Hearing her husband’s strange words, Ding Jie asked, “What’s wrong?”
“Take a look yourself.”
Ding Jie took the binoculars from her husband.
Ding Jie was shocked when she saw that the woman was actually trying to climb up the window. The woman lived on the sixth floor, so if she jumped, she would possibly fall to her death. Even if she didn’t die, she would definitely suffer a serious disability.
When she saw that the woman’s foot was already on the window, she urged her husband, “Hubby! Go over!”
“Forget it,” Li Ze said, “Call the police.”
“It will be late,” Ding Jie said, “as long as you knock on the door, this woman won’t jump because she would have to open the door after getting dressed. Smiling at her, Li Ze said, “Hello, I live in the building across from you. I want to ask for something.”
“What thing?”
“Is it convenient?”
“No,” the woman said coldly, “I’m alone in the house. My husband isn’t here.”
“Alright,” Li Ze said after a hesitation, “Actually, I just saw you sitting on the window. I was afraid you would jump off, so I came over to take a look. I don’t know whether you want to enjoy the wind or you are trying to commit suicide. Whatever, it’s very dangerous to sit in a window. Besides lady, you drank a lot.”
“Are you too idle?” The woman’s voice came through the security door, “It’s my own business, it doesn’t have anything to do with you. If you have to ask for reasons from everyone sitting by the window, wouldn’t you have no time for yourself? Take care of yourself, please.”
“Has your husband cheated?”
The woman remained silent at his question.

“My husband cheated me with my sister!” The woman shouted, “And my parents are supporting them! My husband told me to divorce him on Monday. Holy shit! ”
Hearing the woman’s rough voice, Li Ze asked, “Why are your parents standing beside them?”
“Money, of course,” the woman smiled, “My husband didn’t have any money when we got married. But he had accumulated a lot of it in the past few years by real estate speculation. Although he was in charge of the money, I knew he’d earned at least ten million. My sister used to be a salesgirl, so they usually discuss a lot and have a lot in common. When my husband opened his own company last year, my sister came over to be his woman assistant. “You are really funny,” the woman said, “Under normal circumstances, a man should be very happy when he is invited by a strange woman. On the contrast, you refused me. Are you afraid that I’ll blackmail you?”
“No,” Li Ze explained, “I just want to go home and stay with my wife.”
“It seems you are very fond of each other.”
“Just so-so.”
“It’s strange,” the woman looked at Li Ze, “I feel that you look familiar.”
