The following day, Beatrice woke up when she felt Nate wasn’t beside her, she looked around the room to find Nate before going downstairs. While walking on the stairs, she heard voices coming from the dining room, so she strolled and peeked in the dining room.
It was Clerophine talking to Nate.
“I’ve told you that she’s a dangerous woman, she can’t change anymore.” Beatrice heard Clerophine.
“I’ve seen these images already, and I’ve already talked to her about this,” Nate said, putting the pictures on the table. “Stop bugging us, and stop being so obsessed with me. Aren’t you ashamed of what other people say? Clerophine, you’re my sister.”
“I am your sister by papers, not blood, Nate,” Clerophine said, crossing her arms. “Why can’t you just choose me instead of her? Nate thinks about this, if you choose me over her, I am sure that our family business will get a lot of investors because I am a model, and I’ve known so many businessmen who are willing to invest in big time.” Clerophine said, which made Nate laugh and look at her with his annoying eyes.
“Are you really that desperate?” Nate asked Clerophine and took a deep breath.
“I will call Mom and let her know what you are doing,” Nate said, grabbing his phone in his pocket.
“Go, tell her, and I will also tell Mom that you kicked me out of this house just because of your low-class wife,” Clerophine said, which made Nate stop and look at her.
Nate’s eyes darkened as he looked at Clerophine, and Clerophine suddenly felt how mad Nate was at this time.
“Don’t you ever there call my wife like that, Clerophine,” Nate said, putting his phone down. “Remember, you’re not in your position now if it’s not because of me,” Nate added, which made Clerophine stop.
“In fact, you’re a most low-class woman than my wife, you know why?” Nate asked and looked at Clerophine’s eyes seriously.
“Because your biological mom is a prostitute, and your dad is an addict. You’re from a low un-profile family, and we just pick you up and put an elegant dress on you to cover how low your class is, Clerophine.” Nate humiliated her, and Beatrice was just listening to them, she knew that Clerophine was hurt because of Nate’s words, so she decided to stop the two of them, but Clerophine suddenly saw her and looked at Nate again and forcibly kissed him, which made Beatrice stop.
Beatrice felt that her heart was broken by the way Clerophine kissed Nate, but she just watched them because she knew that Nate would push her, and as her expecting, Nate pushed Clerophine away from him and was about to hit her when Beatrice went to Nate’s side and stopped him.
Nate suddenly looked at her and was shocked to see her standing beside her.
Beatrice signals him not to do that and looks at Clerophine, who looks at them with teary eyes.
“You’re still young; I’m sure you will meet the right guy for you. My husband is not the right one for you.” Beatrice said, so Clerophine laughed.
“How dare you to say those words? You know nothing.”
“Yeah, I know nothing; that’s why I know you,” Beatrice said, which made Clerophine get annoyed at her because of what she said.
“You shouldn’t come here just to give these images to Nate and kiss him to tease me,” Beatrice said and looked at Nate, who was calming himself down.
“My husband respects you because you’re his step-sister, don’t let him out his respect for you just because you don’t deserve it.”
“How dare you say that?”
“Clerophine, you may now get your ass off my house,” Nate said to Clerophine seriously, so Clerophine looked at him with vengeful eyes.
“And don’t you ever dare to come back here again because I will never let you back here to disrespect my wife,” Nate added, so Clerophine smirked at them.
“Just so you know, I still have the right to be here.”
“Not until I cut that right of yours.” Everyone from the dining room looked at the person who spoke at the door.
“Dad…” Clerophine said as she saw Gastov on the door, standing and looking at them seriously.
“I’ve seen what happened here, from the start to the last, and you…” Gastov looked at Clerophine with his profound aura. “You really get your mother’s attitude, don’t you? You kiss your brother, knowing that his wife is watching? What kind of woman are you?” Gastov asked Clerophine, so Clerophine looked at Nate, and this time, her tears came out of her eyes as she felt that they were all teaming up to humiliate and judge her.
“We should never get you from your true family if we know this will happen,” Gastov said, taking a deep breath.
“Now, get out of this house, and don’t you ever step your foot on this house again.” When Gastov said that, Clerophine walked away from them, exiting Nate’s house with her tears falling.
As Clerophine left, Gastov looked at Beatrice and Nate.
“She really ruined everybody’s morning,” Gastov said and deeply breathed.
“Dad, why did you visit us without informing me?” Nate asked, so Gastov looked at him and smiled.
“Can we just eat first? I haven’t take any breakfast today.” Gastov said that Beatrice ordered the maid to prepare some food for them.
Minutes later, Gastov, Nate, and Beatrice were in front of the tale with food, and Gastov started to eat.
“Dad, you haven’t answered my question,” Nate said, so Gastov looked at him again and wiped his lips using the dining tissue.
“I am here to say sorry about what happened yesterday,” Gastov said, looking at Beatrice. “I am so embarrassed about what your mom did to your wife yesterday.” He added, so Beatrice smiled at him.
“It’s all fine to me, Sir.”
“I told you not to call me ‘Sir,’ “Gastov said.
“Oh, I’m sorry, papa.” Beatrice said with a smile on her lips as she called him ‘. Papa.’
Gastov smiled at her and looked at Nate.
“Just don’t mind my wife’s words, Nate knows that Celestine is so very protective when it comes to Nate,” Gastov said and drank his coffee.
“I am also here because I want to ask something.” He added and looked at Nate very seriously, making Nate hold his coffee and sip it.
“When will you give me a grandchild?” Gastov said, which made Nate spit his coffee from his mouth and look at Beatrice, who was just smiling.
