous Dean is still standing behind Gray. “We’ll finish this, Uncle. I hate being overshadowed by your nonsense obsession.”
“What do you mean, Theo? You’re going to kill me? Your father?”
“I will only prove that you are not my father. I am the real Joaqin.”
“What do you mean? Why you always denied your true destiny as my son? How could you?”
“Shut up and see!”
Flynt opened the door and said something to the man on guard outside the door. Dean is standing in the corner of the room, ready for all the possibilities. He still has plenty of needles to use when needed. “Come in, doctor,” said Flynt to someone.
Gray was confused to see how Flynt was relaxed. His men numbered more than 20 outside the room, where were they all?
Three men, two of them foreigners, came into the room, wearing doctor’s robes. Gray looked at them and was dumbfounded. “Doctor Dell, doctor Fano, doctor Keith, what are you doing here?”
“Well, hello Mister Gray, nice to see you,” said doctor Dell, smiled akwardly.
