“What, they killed all of them?” he asks me.
“Yes, Alpha Mike and very brutally,” I said to him while running my hand through my hair.
“Stay, there I am coming with our tracker’s team and some warriors, let’s hope we find something there to help us, find her,”
Alpha Mike said and hung up on me. I decided to collect all the dead bodies of the warriors in one place to make it easy for them to take them to the pack house.
It took half an hour for me to gather it in one place when I heard a car beside my car and saw Alpha Mike getting out of it.
“Alpha,” I said bowing in front of him with respect.
“I see that you have gathered all the bodies in one place, ” Alpha Mike said nodding his head at me in acknowledgment.
“Where are others?” I ask him.
“They are on their way,” he said and I nodded my head.
“Have you found anything yet,” he asks walking close to me.
“Nothing, yet,” I said and, he nodded at me.
“They didn’t show any mercy while killing them,” he said examining the bodies and shaking his head in dis-provement.
After some time, the other members of the pack came and started loading the dead bodies in the truck while others started examining the forest, some in their wolf, and some in human form. Alpha Mke and I join the tracker’s team soon.
“Find anything, yet?” Alpha Mike asks them and they shake their head in denial.
“They have covered their scent very well, and the forest is very large, we won’t be able to cover it alone, we need, more people to cover it and, it also started getting dark, we will leave, for now, we will come back tomorrow with more people and try to find any clue that leads us them,” Alpha Mike said going back to the car.
“Are you going to inform, Alpha Cole about it?” I ask him.
“We have to, I have a right to know,” he said opening the car door to get inside it.
“If we tell him about it, he will have us all by our balls, when he comes back from, the hunt,” I said with a gulp, not wanting to be a victim of his wrath knowing that since I am his mate charge which means it was my responsibility to protect her then anyone else.
“What will we say when he asks us about her or demands to talk with her, he will know about it eventually since I don’t think he would stay more than a day or two, ” Alpha Mike said and drove away.
“Shit!” I said and walked to my car then drove back home.

As soon as I enter the hall, I feel all the eyes are on me especially girls, ogling me while giggling and whispering to their friends and, I started feeling Nautica and disgusting with the way, they openly eye raping me. Too bad for them that I only have mine only for one person, Nikki. Think about her, brought a huge smile to my face. I hope Trevor and others were on their guard protecting her because I don’t know what I will do if I lose her. Let’s just say all the hell would get lost if that happens.
“Alpha Cole, I don’t think I would see you here since you are so in love with that little human,” Alpha Than said smirking at me when I reached the table where all the Alpha, betas, and council members were sitting for breakfast.
“Even since I found my Mate, and I am an Alpha I also had to follow some rules,” I said taking a seat near one of the council members. We talk for some time while having breakfast. After breakfast, I was walking back to my room when I felt my wolf getting restless and walking inside my wolf.
“What’s wrong, buddy?” I ask him.
“Mate,” he said whimpering around my mind.
“I know, I miss her too, but it is just for one or two days after that we will have her safe in our arms,” I said to her.
“No, you stupid human, it’s not about me missing her, I just do not have a good feeling about it, I feel like something bad is going to happen, you know what, call Trevor and tell him to be on guard, I can’t able to have some peace since that bloodsucker come inside our pack-house near Nikki,” he said with a growl.
“Okay, okay,” I said and took my phone out of my pocket and called him but got to voicemail, I tried again and the result was the same. I was about to call my father when I felt someone hug me from behind.
“Hey, handsome,” someone whispers seductively in my ear and I feel an unpleasant shiver run down my body. grab those hands remove them from my body and make the person come in front of me. It’s one of the girls I saw who was eye-raping me when I entered the hall. She has blonde hair, buttons house, and heart shape face, wearing clothes that hardly cover anything.
“What do you want?” I ask irritated and disgusted by her.
“Isn’t it obvious handsome, I want you,” she said running her hand over my chest seductively which only made me cringe in disgust.
