It’s official, the love quarrel between Beatrice and Darwin has been fixed. Beatrice was so happy as she returned to Nate’s Mansion, her smile was wide, and her mood was good this time. She was pleased about what Darwin had told her earlier.
‘He wants to marry me!’ She shouted in her mind and suddenly smiled again. It seems like she’s floating in the air because of her joy.
“Ms. Beatrice.” Her Beta suddenly connects with her using a mind link.
“Yes?” She answered while her smile was not fading.
“I am outside of the mansion.” She suddenly stopped and looked outside of the Mansion.
She saw one shadow from where she was standing.
“What are you doing here?” She walked closely and confirmed that it was Mark.
She took a deep breath and opened the gate.
“What are you doing here?” She asked as she walked closer to Mark. Her Beta bowed down and smiled at her.
“Mr. Tompson told me to visit you here.” He said, Beatrice rolled her eyes and crossed her arms.
“Everything is fine, tell him not to worry because I can handle myself.” She said.
“He knows, your father was just concerned about you since he knows about your plan,” Mark said and sighed. “He also wants me to tell you to visit them sometimes, they miss you.” He added. Beatrice laughed at what her Beta said.
“Oh, come on. They don’t need to act like they missed me. “she said. She would not believe her Beta as he told her parents had missed her.
She knows that the only daughter they missed was Margarett, not her. She knew that Margarett was their favorite daughter, and all of their attention was focused on Margarett. She’s jealous about that thing but never considered being rebellious to Margarett.
“Anyways, Ms Beatrice. Do you have another plan for your goal?” Mark asked. The goal he referring to was killing Nate. And her Beta helps her with that thing. Sadly the first attempt failed.
“As of now, I am still thinking about plan B.” She said and leaned to his car. “Well, it’s hard to make a move, especially since his Beta seems to know my plan earlier.” She added and looked at Mark.
“I will contact you immediately once I create the plan B.” She said.
“How about Mr. Darwin? I heard Nate and him meet before we started the assassination.” He asked.
“Yep, Darwin told me everything about what happened in their building. He said Nate didn’t accept his offer and assured him his pack was safe because he married me.” She said and looked in front of the Mansion.
“And he said he will help me with my plan.”
“What plan?” They both turned to look at the one who spoke from their back. It’s Rayver.
Beatrice suddenly became anxious as she saw Nate’s Beta looking at them. Rayver’s eyes dropped to Mark, and he looked at him from head to toe.
“Who is he?” Rayver asked and looked at Beatrice. Beatrice looked at Mark and smiled at Rayver.
“He is Mark, my friend.” She introduces him. She didn’t introduce him as her Beta because Beatrice knew her sister Margarett was the Beta in the Vougch clan. So if she introduced him as her Beta, Rayver might tell this to Nate, and Nate might ask her why she had a Beta.
“Did Master Nate knows about you inviting your man friend to his house?” Rayver asked. Beatrice is suddenly irritated with him because of how he acts.
“No… but I will tell him later.” She said and looked at Mark.
“You may go now.” She said.
“Why won’t you invite your friend to go inside and introduce him to Master Nate?” Rayver asked, Beatrice calmed herself down and gave him a fake smile.
“He can’t because he was about to go now.” She said.
“Really?”
“Yes, I am just visiting my friend and having a small conversation with her. I will go now.” Mark said. Rayver laughed, which made Mark irritated.
“Can you please give me permission to smack his face?” Mark said to Beatrice using the mind link.
“Calm yourself, Mark. He’s the Beta I referred to earlier.” Beatrice informed him.
“Why can’t he just let me leave? He gets on my nerves.”
“Just calm yourself down.”
Mark was about to enter his car when Rayver said something that made Mark triggered.
“It looks like he is not your Friend Ms. Margarett. Are you hiding something from my master?” Rayver asked. Beatrice frowned at what Rayver said.
“What are you talking about? He was my high school friend. He just visited me here.” Beatrice said she calmed herself down because she didn’t want to fight Rayver this time. There is a better time to show who she really is.
“If he is your friend, why are you so nervous?” Rayver asked. Mark looked at his master and closed his car door.
“So what do you want to say now?” He asked, irritated, and pushed Rayver.
Rayver pushes him too, and this time, Beatrice senses that a fight will start between the two, so she goes in between them to stop them.
“Who told you to push me?” Rayver asks angrily to Mark.
“The fuck is your problem, bro? Are you telling us that we have affairs?” Mark yelled at Rayver.
“Do I say that you have affairs? Why are you so defensive?”
“Because you pushing something out with us!”
“Stop!” Beatrice yelled, but it seemed not enough for them to stop. Raver suddenly turned into a werewolf, followed by Mark. As they successfully transform from their werewolf forms, Beatrice tries to connect with Mark in the mind link, but he is blocking her.
“I said enough!” Beatrice shouted, but that was not enough. The two wolfs were about to fight each other when a big white wolf suddenly jumped out from the gate between the two wolves fighting. Beatrice watched the big white wolf growl at the two wolves and back to its human form. It was Nate, a topless Nate appeared in front of her with a profound aura. Rayver and Mark transformed back to their human form and looked at Nate.
“Master…”
“What the hell is going on here?”
