Miara panted as the seat bead kept falling on her face, while she was busy repeating the spell so that the zombies kept coming and attacking them and kept rising from their ashes after burning down to the ashes.
A long time ago, the shadow coven witches had used the same spell and ritual to defeat the spiritual moon coven members, and it worked very nicely until the moon goddess interfered in their matter and helped them defeat the shadow coven members, the only difference is now they can even raise from their ashes.
She feels the last bit of her energy, left from her body, and lies down on the ground while panting hard from exhaustion, and feeling pain all over her body due to overdoing the spell.
While Alok was busy looking down at the battle near his castle, he felt someone’s presence but still was not able to see anyone around inside his office. Then he remembers, Miara telling him that white witches or wizards can hide and get invisible, and what to do if he got into a situation like this.
He closes his eyes and murmurs a spell, that Miara had taught him, while spraying the potion around the room, that Miara had given him, as soon as he completes the spell, he sees Emma looking around the selves for the secret passage.
“Oh, you don’t,” he shouts at her and is about to jump on her to stop her, but Cole runs inside the room in his wolf form and jumps on him, making both of them fall down from the window to the battlefield. Then both of them started fighting with each other. Cole tries to bite his neck, but he stops him by holding his mouth away from him.
Taking advantage of the situation, Emma keeps looking for the secret passage and finds it, it takes the book out of the sleeves, and it’s divided into two to give her away, and a staircase appears in front of her. She tried to get down but was stopped by the invisible wall, that Miara had put on it, to stop anyone who came to find her.
Emma broke the barrier with ease and walked downstairs she turned to look around for the room but found there were two rooms around her, she closed her eyes and tried to feel Miara’s presence when she found it, she followed it and opened the door, to see her panting and sweating like a female wolf in heat.
“Hello, mother,” Miara whispered in a low voice and like her lips with a sinister smile on her face.
“Look, what your greed for powers has done to you, do you think I like to see you, in this condition, why can’t you be like your little sister Meera,” Emma asks with teary eyes.
“Meera! Meera! Meera! It was always about it, wasn’t it,” Miara asks while shouting at her.
“Why do you hate her so much, she had always loved you so much and looked up to you as her ideal,” Emma asks her.
“Oh, you know mother, you know very well, don’t you mother?” Miara asks and chuckles evilly.
“You always loved her. Meera this, Meera that, like I was don’t exist anymore like I was nothing for you, we were so close to each other, you were always by my side no matter what, but it all changed when she came into our life,” Miara said to her.
“Even now, you are fighting with me for her when she is reincarnated as Nikki, don’t you, Mom? I thought once I got my hand over her with the help of vampires and rogues, I would become more powerful, and then maybe, maybe then you would acknowledge me, love me as you had always done, but no, she had messed up everything,” She shouted last part and started coughing blood and chocking at her own blood.
“So, it was you who told the vampire king and the rogue alpha about Nikki?” Emma asks her, and now it all starts to make sense for her.
“Oh, you bet. I did, the happiness on their faces was priceless,” Miara said with a chuckle.
“You are hopeless, Miara,” Emma said while shaking his head at her in disappointment. Emma looks deep into her eyes and makes her say the same spell but in a reverse way undoing the spell Miara had cast to control dead bodies and turn them into Zombies.
“I am sorry for being a shitty mother, and I hope you find in yourself to forgive me for being a shitty mother and for doing this to you,” Emma said and killed her with a snap of her finger, as a lonely tear fall down from her eyes and walk out from there.
Nikki was busy helping the witches deal with Zombies, they were about to make a huge hole to seal them when they suddenly vanished in the air with a puff, and they all heaved a sigh of relief.
“Where did they suddenly vanish?” a vampire from Alok’s side asks himself.
“Our leader has taken care of them, and now it’s your turn,” Nikki said while smirking at him and killing him by burning him down to the ashes. Then she started fighting with other dark witches. Suddenly she started to feel the pain in her heart like someone had stabbed her in her heart with a silver dagger, but it was not the pain she was feeling, it was Coles.
“Mate, Mate, Mate is hurt,” Kiyara whimpered inside her mind while pacing inside her mind. She quickly finished the dark witch. She was fighting with and looking around her surroundings trying to find her mate Cole when her eyes landed on Cole’s wolf Roy lying dead on Alok’s body, and he was holding the silver dagger in his hand covered with blood.
“COLE!!!” Nikki shouts his name and runs toward him. Aloks pushes Coles’s body away from him and stands up from the ground. Everyone left whatever they were doing and looked towards her when they heard her shouting his name, and Mike also ran towards his son to check on him.
