Catriona can’t believe that she didn’t find Benjamin beside her. She wanted to smash everything but if she did that she knew that Benjamin would find out that it was all an act.
“Benjamin,” Catriona gritted her teeth while whispering his name. She took her cellphone and immediately called him.
She thought that she would awake and saw Benjamin lying beside her but Benjamin waited for her to fall asleep and left her. She called his number a lot of times but Benjamin didn’t answer his cellphone.
“Damn!” Catriona cussed and gently punched the pillow. She messed up her hair and wanted to cry.
“Kristi, Benjamin is mine alone!” she keeps whispering those words. She needs to get rid of Kristi. She can’t wait for everything.
Kristi wakes up with Benjamin beside her. She looked at Benjamin who was sleeping peacefully and hugging her tightly.
“Benjamin,” she called his name. Benjamin groaned but hugged her tightly again.
“Benjamin, we will be late in the company,” she whispered to him. Benjamin opened his eyes and just stared at her for minutes.
Kristi pushed him away but Benjamin didn’t let her. Benjamin stared at her and slowly claimed her lips. Kristi’s eyes went bigger because of his sweet gesture. She thought of the old Benjamin that she met, does Benjamin love her until now?
Is Benjamin still in love with her? Or was she assumed again?
Kristi gently pushed him away again and Benjamin groaned in frustration. She looked at him with confusion. She wanted to ask him but she was scared of what Benjamin would answer.
“Why are you pushing me? I wanted to kiss you,” he complained.
Kristi’s lips got straight in line. She looked into his eyes and she felt sad all of sudden. She missed someone with the same eye as Benjamin.
She stood up on her bed and walked quickly to the bathroom. She looked at the mirror when controlled her emotions. She missed that someone but she needs to wait. She can’t take the risk if something bad happens again.
“Kristi, let’s bath together,” Benjamin says and opens the bathroom door.
He saw that Kristi was looking in the mirror and he hugged her from behind. He planted soft kisses on her shoulders.
“Are you alright?” Benjamin asks his wife. He looked at her reflection and he saw her cold gaze again.
“Yeah, but I’m confused,” Kristi admitted but she was scared to ask Benjamin. She feels that Benjamin is back. She feels that Benjamin was not mad at her anymore.
“What do you mean? Does the company have a problem that you need to fix?” Benjamin was confused too. He kissed her shoulder again and gently touched it.
“There’s nothing wrong in my company, what about you?” Kristi faces Benjamin, making him startled.
“Same with you, there’s nothing wrong in our company,” Benjamin answered. Kristi’s body stopped when she heard Benjamin say that it was their company, not him.
“Did you call Catriona?” she added another question again. Benjamin smiled and touched her beautiful face.
“You said that we will hire someone who can help her right? So I don’t need to call her. Let’s go to her house together but for now, let’s bath together,” Benjamin acted sweet. He planted a soft kiss on her cheeks.
“I missed you so much,” Benjamin murmured and claimed her lips. Benjamin feels his heart rapidly beating. He was scared that Kristi would hear so he stopped kissing her.
“Why did you stop?” Kristi whispered those words. She grabbed his neck and claimed his tasty lips.
Benjamin carried her and put her on the sink. He spread her legs and he wanted Kristi to know that something is going on between his legs.
“Oh!” Kristi moaned so loud when Benjamin sucked her tongue, giving her a shiver and making her center get wet.
“I want you now,” Benjamin gasped when Kristi gave him the same intensity. His eyes darkened when a plan came to his mind. He was scared that Kristi will leave him again and he will make sure that it won’t happen again.
Catriona was fuming mad when she looked at the clock. She didn’t eat and she still waited for Benjamin to go to her house. Her stomach grumbled and she punched the pillow again.
“Catriona!”
Catriona feels excited when she hears Benjamin’s voice shouting her name. She imagined that Benjamin was moaning her name on her head.
She heard his footsteps and Benjamin looked at her when he opened the door.
