Chapter 738. Hattie Extra 10

Book:Mr. Burns Is Killing His Wife Published:2024-6-4

“Long time no see, Hattie,” Harry touched Hattie’s chin, carefully observing her. When he tried to remove her mask, Hattie turned her face away.
Harry’s hand hung in the air. It seems that two years in prison haven’t made Hattie obedient.
But it didn’t matter, he had kept Hattie for so long, he knew clearly that she was naturally rebellious and not obedient.
Harry smiled at her, “Did you break my flowers?”
Hattie smirked, “Mr. Stewart, there’s no one else here. You and I both know how I could have broken your flowers. Why beat around the bush? Without evidence, I admit my bad luck. I can’t afford to compensate you. You can call the police.”
Only Hattie could boldly say that she couldn’t afford to pay for the flowers.
“Do you want to go back to prison?”
Hattie didn’t speak. She didn’t want to go back. What kind of place was prison? She had already had enough of the darkness there, she was too eager for freedom and light outside. But after leaving prison, she discovered that the outside world was still a prison.
Hattie’s face behind the mask concealed her expression, but her eyes revealed her mood wasn’t good.
“Do you remember what I told you when you entered the prison? To come to me obediently when you’re out. Why didn’t you come to me?”
In her mind, Hattie thought, go find your mom.
She sneered, “Do you remember what I said when I stabbed you?”
Her voice was light, then turned deep, “Stay away from me, don’t mess with me, otherwise, the next stab will kill you directly!”
Harry’s face smiled, seemingly approachable, no wonder people thought he had a good temperament.
Hattie knew well the evil hidden beneath his handsome appearance, like maggots in a gutter, dark and disgusting.
She didn’t want to deal with him, but fate had it otherwise.
Her words slightly angered Harry. He was straightforward in character, preferring action over words. Seeing Hattie retreat again, he grabbed her arm and pushed her onto the bed.
Hattie got dazed by the fall, subconsciously tried to get off the bed, but Harry firmly held her down, removing her mask.
Harry finally saw her whole face. Before, Hattie’s personality was not obedient, but her face was innocent.
She wasn’t stunning at first glance, but still attractive. The more one looks, the more appealing she becomes. With a doll-like face, large eyes with long lashes, she looked incredibly gentle when treating patients, making them forget their fear of illness.
But now, Hattie’s face had become sharp, losing the adorable touch of a doll face. While still attractive, she now had a touch of fierceness, with a cold look that kept people at bay.
Pressed on the bed, a hint of panic flashed in Hattie’s eyes, but she soon calmed down, spitting at Harry’s inquisitive face.
“Tui-” Unfortunately, she didn’t have much spit, just a few drops.
Harry was brought back to his senses by the spittle, his face darkened as he instinctively raised his hand and slapped her, “Hattie, did the prison teach you this?”
Hattie winced. She had a tendency to turn red-eyed when in pain due to her quick temper.
Her condition was even worse before, but during her two years in prison, she had experienced so much pain and suffering, and had gotten used to hearing the harshest words every day. She had grown accustomed to it.
Hattie coldly smirked, “Oh, the prison taught me a lot. Want me to show you one by one? Like how to break a finger? How to drown your head in the toilet? Or how to scald your skin with boiling water… Do you want me to try them out on you?”
In theory, she should have been afraid of Harry. After all, these two years had worn her down so much; her pride, dignity, and future… stamped out by too much pain. Hattie really didn’t want to have much to do with Harry.
“You deserved it. When you were stabbing me, you should have thought of this day in prison,” Harry lightly tapped Hattie’s defiant face, “Do you regret it?”
“Regret not stabbing you a few more times, regret not killing you by stabbing you to death. Harry, you’re a damn beast!”
The old Hattie would never have cursed, but now her words were foul, and her eyes were red with a murderous gaze, staring at him like an enemy.
Yes, he was her enemy.
Harry had seen this gaze many times two years ago. Seeing it again now, it stirred memories within him.
Hattie was petite, Harry could easily pin her down, preventing her from escaping.
“Are you angry, Hattie?” After saying these words with a mysterious meaning, Harry began to remove Hattie’s clothes, “Let me cool you down.”
Hattie didn’t expect Harry to behave like this, lusting after her unattractive body. Her shirt was stripped off, revealing dark red bruises, obviously from burns.
Hattie suddenly lay still, no longer struggling, “Can you bring yourself to touch my ugly body now?”
