It’s been a month since Benjamin talked to Kristi. He can’t sleep regularly or even have the guts to eat food.
His mother keeps asking him about Kristi but he can’t even answer it. He was worried about her, he felt something happened to her because of him.
Benjamin realized that he didn’t know his girlfriend, he was too honest for her but Kristi was silent about her family.
“Benjamin,” Joana called her son. She was worried because Benjamin lost weight.
“What happened to you, Benjamin? Did you have a breakup with your girlfriend ha?” She asked his son again but Benjamin didn’t even answer her. Joana sighed
“Benjamin, you should eat now, if I am Kristi I won’t even be back with you again,” Joana says.
Benjamin looked at her mother. He was shocked, he thought that his mother was right.
“Oh, why are you looking at me in that way? If I were your girlfriend, son, after one month that we didn’t have a talk and you looked like that, why would I be back with you?” Joanna added.
“I am worried about her mom, the last time that we talked, her mother was furious,” Benjamin told her. He stands up and jumps like crazy.
“What are you doing, Benjamin? Did you lose your mind?” Joana runs to her husband.
She feels there is something wrong with her son. He thought he’s gonna be crazy!
“Honey, come here! I need your help!” Joana shouted to her husband. She was in a panic.
“What happened, honey?” Ronnie asks his wife. He thought that something happened to her.
“Benjamin, he lost his mind! Call an ambulance!” Joana commanded her husband. Ronnie shakes his head in dismay, his wife was overreacting and he was sure of that!
“Let me see Benjamin first, honey,” Ronnie told his wife. Joana wanted to pinch her husband.
“You don’t have trust in me? I thought you love me, Ronnie,” Joana acted like she’s gonna cry. Ronnie sighed, he couldn’t believe that his wife was acting like this!
“Mom, what’s happening?” Benjamin walks toward his parents when he hears his mother crying.
“Benjamin, oh I thought you were going crazy!” Benjamin’s mother exclaimed.
Benjamin scratched his head and felt disappointed. He loves his mother but sometimes she overreacts.
“I’m famished,” Benjamin informed his mother. He decided to eat and take care of himself. He knows that Kristi won’t like it if he doesn’t take good care of himself.
Joana was happy to hear what her son said. She went to the kitchen rapidly and decided to cook for him.
Alessandro looked at Kristi who was looking at the ceiling. Jake was looking at his sister too.
“Kristi!” Margaret shouted her daughter’s name again. She went near to her and looked at her emotionless.
“We will go to New York, we will stay there until Jake reaches his legal age,” Margaret informed Kristi about her plans.
Kristi wanted to jump in joy because she will be free again. She feels she’s in hell when her mother is with her.
Margaret looked at her daughter. She observed if Kristi was happy but when she didn’t even see anything, she smiled.
“You will stay here because you’re a good girl for the whole month,” Margaret says.
Alessandro was happy that Margaret will be out in their lives but he was worried about Jake. He knows there is something wrong with his younger brother after he did the punishment to Kristi.
Jake feels sad, he didn’t want to be with his mother anymore! He was scared that he would get punished, and his dreams kept haunting him of what he did to his sister.
Margaret left them again when she received a call from her secretary. Kristi smiled and looked at his younger brother who had an unhappy face.
“Jake, why are you sad? I know you will miss us,” Kristi exclaimed and hugged him.
Jake closes his eyes and feels the warmth that his sister gives to him.
“Kristi, I will miss you, I want you to take care of yourself,” Jake sadly told his sister. He wished that he had a different mother, a simple family with his siblings.
“What about me, aren’t you gonna miss me?” Alessandro says while pouting his lips. He hugged his younger brother and gently patted his back.
“Jake, we are gonna see you, don’t be scared. We will do anything to see you again, I will secretly visit you in New York,” he whispered to Jake.
Margaret and Jake left them and Kristi decided to go to the park. She missed Benjamin so much. She took her cellphone and opened it. She looked at his number and dialed it.
After a few rings, Benjamin answered her call but his line was silent. Kristi was nervous.
“Hello,” Kristi says. She secretly gulped because she thought that Benjamin was mad at her.
“Benjamin,” she whispers his name. She heard Benjamin breathe out.
“Are you mad at me? I’m sorry if I didn’t even text you for one month,” Kristi added. She sighed and looked at the children who were smiling while playing in the park.
“I miss you,” she whispered. She shrieked when she felt someone hugging her tightly. Her heart was thumping so fast that she couldn’t even breathe normally.
“I miss you too, Kristi, don’t you dare do that again,” Benjamin whispered to her ear.
She looked at Benjamin, she saw how Benjamin lost weight. She looked at him fiercely.
“What happened to you?” Kristi asked him. Benjamin kissed her neck, and she shrieked again.
“I miss you, I was worried about you, I thought you don’t love me anymore,” Benjamin didn’t stop his tears from flowing in his eyes.
Kristi hugged him and gave him a gentle kiss.
“I love you, Benjamin,” Kristi mumbled and planted a soft kiss on his lips.
“If this is a dream, I don’t want to wake up, I want to be with you,” Benjamin sadly told her. He thought that he had an imagination.
Kristi gives him a long-lasting passionate kiss. Benjamin grabbed her head and kissed her back deeply.
“Yeah, this is real. You are real,” Benjamin shouted happily. He carried her like a child and hugged her tightly.
“I’m not your imagination, Benjamin,” Kristi assured him. Benjamin smiled.
“Come on, I want to introduce you to my family,” Benjamin grabbed the opportunity quickly.
“Are you sure? Aren’t you mad at me?” Kristi asked him. Benjamin shakes his head.
“You will stay with me forever, Kristi, it’s a promise,” Benjamin said and kissed her on her lips.