“I’m sorry for leaving you,” Benjamin apologetically told her. He gets the wheelchair and helps Catriona to sit on the wheelchair.
“I’m famished. Where did you go?” Catriona behaved like she was in a poor state of her life.
“I went to the company,” Benjamin decides to lie to her. Catriona secretly gritted her teeth. Of course, she knows that Benjamin was lying to her.
“Oh, what happened to the company?”
Benjamin pushed the wheelchair. Catriona swears that she will do everything to taste Benjamin again. She didn’t mind if he was married, the most important to her was that Benjamin will be her again.
She was happy but her happiness vanished when she saw Kristi sitting on her sofa. Her disgusted face was undisguised, even Kristi saw it.
Kristi smiled at her and raised her eyebrows. She wears the most elegant clothes that she has. She wanted to slap Catriona so that she would not be on her level.
“K-Kristi,” Catriona acted like she was stuttering. She acted like she was scared of her, she knew that Benjamin would be on her side after all she said to him that it was his wife’s fault that she was in the hospital.
“Oh, why are you scared?” Kristi asked her using her innocent voice. She knew that the woman in front of her was acting again.
“What is she doing here?” Catriona shouted. She secretly sends daggers to Kristi using her eyes. She wanted to kill her but she knows that Benjamin will be mad at her.
“Stop acting like that, Catriona. I was the one who has the right to get angry with you,” Kristi said using her icy tone. She looked at her with vengeance in her eyes. She didn’t forget that Catriona sent her a voice recording.
“Kristi wants you to get better. She hired someone who can help you all night. I’m busy with the company and I can’t always take care of you, Catriona,” Benjamin informed her, making her mouth gasp.
It’s not part of her plan. She knows that Kristi will hire someone so she can secretly watch her.
“What? Benjamin, are you nuts? Your wife wanted me dead and you agreed on her terms?” Catriona’s eyes went bigger. She wanted to pull Kristi’s hair but Benjamin knew that she was acting.
“She wants you to get better. Catriona, stop acting like a child,” Benjamin feels irritated by her actions. He wanted to go home and spend time with Kristi.
“What? Benjamin, why are you treating me like this? Did I do something wrong?” Catriona’s tears slowly flowed on her cheeks. Her eyes were bloodshot.
She was fuming mad that her plans would be shattered again by Kristi’s doing.
“You said that I wanted your death. Catriona, you keep slandering me. Do you have evidence that I was the one who wants you dead?” Kristi can’t stop herself to ask her. It’s a serious accusation, she didn’t know why Catriona dared to point a finger at her.
“Yeah, I’m sure that it’s you!” Catriona shouts at her.
“Why would I hire someone if I can do it with my own hands? You’re crazy,”
Catriona looked at Benjamin with disbelief. She points a finger at her.
“Do you hear what she says? She can do it, Benjamin. I told you she wants me to die. She knows that I know her secrets and she wants me to shut my mouth. She doesn’t want me to tell everything that I know,” Catriona grabbed his shirt and wanted to hide.
“What secrets are you talking about? Do you have proof of those secrets?” Kristi smirked.
“Of course, I have! And I’m not lying,” Catriona defensively told her.
The air was filled with Kristi’s cold laugh. She looked at her without emotions in her eyes. Her lips curved a small smile like she was planning something evil on her.
Kristi wanted to know why Catriona dares to fight with her. She feels that Catriona was secretly hiding her backer. How does Catriona even plan everything?
“Catriona, I’m not the one who’s doing something dirty behind our back,” Kristi’s voice was like she was threatening her.
“You know who’s doing something dirty behind our backs right? Do you want me to tell Benjamin what you did?” Kristi added.
Benjamin’s forehead creased. He looked at his wife who was smirking in front of him. Why does he see Kristi as more gorgeous whenever she is mad at someone?
“You’re lying!” Catriona shouted in fear. She thought that Kristi would expose what she did.
“I have proof, do you Benjamin will hear this?” Kristi didn’t mind her panicked face. She looked at her husband who was looking at her with lust in his eyes.