“Sorry, but I am here to find a mate, not a slut,” I said with a growl and walk past her but she stops me while holding my hand.
“Oh, come on, handsome, I know you want me, but just want to play hard to get besides, I know your mate can’t able to fulfil your need as I can,” she said and came in front of me.
“Don’t you dare bad mouth my mate, and you can never be able to match my mate standard, now get out of my sight, before I kill you with my hand,” I said grabbing her by her neck and throwing her out of my way. I feel my wolf growling inside my head and clawing inside my mind so, I decided to go for a run to calm him down a bit. I walk out of the hall and walk inside the jungle, remove my clothes, and let my wolf take control of my body.
After half an hour of running, my wolf gives me control back to me, and I run back to my room. I shifted and walked inside the shower. After the shower, I got dressed and decided to call Trevor again and this time he picked up the call after the second ring.
“Yes, Alpha,” he said on the phone.
“Is everything alright there?” I ask him.
“Yes, Alpha,” he said to me.
“Listen, Trevor, my wolf was restless since I left you guys there, I want you all on your guard, I don’t want anything to happen to Nikki when I am not there to protect her, we have to be even more careful when that bloodsucker dares to enter our pack-house, and if anything happens to her then you would not like the consequences, did I make myself clear? ” I ask him in my Alpha tone making him know how serious I am and I heard him gulp.
“Yes, Alpha, I have also had some guards patrolling the school, just in case,” he said on the phone.
“Good,” I said and we discussed other pack business for some time and I hung upon him. I open my laptop and start working on the pack finance and other work. After a few hours, I heard a knock on the door and, I opened the door to see one of the maids standing in front of me.
“Yes?” I ask her.
“The lunch is ready sir,” the maid said looking down at her shoes.
“Would you mind bringing my lunch here in my room?” I ask her not in the mood to go downstairs and get ogled by unmated women.
“of course, not sir, I will be back with your food in no time,” she said and walked out of there. I went back to my room, saved the documents and when I was keeping my laptop on the nightstand I heard a knock and turned to see the same maid standing at the door with a story of food with her.
“Thank you,” I said taking a tory from her hands. She bowed in front of me and walked out from there. I had my lunch and decided to take a small nap and join the others downstairs.
I woke up after two hours of nap and decided to do some work. After that, I changed my clothes and decided to go to the hall to have some snacks when I felt a sting on my neck and my wolf roamed inside my mind and closed my find to come out.
“Nikki,” I whisper and call Trevor but only to find it busy. I decided to call my father only to find him busy. I decided to go for a run to cool my wolf done a bit and then tried again.
After the run, I tried him again and this time he picked up the phone.
“Alpha,” he said on the phone.
“Where is Nikki, give her the phone,” I said to him.
“Alpha, you see… umm,” Trevor said and trailed off and it only increased my anxiety.
“Where is Nikki, Trevor?” I ask him using my alpha voice while gritting my teeth at him.
“Nikki is kidnapped, Alpha,” he whispers on the phone but I heard it thanks to my wolf hearing.
“Rogue and Vampires, have kidnapped her from the school,” he said on the phone.
“What do you mean, they kidnapped her? Haven’t you told me that you have some warriors patrolling the school?” I ask him running my hands through my hair.
“Yes, but when I went to them after going through searching the whole school for her, they all were dead,” he said.
“Fuck,” I curse out loud.
“What is the status? Have you found anything?” I ask him.
“Not yet, Alpha,” he said on the phone.
“Send the search party for her, contact all our allies to inform us if they find any rogue or vampire in the territory with her, and keep me updated, I will be there as soon as possible,” I order him.
“Yes, Alpha,” he said.
“And Trevor,” I said to him.
“Yes, Alpha,” he replied.
“You better wish that we found her soon in one piece without any harm or otherwise no one will be able to save you from me,” I said gritting my teeth at her. I hung up, on him and started packing my things.
