As Ding Jie zipped the bag, her husband entered.
He walked towards his mother when he saw his daughter asleep.

She is alright; his mother said, “She can leave the hospital after the doctor’s examination…”
Looking at his daughter’s forehead wrapped in gauze, li Ze asked “what exactly happened”?

I am li Wei Wei’s mother, she is in room 3 of ward 10, Ding Jie replied. My father in-law brought her in this morning so I don’t know what condition she is in. I think the doctor also asked my mother in-law to do a CT scan but she doesn’t know what it means. So I want to know what her condition is and also see if the CT scan is still necessary.
“Doctor Xu will be with you in a minute”, the nurse replied.
“Doctor the patient’s mother is here to see you”
Ding Jie turned around her saw the doctor walking towards her; she quickly stepped forward to meet him. “I am Wei Wei’s mother; I will like to know her condition”.
“There is no need to panic, the doctor replied. It’s just that there are still some signs that we need to watch out for like dizziness, nausea and shortness of breath. Also because she hit her head on a stone, there might still be some symptoms that might later resurface, so the CT scan is very important”
“How much is it she asked?”
“Its 500 Yuan, now don’t think it’s expensive because your daughter’s well being is the most important thing right now”
“500 Yuan is not expensive, how soon can we do it? Ding Jie replied”
“How is your daughter now”? The doctor asked
“Still sleeping”; she replied
“Come to the emergency department to look for me when she wakes up or call one of the nurses to look for me. I will do a simple check up then arrange for her to do the scan but are you sure you want to do this because I mentioned it to your mother in-law earlier and she said it was too expensive”.
Hearing this,
Die Jie annoyingly replied, “she is my daughter and I have the final say”.
“Fine, call me when she wakes up”.
“Ok, thank you”
After the doctor left, she let out a long sigh.
She didn’t immediately return to the ward, instead she brought out the folder from the bag and looked at the papers again carefully. She looked in the direction of the ward and returned her gaze to the medical records, once again looking at the blood group.
If she hadn’t been angry at the time, she wouldn’t be so afraid of let her husband knowing her daughter’s blood group.

Also her in-laws had left since they had been at the hospital since morning.

“No, just stay with Wei Wei, it would be awkward if she wakes up and start complaining that she isn’t feeling fine”. Replied Li Ze
“Alright, but don’t stay long”.
After Li Ze left the room, Ding Jie took hold of her daughter’s hand which had swollen due to infusion and muttered ” wei wei, it’s all mommy’s fault, I shouldn’t have left you with your grandparents, there is no other person that can take care of you like mommy in this world”.
She let out a deep sigh.
At the same time, her phone suddenly rang with a wechat voice note, not wanting to wake her daughter; she quickly silenced the phone and opened the wechat interface
“Xiao Jie, are you going shopping in the afternoon?”…….
“I’m sorry, my daughter is sick and I have to stay with her”……
