“Hmm?” Douglas lazily put away his phone and smiled. “I don’t understand what you mean by that.”
“Quit playing games. I know you want something from me,” Annetta said impatiently. “Why else would you show this to me?”
“You’re still as straightforward as ever,” Douglas said with a sigh. “Actually, there’s nothing much. Go for a meal with me, and I’ll give you all these videos.”
Annetta did not believe that Douglas would request something so simple and asked incredulously, “Just a meal and nothing more?”
“Just a meal, nothing more.”
“Sure! Anytime except for today.”
Unexpectedly, Douglas smiled and shook his head, “I want it now.”
Just as she had expected, it was more than just a simple meal.
Ethan had asked her to return to the Harris family two hours later, so she had no time to eat with Douglas.
Annetta immediately refused, “I can’t now.”
Douglas was not angry. He just shook the phone in his hand and said, “These are the only videos I have. I know that these videos can solve an urgent problem. Are you sure you want to refuse my offer? It’s just as simple as having a meal.”
The problem was not going for a meal but returning home on time.
She would be able to think of a way to solve Leo’s problem, but she couldn’t offend Ethan.

Just then, more than a dozen girls with banners came over angrily. “The crew of ‘Hero’ is filming here!”

The girls cursed and scolded angrily as they walked. The huge banner on their hands read: “Leo is trash! Get out of the ‘Hero’ film crew!”

Annetta silently watched the group of girls pass by her. They were obviously Armani’s fans.
The matter was escalating faster than she thought. She could ask Uncle Kevin and Juniper to stop Leo from looking at his phone, but if Armani’s fans went to the film crew and made a fuss there, Leo would eventually know.
This would definitely affect Leo’s filming.
