Chapter 303 A B*tchy Woman

Book:My Husband Hates Me Published:2024-5-1

Dorothy stood motionless outside the operating room as she waited anxiously. Suddenly, her cell phone rang, breaking the tense and suffocating silence.
She was taken aback for a moment before answering the phone. “Oh, Germaine. What’s going on at your end? Why’s it so noisy?”
“Dory, I just got out of the car, I’m in the parking lot. I’m going to look for Jeremy. I got the doctors and nurses to watch over Belle, so nothing’s going to happen to her.”
“Don’t you worry. You’ve suffered so much this time, and Credence is even in a coma. I’ll get justice for you for everything that’s happened.”
Over the phone, Germaine’s tone was more cold and serious than it had ever been. Dorothy couldn’t help shuddering.
Just as she was about to remind her to be careful once more, Germaine had already hung up the call. When she called again, she could not get through to her at all. It seemed that she had turned off her phone.
Dorothy knew a little bit about Germaine and Jeremy’s squabbles. For some reason, when Dorothy heard that Germaine was going to find Jeremy, she had a feeling that something bad was about to happen.
After contemplating over it for a long while, Dorothy decided to call Juelz to keep an eye on Germaine.
Juelz was still in his car the hospital’s entrance, waiting for Dorothy to come out. He was surprised and happy and suddenly receive her call. When she heard him asking him to track down Germaine, his happiness quickly turned to disappointment. He shook his head with a bitter smile.
“Dory, she’s not a little girl anymore. I don’t need to take care of her all the time. Besides, I’m just her cousin. I can’t just simply intervene in her private affairs!”
“Jeremy has feelings for her. I’m sure he won’t do anything to hurt her. Relax, Dory.”
“Well, alright then.”
As Dorothy was worried about Credence’s condition, she was not in the mood to argue with Juelz. She hung up the phone hastily and continued to wait outside the operating room. She was still waiting for updates from the doctors.
After listening to Juelz’s deductions, she thought that perhaps nothing bad would happen to Germaine after all.
But throughout the afternoon, Dorothy’s left eyelid continued to twitch, and her heart kept beating furiously in her chest.

At the presidential suite at Talco Hotel.
Jeremy had just settled an under-the-table business deal in Jenciga that would bring him two hundred to three hundred percent profits and rubbed his aching temples. He’d just taken a sip of tea and stood up when he suddenly felt a blast of malice rise in him. It spread throughout his body like wildfire.
At that moment, he knew that his illness was about to break out.
In the past, when his illness acted up, he’d spend lots of money to hire a woman to bear the brunt of his anger. After that, he’d still be able to maintain his emotions for about half a month. Now, the time period in between was getting shorter and shorter.
It had gone from half a month to a week, and now to three or five days.
As of this moment, the intervals of his illness had shortened to once every two days.
This meant that his mental illness was getting more and more severe.
Jeremy stood up with the help of the table and walked towards the French windows. His cruel gaze swept over Talco City’s scenery, the ruthlessness in his heart growing by the second.
He hurriedly took out his mobile phone to call Wilson and ordered insidiously, “You have twenty minutes to get Rosalie here.”
At this moment, Wilson was negotiating with some clients in the company’s reception room. After he received Jeremy’s phone call, he immediately understood that his boss must be getting affected by his illness again. He expressed his most sincere apologies to the clients and hurriedly left the reception room. He took the elevator, rushed to the company’s gates and quickly dialled Rosalie’s number.
Unexpectedly, that b*tch turned off her phone. He could not get through to her at all.
“How dare she turn off her phone at such a crucial moment, f*ck!”
Wilson cursed fiercely, so angry that he almost threw his phone. He started to calculate how long it’d take for him to get a woman from the office to Talco Hotel if he travelled at top speed.
He realised that there was no way he could get it done in twenty minutes.
Not unless he could suddenly sprout wings and fly a woman there like a giant bird.
Jeremy’s illness was going to break out soon. If he did not bring him a woman in 20 minutes, Wilson couldn’t even imagine the consequences.
He still remembered that one time back in Jenciga where Jeremy’s illness broke out. Back then, there were only men, and no woman was in sight. Jeremy had gone insane and almost stripped all the male bodyguards, including Wilson, out of their skins.
In the end, Wilson had no choice but to shoot Jeremy with a tranquiliser before managing to escape.
If Jeremy had a woman at his disposal, he’d just make her suffer a little physical torment. Once the ruthlessness faded away, she’d be fine.
However, if he could not find any woman, then any men who ran into him when he was ill would truly be unlucky.
Jeremy had to see blood, and beat someone to vent out all his anger to clear his head.
At this moment, the Sherman Group was cooperating with powerful companies abroad to develop AI intelligence. If his boss really did kill someone, it would be bad news for their company. These money-makers would all bail on the company.
At the thought, Wilson’s heart tightened. He quickly contacted the two bodyguards stationed at the door of Jeremy’s suite and said quickly, “Blade, Locus, I don’t care what means you resort to. You have to bring a woman to the Boss’ room in 15 minutes. The sooner the better! If you succeed, come back to me and I’ll reward you both. Each of you will get 50, 000 dollars.”
“Mr. Wilson, don’t worry. We can definitely do that.”
Jeremy’s bodyguards were all under Wilson’s control.
Every week, the bodyguards on duty would change. The purpose of this was to prevent the drug dealers in Jenciga who had gone numb from killing to bribe the bodyguards. If they were successful, it would be a substantial loss for Jeremy, and he might even be assassinated.
Blade and Locus were veterans who had just retired from the army. They had managed to get into contact with Wilson, and after a period of assessment, Wilson approved of their loyalty and skills. Hence, they were hired to guard Jeremy and keep him safe.
The two guards had only just been around for a few days, so they did not know about the strange illness that Jeremy had. After listening to Wilson’s orders, they thought that Jeremy was in urgent need of a beautiful woman to play with, so they dared not ask too many questions. They took the elevator and rushed to the door of the hotel. They started to search for a woman who’d meet the requirements.
Wilson did not give them any time at all. They only had fifteen minutes, not one second more.
Suddenly, Blade and Locus both noticed a beautiful woman getting out of a sports car. She had black wavy hair and wore a fiery-red dress. Her prominent collarbone covered in snow-white skin and a large part of her beautiful back was revealed. She was in high heels, had a graceful figure, and she looked extremely charming. At first glance, it could be said that this woman looked like a b*tch.
The two bodyguards locked eyes and nodded at each other.
She had to be it.
Women around these places were all here for money anyway. As long as they were given enough money, they would be willing to sleep with anyone, wouldn’t they?
What’s more, if this woman could sleep with someone as powerful and handsome as their boss, it would be a win for her, wouldn’t it?
As soon as Germaine walked into the hotel, she could hear several hasty footsteps behind her. When she turned around, her thin wrists were immediately caught by strong and sturdy arms. The men dragged her into the elevator and did not give her any chance to struggle.
Germaine screamed in horror as she tried to escape their tight grips, but it was fruitless.
Terrified, she began to yell, “Let me go! What are you trying to do?”
She didn’t expect to be manhandled like this. The two men who grabbed her remained silent as they tightened their grip on her.
One of them stretched a hand out to cover her mouth to prevent her from making anymore noises and muffle her cries for help.
She tried to scream but to no avail.
