The egg-hunting competition lasted for one and a half hours. After that, everyone gathered to receive their awards. Cole, Rick, and Kyle are the contestants who won the wrestling competition in human form. Cole, Byan, and Ryles are the ones who won the wrestling competition in wolf form.
Mike is the one who won the chess competition. Rodak, Cassandra, and Lukas are the ones who win the hunting competition. Seth won the fencing competition. Max, Legis, and Micheal were the ones who won the archery competition. The traditional pack won the volleyball match, and the red moon pack won the football match. Lukman won the egg hunting competition by finding two giant colorful eggs and four small eggs.
Emma rewarded new magical devices, antic items, decoration items, and new daily valuable spell scrolls to the contestant who won the competition. The members of the traditional pack who won the volleyball match and the members of the red moon pack who won the football match were given free holiday packages as an award by Emma.
Nikki returns the prey to the contestant who haunted them in the hunting competition. After receiving their awards, everyone goes back to their rooms to get ready for the party.
Cole and Nikki arranged banquets, bonfires, dance floors, and bars for everyone to enjoy the last night of the annual function to their heart’s content. After enjoying the party, Nikki and Cole walk to the twin’s room to check on them before calling it a night and falling asleep.
Cole and Nikki kissed the twins on their cheek, wished them good night, and went to their room. After taking a shower and changing into comfortable clothes, they cuddle in the bed.
“Gosh, holding such a huge function is very exhausting. I am glad that it’s almost over. All that is left is to give gifts to the guests and see them off tomorrow,” Nikki said while cuddling with Cole.
“It went well, isn’t it?” Cole asks her.
“Better than I expected,” Nikki said with a smile.
“What did you expect?” Cole asks her.
“I expected vampires to get irritated for not getting the chance to participate in games and create a scene in the annual function,” Nikki said to him.
“I think they really enjoyed the show and were so immersed in it that they didn’t want to miss any games and talked to their king, requesting them to participate in the games next time,” Cole said to her, and Nikki nodded her head in agreement.
“Well, talking about the annual function, I remember that you didn’t give me my reward yet,” Cole said while rubbing her nose on her neck and taking her enchanting smell.
“Oh, I almost forgot about it. Thanks for reminding me,” Nikki said while removing his arms from her and getting out of bed. She walks toward the wardrobe, takes a huge frame covered with newspaper, then walks towards the bed and hands it over to Cole. Cole takes the frame from her hand and removes the newspaper from it.
“So, do you like your reward?” Nikki asks while fiddling with her hands in nervousness.
“This is the most beautiful reward and gift I have ever received,” Cole said in awe and engulfed her in a tight hug.
“It is, isn’t it? I knew you would like it. After all, it contains all the beautiful and precious moments of our life. I have worked very hard to prepare it. I was planning to give it to you as our anniversary gift, but things happen,” Nikki said with a light shrug of her shoulders.
“So, where are you planning to hang this frame?” Nikki asks while admiring the frame with Cole.
“I planned to enlarge it and paint it on the wall behind the bed. So anyone and everyone can see it. And we can see it whenever we want,” Cole said while wrapping the photo frame with the newspaper.
“What about another reward for putting up the show?” Cole asks while getting up from the bed and putting the frame back in the wardrobe.
“About that, you can ask whatever you want from me as a reward,” Nikki said while smirking at him, knowing what he would ask from her.
“Is that so? Then I want you as my reward. It’s been so long since I spent some time alone with you since the twins came into this world,” Cole said while walking towards her.
“Well, then I am all yours, Mr. Grey, and only yours,” Nikki said while putting her arms around Coles’s neck and rubbing her nose on his nose. Cole gently laid her down on the bed and started kissing her. After kissing her for some time, the kiss became hot, and they made love to each other the whole night.
Nikki and Cole were so tired that they didn’t want to get out of bed. After all, they hadn’t gotten any sleep because they had been busy making love to each other the whole night. But they reluctantly get up and get ready for the day to greet the guest before they leave for their home, thinking that they can take a nap after everything is over.
By the time they walked inside the main hall, everyone had breakfast and was prepared to leave to go back home, and the gifts and goodies they had prepared for the guests were packed and gathered in one place. They grabbed a cup of coffee and toast to go with eat. After breakfast, they greeted all the guests, thanked them for attending their function, and gave them gifts as they took their leave.
Almost everyone has left to head home except Torak’s family and Alisha’s family. As they were saying goodbye to Ryan and Alisha, Alisha’s water broke, and they had to rush her to the pack hospital. Thankfully, Ryan had already prepared the hospital bag and kept it in a car for emergency, so he didn’t have to run back to the castle to get it.
After two anguishing hours, Alisha gives birth to a son, and they name him Oscar. Alisha also asks Cole and Nikki to become Oscar’s godparents, and Ryan agrees with her, which shocks the said couple.
“I don’t have any problem becoming his godfather, but wouldn’t it be weird if a werewolf becomes a godparent of a vampire?” Cole asks him.
“It will be, but I can’t trust anyone besides you and Nikki regarding the safety of my family. They are calm right now, but who knows what they will do in the future. Besides, we both know how selfish and greedy vampires can be when it comes to power. So Can you and Nikki become Oscar godparents for us?” Ryan asks them.
“If that’s what you want, I have no problem with it,” Cole said to him.
“Thanks, man,” Ryan said, feeling relieved and grateful and giving him a manly hug.
“You can stay as long as you want. I will tell the doctor to prepare a room for you,” Nikki said to them, and Ryan thanked her again. They talked with each other for some time, and then Nikki and Cole took their leave.
Nikki told the pack doctor to prepare a separate room for Ryan and Alisha and went back to the castle.
