Teddy was furious as he recalled the despicable behavior of this demon king on Demon Island. “How the hell did he end up here?” Teddy thought to himself. The King of the Underworld was getting on his nerves, not even giving Nate any face.
Teddy remembered it all too well. Last year, when he went to visit Flynn, he witnessed him beating the Dark Night Temple master until his skin split open and then throwing him into a cesspool for three days. Flynn still wasn’t satisfied and made him kneel in front of a female donkey.
All because the Dark Night Temple master had stolen his celebrity’s photos!
“The gun is pointed at your head, yet you act like nothing’s wrong? What are you trying to say? Do you really think that Mr. May won’t dare?”
“You son of a bitch! Today is your last day! Kneel!” A female celebrity pointed her finger at Flynn with an angry expression on her delicate face, wishing she could take Teddy’s gun and kill Flynn herself.
She was in the middle of a hysterical outburst when she saw Teddy raise his hand.
“Forget this nonsense!” he shouted.
*Smack!*
Teddy delivered a fierce slap, sending her flying as she crashed onto the table, blood streaming down her face.
The entire room fell silent.
Estella furrowed her brows deeply.
She was certain that Teddy’s attitude had done a complete 180 change after seeing Flynn’s face.
“It’s only been three years, and you don’t even remember my voice?” he asked.
“Well, now I’m full of life. Even the women under you dare to bully me,” Flynn replied coldly.
Teddy shuddered in an instant and awkwardly laughed, “Boss, you’re joking. How could I let them bully you?”
“Didn’t you have a chicken leg in your mouth just now?” he retorted sharply.
The female stars of Asco Entertainment were stunned into silence. Teddy was like a god-like figure in their hearts, but at this moment he was being so polite to Flynn! He even smiled obsequiously and didn’t dare stand up straight!
“Get over here!” Teddy roared suddenly.
Estella and the others rushed over to stand beside Teddy, forming a line with their noble heads lowered like frightened quails.
“Smack! Smack! Smack!” The sound of a slap echoed through the room.
“He is my benefactor. You all need to show some respect and apologize to Mr. Clark immediately!”
Estella and the other female stars felt wronged.
They were used to being arrogant, but they had no idea that Flynn and Teddy had this kind of relationship!
Estella took the lead, picked up a full glass of red wine, and said to Flynn, “Mr. Clark, I was blind and ignorant. Please forgive me for my offense.”
The other female stars also picked up their glasses and apologized carefully.
Seeing everyone’s sincere attitude, Flynn didn’t make things difficult for them anymore. He nodded his head without saying anything.
After all, Estella had been in the industry for thirty years and knew how to handle things smoothly. She made sure that everyone who needed compensation received it before pouring another glass of wine and approaching Madeline.
“Ms. Kaur, it was my fault for not disciplining them properly. Please don’t take it personally.” she said while pouring Madeline a glass of wine.
“If you’re still unhappy about what happened today, you can punish us however you see fit.”
Teddy also poured himself a drink before apologizing to Madeline, “Ms. Kaur, we the Asco Entertainment offended you today too; I’m responsible as well.”
“We hope that you can forgive us despite our mistakes.”
“Mr. … Mr. May… don’t… don’t let Alexander get away with this…” Madeline quickly interjected, whispering.
“Oh, that bastard messed with you? Of course I won’t let him off the hook!” Teddy replied with a smile on his face and sincerity in his voice.
“Don’t worry, I’ll call the PR department of Asco Entertainment later and draft an apology letter to be published online!”
“Oh… thank you so much!” Madeline was stunned, biting her tongue hard.
The pain deep in her mind told her that all of this was not a dream but real!
She couldn’t even imagine in her wildest dreams that Asco Entertainment’s top female artist and CEO would toast to her!
And it was all brought about by Flynn, the ex-convict who she never paid attention to before.
