“Dreckos, tell me, what is it?” King Timodore asked with creases on his forehead.
“My King, Queen Asalea Marshall informed me that this afternoon, he noticed a certain form of smoke going around the Knostican Palace,” Dreckos replied. His tone was not calm like his usual self. He could guess that such a smoke might have a connection with the Supremo King.
King Timodore suddenly stiffen. “Dreckos, make sure to bring with you, my Queen Asalea when you returned here in Glodeos Palace.”
“Will do, my King. That was actually what I was thinking to suggest when I heard that information from Marshall.”
“Alright. Return to the Glodeos palace now and tell Marshall to strengthen more their security in there.”
When King Timodore heard, Dreckos’ affirmation on what he said, only then that he said goodbye and hanged on the call of Dreckos.
He was thinking more about how to deal with the Vampire Supremo, without sacrificing any lives from their two Kingdoms, much more about his daughter’s life and future.
Suddenly, his eyes twinkled as an idea came flashing into him. He does not need to fight yet the Supremo King. All he should do is to negotiate in the meantime until Neoma is already well prepared.
When Dreckos and Queen Asalea arrived at the Glodeos Palace, King Timodore was already waiting for them at the Palace’s living area. He was sitting on the long couch and his eyes were focused on the main door. When he saw Queen Asalea and Dreckos enter the main door, he automatically stood up and then meet Queen Asalea.
“My Queen, how are you? I missed you for one already. That was why I asked Dreckos to bring you back here,” King Timodore said as he embraced Queen Asalea and gave her a quick kiss on her lips.
“I am fine, my King, and I missed you too,” she replied as she wrapped her hands on his neck and gave him a smack on his lips.
Dreckos who was watching them chuckled while grinning at them.
“I will not wonder if, in the coming months, another twin will be born,” Dreckos said teasingly at them and both King Timodore and Queen Asalea laughed.
After their hearty laughter, King Timodore then looked at Dreckos and said, “Dreckos, come with me in the office. So are you, my love. I will discuss something with both of you.”
They walked toward the office of King Timodore once they were seated already inside the office, King Timodore motioned for Dreckos and Queen Asalea to take the two seats on both sides, fronting his executive desk.
“Alright, let us start. I have this bright idea just an hour ago on what to do to stop the Supremo King from searching for Neoma,” King Timodore said in a contemplative tone.
Both Queen Asalaea and Dreckos were eagerly waiting for his plan.
“Neoma is just going fifteen years old, not yet in her adult age. I will use this fact as a reason to have a negotiation with the Supremo King.” After a while, King Timodore added.
Queen Asalea’s face suddenly glows too. She could clearly comprehend what her King husband is planning and she will agree if they are thinking of the same plan.
“My King, are you going to negotiate to the Supremo King to wait until Neoma is eighteen years old before he meets her?” she asked, voicing out her thoughts.
Kign Timodore smiled widely and nodded to Queen Asalea then looked at Dreckos who already comprehended what his King and Queen are planning.
“Yes, my love. I will negotiate to the Supremo King to meet Neoma once she is already in her adult age because only then that he can determine if indeed she is the most powerful woman that has been said in the prophecy.”
“We know that it is Neoma. But I won’t allow still the Supremo King to get her from us to be used in his selfish and devilish desire to rule the whole realm,” Queen Asalea muttered with worry in her heart. As a mother, she wanted her daughter to be free from the evil desires of the Supremo King.
“If Neoma doesn’t want it to happen, then it will be Neoma who will seal her fate. She will be the one to fight against the Supremo King, with our aid of course,” King Timodore said in a serious tone.

King Timodore waited for the return of the Supremo King to the Glodeos Palace and his waiting for three days was not put to futility. On the fourth day of waiting from the last visit of the Supremo King, the latter once again appeared at the reception area of the Glodeous palace.
When King Timodore was informed by Dreckos, he stood up from his swivel chair outright and walked fast to the reception area. He saw there the Supremo King standing while waiting. An impatient expression has been plastered on his face.
“Supremo King, I have been waiting for your visit again.” King Timodore started the conversation and the Supremo King’s right eyebrows suddenly lifted in surprise.
“That’s a surprise for me to hear you say those words, Timodore. Now, tell me, why can I guess that you seemed to be excited to see me again? Judging from our last meeting, you seemed to have despised me and never wants to see me again?” the Supremo King said with a smirk on his lips.
King Timodore made a deep sigh first before he spoke.
“Supremo King, I know whether I like it or not if my daughter is indeed the Suprema Queen stated in the prophecy, you will get her from us. In this case, we just took into consideration the possibility of freeing our daughter to be with you. However, the prophecy said that the most powerful “woman”, who will be the Suprema Queen will be coming from the union of two strong Vampire Clans. The Prophecy said a “Woman”. My daughter is still in her teens, not yet considered as a woman, in the real sense of the word and her power is just developing. Hence, we cannot say or confirm yet to you, if indeed she is the woman in the prophecy. We still need to wait for her adulthood.” King Timodore said in a lengthy manner. He does not want to miss anything in laying down her cards.
The Supremo King was looking at King Timodore with a hint of impatience and then he smirked again. “So, what do you really want to suggest, King Timodore?” His voice was sort of calculating.
King Timodore looked at the Supremo King directly into his eyes and declare, “Supremo King, you need to wait for my daughter’s eighteenth birthday before you insist from us to meet her.” His voice was low yet firm.
The Supremo King suddenly fell silent. He darted King Timodore with a look with squinting eyes, while his mind seemed to be doing some contemplation before he will retort to King Timodore.
