The next day, Mom and Dad went to Alisha’s parents’ house to meet them. They planned a double wedding for us while helping Alisha get ready to meet the vampire council members.
Next week after that we threw an engagement party for us and visited Weds and Co to start with wedding preparations. We have decided that we will marry after two months and this way we will have a lot of time to prepare for the wedding.
We have asked Helen and Hema, our new college friends, to be our bridesmaids and asked Stella to become our maids of honor, and they accept it gladly.
“Okay, we have Blaze and Aria, with their team, to do our makeup and hairstyle at the wedding,” I said while checking our preparation list.
“I have booked one black forest for me and one red valvate cake for mine and Alisha’s wedding,” I said and put the checkmark near the list.
“We have booked food and love to take care of food arrangements,” I said and put the checkmark near the list.
“Our mothers and Emma will take care of setting and decorations arrangements,” I said and put across the name.
“Invitation card and sweets order sent to be prepared and will be prepared in two weeks,” I said and put the checkmark near the list.
“Then the only thing that is left is shopping for bride and bridesmaids’ dresses and looking for the place for the wedding,” I said with a sigh.

“Hello,” I said on the phone.
“Hey, girl, have you decided what color dress we are going to wear on our wedding day?” Alisha asks me on the call. After meeting the vampire council member, she moved back to her parent’s house to start preparing for our wedding.
“Yes, white and light pink color while our white maids will wear a light pink color dress,” I said to her.
“Okay, so when are we going to start shopping for our wedding? And have you guys decided what type of flower decoration you guys want?” she asks me.
“Not yet. How about I call Riles after next week for our wedding clothes. And after that, we can go to the flower shop for the bouquet and flower decoration choice and then go to see different places to book a resort and hall for the wedding and reception, okay?” I ask her on the phone.
“Okay,” she said to me.
“Don’t forget to bring your parents with you to the castle. Boys have planned to go to the store to buy some suits for the marriage on the same day, okay,” I asked her, and she said yes then hung up on me. If you wonder why I called her parents to the castle when they were human, then let me tell you something.
When Ryan goes to meet her parents to ask for her hand in marriage’ they find out that some of the humans are working for werewolves and vampires. They can help them when hunters try to break through any pack territories or vampire coven territories to hunt them down and help them in many other ways. And her parents were one of them. Alisha was unaware of it because they could not tell about our existence even their family members. And it makes it easy for Ryan to make them accept him as their son-in-law.
I called Riles, my designer, about our wedding and told him to bring clothes for us after a week at our castle.
Another week goes in a blur, and after two days, Riles comes with his famous design. I call everyone to choose their dresses for the wedding. At the same time, the boys go to the mall or to the bouquet for their clothes.
I pick up many dresses and go to the washroom to try them. After trying on several dresses, and finally settled on the perfect one. It was a beautiful mermaid dress with a beautiful lace bodice. It sheered long sleeves with a low dipping back and a miniature train attached to the bottom.
“Guys, I found the one,” I called out from the dressing room.
I was never really one to be highly feminine, but at that moment, I felt beautiful in that dress. When I stepped out of the changing room, the girls knew it too because their jaws dropped and eyes welled up with tears, letting me know it was the perfect one for me.
“I’ll take it,” I tell Riles, and he nods her head with a smile.
“Finally, I found one too,” Alisha said from the folding changing room and came out from there. She was looking beautiful in that dress. She was wearing a sleeveless and backless gown with light pink embroidery.
“What do you think?” she asks me.
“You are looking gorgeous,” it was Riles who answered instead of me, and I nodded at her with a smile on my face.
“It’s done then. I will buy this,” Alisha said, grinning at him, and he nodded at him with his grin.
It took us one more hour to choose a bridesmaid dress for our friend, and we chose a beautiful light pink that reached mid-thigh and had a sweetheart neckline. The girls loved it and unanimously agreed on it.
Alisha’s mom has chosen a mid-thigh deep red, backless dress. Mom had chosen a red backless and sleeveless gown, while Emma had chosen an off-shoulder, full-sleeved light blue gown.
Riles made a few changes in our dress and sent it to get pressed to his assistant. I made payment to him with my checkbook before Alisha’s mom even got her checkbook out of her purse to pay him. She glares at me, but I just shrug my shoulders with an innocent smile on my face.
After that, we go to the flower shop, and it takes us one hour to decide that we want light pink lilies and white roses for decoration, white lilies, pale pink roses to keep in vases on the table red and white roses for the bouquet.
After that, we go to a different resort to select the venue for our wedding. After checking many alternatives, we finally chose the one and decided to have an open wedding ceremony. After that, we go to the jewelry shop to buy some matching jewelry for the wedding and drive back home.
Two months fly by like a blur, busy with wedding preparations. Mom, Dad, Emma, I, Alisha, and her family members moved to the resort to prepare for the wedding.
A day before the wedding
“No, the chairs are supposed to be in a formation of a curve.” Alish’s mum shouts at the poor soul in front of her.
My mom ordered people around on the side, and Emma, Riles, Helen, and Hema were running around putting on the final touches.
I made sure that our list was almost ticked off, and we finished up early for the day, so I decided to go upstairs and get a quick nap. After some time, I pick up the phone.
“Hello?” I answered the phone in a sleepy voice.
“Hello, Nikki, a huge problem has arisen in the hall c near the reception hall. Please come here as soon as possible and also bring Alisha with you, ” Emma said on the phone and hung up before I could say anything to them. I get up from the bed, wash my face, and walk to Alisha’s room to call her. She opens the door at the third knock.
“Emma called me and informed me that there is an emergency in hall c near the reception hall, and she told me that she wanted me to come there with you,” I said to her, and both of us walked to hall C.
When we walked inside the hall, it was pitch dark, and no one was there. I was still feeling sleepy, so that’s why I wasn’t able to see anything clearly, even with my wolf eyes.
“Hello, is anyone here?” I ask in the dark.
“Surprise, welcome to your bachelor party,” Emma shouted while coming out of the dark, and the hall lit up. Rile, Helen, Stella, and Hema come out after her with huge grins on their face.
That’s when the loud music was heard, and a few more girls joined us holding shots.
“I should have known this,” I said while shaking my head at their antics with a smile on my face. We all took one shot together.
We partied the night away and ended up extremely exhausted.
