Vana checked the time and found that it was still early. It might not be appropriate to go to class like this, so Vana decided to go back to the rental house and have a rest before class.
But when she opened the door of the rental house, she saw a rich lunch on the table, but there was no trace of anyone walking in the house. If she listened carefully, she could vaguely hear the sound of water from the bathroom.
Vana immediately looked at the shoe rack at the door. The slippers she bought for Simon were missing, and a pair of black shoes were placed in the place where the slippers should be placed.
With great joy, Vana walked towards the bedroom. It was not until she walked to the mirror of the bedroom that she realized her riding dress. If she was seen by Simon like this, she would definitely be questioned by him. So Vana immediately took off her clothes and trousers and put on a skirt. In order not to let the wound on her wrist be found by Simon, Vana deliberately tied a silk scarf in the position of her wrist. The red scarf didn’t match the simple dress at all, but Vana couldn’t care so much. It was better than being found by Simon.
After tidying up her appearance, Vana heard the bathroom door behind her open. Vana turned around in a hurry and saw that Simon, who was wearing a bath towel and wiping his wet hair, came out of the bathroom.
When Simon saw that it was Vana, he didn’t show much surprise. Instead, Vana rushed over enthusiastically, and then held Simon’s arm and said, “Simon, shouldn’t you be in J City? Didn’t you say that you would come back by the latest flight? ”
Without paying any attention to Vana, Simon broke free from Vana’s grip and walked towards the wardrobe aside.
Vana wondered if Simon had sensed something?
“Simon, when did you come back? Why didn’t you let me pick you up at the airport? I really want to pick you up at the airport! ”
But Simon still ignored Vana. Vana felt that something was wrong with Simon.
It took three minutes for Vana to button a button. Finally, Simon impatiently grabbed her hand. Vana raised her head, blinked her big eyes and said, “What’s wrong? Don’t you need my help? ”
Vana’s expression was so beautiful, Simon’s anger that had been suppressing finally burst out. He held the back of Vana’s hand and turned around. He pressed Vana against the opposite wall and imprisoned her with his hands.
‘No, I have to figure out what’s wrong with Simon, or I won’t be able to eat anything.’
Vana raised her head and looked at the frosty look on Simon’s face. She leaned forward near his chin and looked at his face. Then she mumbled, “Eh, why are you not as handsome as before? Is it because you have a frosty face? ”
Simon raised his eyebrows slightly. Vana immediately put her arms around Simon’s neck and said, “Look, I just said that your poker face was not handsome at all.”
This time, Simon finally compromised. Vana said, “I just wanted to make you happy. I have to go to jewelry class this afternoon. Don’t bully me.”
Vana was surprised to find that Simon was still angry. She immediately waved her hands and said, “Stop it. I really have classes this afternoon!”
The autumn weather was like a child’s face, sometimes sunny and sometimes gloomy.
The garden of the Sunshine Valley was full of Gardenia. The flowers had gradually withered, and only some decadent stamens were still blooming in the air.
Gardenia tasted sweet and had the effect of mosquito repellent. In midsummer, it was often seen that grannies in the streets and alleys were selling a basket full of Gardenia. They fixed the Gardenia with rubber band or small clips, which could be sold to the people in need and let them be tied on their wrists or chests. In this way, they looked beautiful and could also protect against mosquitoes.
“It’s raining. Can I skip the class?”
