Soon as Beatrice leaves the Cakeshop, she immediately goes to Darwin’s place to report the problem, Eille is now one of the problems she needs to deal with. She doesn’t want to do this because she’s her friend, but if Eille interferes with her plan, Beatrice has no choice.
“What do you mean?” After she reported to him, Darwin asked her if Eille knew the truth and might tell it to Nate.
“I didn’t know that Nate and she had a past relationship,” Beatrice said. Darwin laughed and touched her face.
“So, what do you want me to do?” Darwin asked while looking at her seriously.
“To keep an eye on her, if ever she goes in front of Nate, then
get her, but please don’t hurt her,” Beatrice said. Darwin looked at her almond eyes before taking a deep breath.
“Why wouldn’t I hurt her?” Darwin asked, which made Beatrice stop.
“You know me, Beatrice. I cannot control myself.” He added.
“She’s my friend.” Beatrice said, which made Darwin laugh a little, “And still, I care for her.”
“But she doesn’t care about you, baby.” Darwin said, which made Beatrice stop again, “All she was thinking is her own feelings, not you.” Darwin added. Beatrice averted her gaze.
“Yet you still think of her own safety, don’t be so soft, Beatrice. Not everyone around you really cares for you.” Beatrice looked at Darwin after he said those words.
“Now, I will take care of your friend, and you will do the plan I gave you,” Darwin said, kissing her lips.
“Darwin, if you hurt her, I am sure her clan will take revenge on us,” Beatrice said. Darwin just laughed at her.
“Trust me, they won’t.”
On the other hand, Eille was planning to meet Nate for her to tell everything she knew about Beatrice’s plan and for her to get back the man she loves, she knew that in this way, she would stand as his hero and Nate would indeed become fall over her again.
Eille tries to connect with him using the Mind link, but Nate doesn’t pick it up.
So she decided to go to his place so she could face Nate and tell everything to him the truth. But before she left, a group of men walked towards her on the parkway and punched her tummy. That’s why she lost consciousness. The men suddenly put her inside a van and drove away.
While Nate was busy signing papers in his office, he was doing his job as the CEO of his company.
“Rayver.” He called his Beta, who was standing beside him.
“Yes, Mr. Nate?”
“Call Margarett, tell her I invited her to dinner,” Nate said while his eyes were on the papers he was signing.
“Noted, Mr. Nate,” Rayver said as he soon called Beatrice, standing before Eille’s unconscious body.
The guilt suddenly got into her system when she saw that her friend was unconscious.
“Now that she’s here, go deal with Nate,” Darwin said as he looked at Beatrice standing beside him.
Beatrice looked at him.
“Don’t hurt her,” Beatrice said, Darwin just shrugged at her and laughed.
“I got her,” Darwin said and signaled his Beta.
Beatrice watches how Darwin’s Beta throws cold water into Eille’s body, waking her.
Soon as Eille opened her eyes, Beatrice and Darwin were the first ones she saw which made her mad.
“What are you doing?!” Eille shouted to Beatrice, but she just looked at her coldly.
“Where Am I?” Eille asked.
“You’re here in a place where you will learn how to shut the fuck up,” Darwin said, and a smirk suddenly formed on his lips while looking at Eille.
“Beatrice, what is this?” Eille asked her. Beatrice just averted her gaze.
Beatrice doesn’t know what to say to Eille. She knew that Eille would be mad at her, but she also knew that Eille would be ruining her plans.
She must play safe with her plan.
“Beatrice, tell us that you plan to tell Nate the truth,” Darwin said, so Eille looked at him. “So, to prevent you from telling the truth, I decided to kidnap you and bring you here,” Darwin said while smiling.
“Isn’t it amazing?”
“You’re a psycho.”
“I am not,” Darwin said and stood next to Beatrice and then put his arms around her waist. “I am just helping my baby to clear all the problems,” Darwin added.
“I swear, once I get out of here, I will tell Nate everything and do everything to make you both suffer from jail!” Eille said she was mad, and Beatrice knew that.
Eille tries to contact her Beta, but she can’t connect with him through her mind link, the tight rope blocking her from using her mind link.
On the other hand, Quiver drops Nate’s photo on his desk with Beatrice’s and Darwin’s photos. He looked at his Beta.
“This is the person I saw last time in the cemetery,” Quiver said while pointing to Beatrice’s photo.
“That is Margarett’s twin sister, Beatrice Fellope, girlfriend of Darwin Wales, the Alpha of Dangeoun Pack, but she’s actually the wife of Nate Vowell, the Alpha of the White clan.” His Beta said, so his brows suddenly formed.
“Is she cheating on his husband?” Quiver asked his Beta, and his Beta just shrugged at the answer.
“So she’s related to these two alphas and this one.” He said and pointed to Nate’s photo. “He’s the most dangerous alpha in town, right? And he is also present in the war, right?”
“Yes, sir.”
“So who stabbed Margarett?” his voice suddenly became serious as he asked the question.
“This one.” His Beta pointed to a picture in front of him. He getting mad again.
“Based on my research, he is actually the one who started the war.” His Beta added, gaze never get off to the photo his Beta pointed.
“Call all the members. We will hunt this alpha down.” Quiver said thoughtfully as he looked at the photo.
